Fenrir glanced back over his shoulder, checking to make sure the rest of the band had made it back past the pride's boarders alright. It had been an exhausting few days, having to not only lead a Viking, but to control over two dozen young and enthusiastic Stormborn youths all eager to make their mark on the world. He had been intensly grateful for Renáta, the female, while young and inexperienced, had been one of the most level-headed of the whole expeditian, and along with Mikael, Erika and the Outander 'Izzah bint Rukan, he had managed to not only keep everyone safe on their First Viking, but gotten them all home again without anyone running off and getting lost. They had even managed to grab a few prizes, albeit ome was a snake that he wasn't entirely sure was a good idea. But after the deadly thing had nearly bitten one of them, Aeshma had pinned it to the ground and demanded it repent by serving her. They seemed to be getting along brilliently now, especially as the snake had been told it would get free meals for being well behaved.

Shaking his head to banish the memory, Fenrir reminded himself that it was all over now. But unlike his charges, the Reaver was not yet ready to go back home. He needed a little while to decompress and relax after the madness of sheparding so many youngsters around the Roguelands. Instead, he set his paws on a trail leading away from his homeland and set back out, intending to find himself a meal, a drink and probably a nice long nap.

The sight of someone who was evidently trying to hide behind a large outcropping caught the reaver's interest. He had been walking along roughly parallel to his homeland's border, thinking about nothing in particular as he searched for the first sign of prey that he might hunt. But movement had caught his attention, movement that told him whoever it was, was far too large to be hanging round this particular area by accident. Stepping round a smaller boulder he spotted the one responsible.

A lioness. A large lioness with... wait, what?... He stared at the wings neatly folded along her sides. A Goddess?

Blinking he stared at the figure as she peered over the rock, her back to him. Yes, a goddess.... She had to be. Those wings kept moving, and there was no bird big enough that she could have stolen them from to wear as his pride wore the pelts of their enemies. He knew Gods existed, he knew of several offspring and descendants of such beings that lived within the Stormborn. Though he had never met one.

Ears pricked forwards he moved slowly forwards until he stood barely a few feet from her. Clearing his throat he hoped she didn’t turn and simply attack him. "Hello there...? May I help you?" Having been born an Outlander, he still remembered how to greet others that were not from his pride. Rogues generally didn't appreciate being told that it was a fine day for some death.

He watched as she jumped, evidently startled by his presence, then slowly turned. He chuckled as she seemed to loose her train of thought for a moment. She didn't seem like the type to attack, though one never really knew until it happened, but he figured it was safe enough to relax. "I am, and you have found the Stormborn boarder." As she examined him, he returned the look, studying her curiously. He had never actually met a god before, so naturally he was intrigued. But also he couldn't help but notice how beautiful she was. Aside from those large wings, she had the prettiest coat, all warm browns and creams. Unlike most of his pride, Fenrir had yet to take either a mate or a lover. He had no cubs, legitimate or otherwise. Quickly squashing the thought he told himself off silently. No goddess would be interested in a simple reaver such as himself.

"May I help you?" He offered instead, hoping to distract himself from her appearance. He was curious as to why she had come looking for his pride. Maybe she had relatives here?
