Kami Sylvester  Kami had done closed up shop for the night. It was a fairly slow day, but the costumer she had wanted some really nice clothing made and was giving her a reasonable amount of time to get it done. "Well time to let my hair down and have some fun." Kami enjoyed going to the brothel in downtown Karst. It was some she just started doing now that she was free. The walk also gave her time to think. Once she entered the brothel, Kami sat at the bar and ordered her usual. A blue-raspberry margarita on the rocks with sugar on the rim.

The girl sat down next a regular, a man with black hair who wore a black cloak of crow feather with piercing fiery orange eyes. He had a cup of mead in his hand sipping it sparingly as his eyes shifted to her. When her trick came a rather playful smirk came across his lips. "Quite the order..." he said softly, teasing the girl in a playful manner. He gave off a very abnormal warmth any who were observant would guess he was a pyromancer. Something they'd be right on. It was Surtr the ashen crow as he had come to be known. Arguably the most powerful pyromancer in existence. Something Surtr himself would argue fervently in fact. Merriment, Sex, and alcohol. The combinations of a fiery good time. Attracted like a Moth, Xavier once again would be spotted in the Brothel. Maybe just coincidence. Or maybe just more the fact, a fire grows stronger with the combination of more flames. Ironically, these central 3 were attuned to Fire. However, unlike his older counterpart, Xavier wasn't one of warm, but the icey cold feel of death and sin. Within his touch, fear. But to women, the fear seem less of death or more of sin. While Xavier wouldn't be the embodiment of it, he surely smelled of it. His scent a mixture of the finest colognes (that pollo Red), alcohol, and dried personal fluids.

He would sing, a faster pace than the common Mage lyricals. Then again, he did just return from a visit from a location with high Human concentration. Coming in, he noticed a blue haired girl who would soon receive a margarita next to a figure who not even a face was needed to know. Hmmm, Surtr you sly dog. Hmmm, I'll just slip into the background then, slide up in there. Hit er with those courtly verses. Hmm, maybe even can test out a theory" What theory? Well, there was 3 of them. Enough said. Either way, Xavier would make his way , taking a seat on the other side of Kami. He would then take a cup already prepared from behind the counter. It would be filled with the in real life equivalent of Hennessy.

Kami Sylvester Kami sipped her drink kind of ignoring her two new companies. She was here for one reason and one reason only and it wasn't for a good time with dumb and dumber. Kami was there to unwind from her work day. So the little temptress sat in silence and would let them make a fool of themselves if they so pleased.

 As Kami ignored Surtr he nodded softly. A rather tough one eh? Not looking to get with anyone but still looking for a good time? Surtr could roll with that. He smirked softly as he began to weave his fingers about in the air, as he did before Kami on the bar a little man made of fire appeared and began to strut across the bar in front of it. As it walked it would turn its head to glance at Kami before doing a double take. It stopped having spotted her now and turned to face her walking up and leaning over against her glass the little fiery mans arm sizzling as it made contact. It proceeded to give her a head nod a sort of "sup" as it were. Surtr smirked to himself at the scene obviously entertained by his own abilities in Pyromancy. It took incredible skill to do something like this and yet Surtr was doing it just to be playful with this new comer. His tactics had certainly changed, this was a much more playful and less direct or sexual. Surtr often got like this playful when rejected. It was fine for him he'd have fun either way. Xavier would watch the even. Rejection. Nothing strange. It happens time to time. However, the next part would Have Xavier a little worried. Fire was the Ashen Crow's specialty, but to be able to summon a living man of fire? Not even Xavier could do that. It showed the gap between the two. It also hinted that something was different about him. However, Xavier wasn't able figure it out. Only thing he figured was Surtr could make fire come alive. Maybe, a new type of magic? While it still played on his mind, Xavier would drink more. "Seems an extra package came with your drink"

Kami Sylvester Looking at the little fire man lending on her glass, Kami created a tiny fireball and gave it to him. "You are cuter than these two combined. I'm Kami by the way. Now unless you'd like a sip, I'd love to have my glass back." Kami was enjoying the little thing a lot. It has more charm than the two birds heads. Finally looking at Surtr and Xavier, she would acknowledge their presence fully. "I find it funny that you two are supposed to be winning me over, but a little ball of fire got you both beat."

As she gave him a ball the little man of fire took It before holding it over his head. He brought it down holding it in front of his chest before pushing it into his chest. As the fiery man did it suddenly grew wings and flapped into the air before dissipating into a puff of fire. Surtr smirked softly at it as it disappeared not bothering to look at Kami as she gave him a look. His hand instead moved forward swiping over the burn marks from the fiery man. As it swiped over the burns disappeared and Surtr moved his hand back to his drink taking a sip before turning to Kami. "You just told me your name and are now talking to me..." He said with a playful smirk before taking another drink. "I'd wager I'm getting there...." He said glancing to Kami before sending a wink to Xavier indicating that he was winning this little contest. There was no word of it being a contest but Surtr couldn't help himself. "Surtr is my name....." He said knowing she didn't ask but since he was the puppeteer of the little man made of fire he felt he may as well give her his name. QueenBAD_KittyKat][/quote]

He looked at Kami and the flame before receiving a wink from Surtr. Bet. Advantage didn't mean anything. The Falcons were up 21 to 0. And they choked harder than Peyton Manning on papa johns pizza. "I haven't even made an attempt really. But, since that's your immediate thought, the night is young. You may be leaving with one of us, or both of us" Xavier toyed. Surtr could do his, smoothness. But, Xavier already was gassed up, he was just going to be blunt. Honesty is the best policy. At least, until its time for a change of strategy. A little fire had them both beat? Well for now.

Kami Sylvester Kami completely ignored Xavier. He seemed to be going about this all the wrong way. Giving her attention to Surtr, Kami raised an eyebrow. "It was cute and all, but you're getting nowhere at all. Just for your information Surtr, but I am fascinated by your abilities." He had Kami's attention, If only he could keep it, she'd be impressed.

As she ignored Surtr he chuckled softly as Kami seemed to turn away from Xavier to completely face Surtr. He was very pleased with the progress didn't bother shifting his gaze away form Kami. He knew Xavier would see his smile and smirk and know full well its cause. "Kami a pyromancer interested in learning more pyromancy..... seems like somewhere to me." Surtr said softly shifting down to look at her hands. "What else can you do? Is a miniature fireball it?" Surtr inquired raising his hand as suddenly fire began to swirl around his palm before focusing it into a point. It was swirling in a double helix shape before it focused getting much brighter before dissipating. He looked up to her now awaiting to see what she would do. Would she be able to keep up? Or did had she already reached the limit of her abilities? He had moved away from flirting with her now and towards testing her. She stated she was interested in his abilities and Surtr was now interested in hers. She had made a fireball but what else could she do? Surtr just had to find out himself. QueenBAD_KittyKat][/quote]

However, as Surtr digged closer and closer to the goal, jealousy did strike Xavier. Gripping his glass tightly, his emotions were fine, but Xavier's scorpion tail did pop out, stretching back in forth in a flailing motion before curling up. It wasn't anger. More disgust. A brotherly kind. No one likes when your brother shows you up no? But what to do? Rebound. It's simple, find the opening in exploit it. For now, Xavier would search for that opening. He would look on with a oddly expressed interest. Kami Sylvester Kami watched as Surtr created the double helix in the palm of his hands. She was becoming more and more attracted to someone of her same discipline. Kami was no good with her mind powers, but she'd give them a go today to try and impress Surtr. Creating another fire ball, she used projection to manipulate the fire into a bird. Continuing to focus, she got it to flip it wings and fly over to Surtr and sit on his shoulder, but once she took her focus of the bird, it dissipated. "I know not as impressive, but using my mind is fairly new to me when I've been accustomed to just fire most my life." Maybe Surtr wasn't so bad after all. He could teach her a few things about her discipline. She'd forgotten all about Xavier. He wasn't even a factor in any of this anymore.

Surtr could feel the look Xavier was casting him and it seemed to only brighten that smile of his. It was such a wonderful thing really to know that you were impressing a lady and that your 'brother' was unhappy about it. What a wonderful day today turned into. As she began to make fire and turn it into a bird Surtrs smile seemed to grow. She was mixing two disciplines to emulate his power. What a creative one she was. Surtr chuckled softly as if fluttered to his shoulder before disappearing. As she spoke Surtr shook his head rather vigorously showing he disagreed with her statement. "To the contrary..... mixing two disciplines to emulate my own ability is quite creative... such a trait should never be doubted.. it seems we have quite a lot in commmon." He said with a smirk flicking his finger to cause his mug to slide to the barkeep for a refill. Surtr didn't touch the mug it just seemed to move on its own when he flicked his finger a tell that he too held both the mind and fire disciplines as she did. Quite a seridipitous event. "If you honed that telepathy of yours you wouldn't even need my power." Surtr said with a rather soft chuckle realization he just devalued himself by saying such a thing. It was true though, why would he lie? "So with such potential why have I never seen you at the college? Do you prefer to learn on your own?" Surtr inquired. The college held all the knowledge Karst contained... well all written knowledge anyway. If a mage wished to expand their power this was the place to go. The only time Surtr wasn't there was when he was here. So unless Kami insisted on only going in the wee hours of the night he would have seen her by now. It was a curious thing to see such a bright spark so far from anything to give it ignition. He couldn't help himself he felt a bit compelled to give this one some fuel. QueenBAD_KittyKat][/quote]
