From day one, Oda was always capable of lighting up any room she was in with her shining personality and trademark optimism, though it can easily be mistaken for hyperactivity when it is just a little girl enjoying life and what it has to offer. Oda is a curious, adventurous girl that tries to snatch any minute to help out her family in any way she can: From helping her daddy fold paperwork, to yelling at recruits during her mother's Rune Knight training, to helping Pema clean the church with a toy vacuum, and etc. She is heavily influenced by the things around her, which makes her very naive and too pure for this world.

- Really Important Necklace Thingy
A pendant only meant for the upmost dire of situations, though the user carries it around to show it off to all the other four year olds. This allows the user to preform basic fire techniques without the cost of any magical energy, as it is all held within the pendant. Traditionally it is held within a small box in the basement of the user's house that can only be unlocked with a key, but the user long-has known about the location of this key, and casually takes the pendant out whenever, which results in thirty minutes in the corner. The flames from this spell does not seem to harm the user however, probably due to its enchantment.
- Insulate | Basic: Upon the user's desire to be warmer, the necklace will radiate in a gentle heat that acts as a magical blanket of sorts, used to warm up the user and anyone else they touch.
-Wall of protection | Advanced: If the user is in any form of danger, a wall of fire that is 10ft x 10ft appears in front of them. Due to its solidified nature, this wall is capable of blocking many projectiles and physical attacks. This is usually used when the user is in a protective crouching position.
-Ignite | Basic: When the user wishes for something to be lit on fire, the pendant will shoot out a tiny ball of fire, which floats towards the object the user wishes to be ignited. Slowly, the fire begins to grow to the user's desired amount.
-Offensive Growl | Basic: The necklace allows the user to produce a smaller stream of fire [10ft stream] that can cause 2nd degree burns to those that the flames come in contact with. This can only be activated if the pendant has determined that the user should use this ability. It cannot be used whenever the user simply feels like it.

- Safety Whistle
A peculiar item capable of spatial magic to a certain extent. This whistle literally summons one or both of Oda's parents during sincere dire emergencies (it used to be anytime Oda blew the whistle, but she would summon her parents at honestly stupid times, so they had it reenchanted where it could only be successfully used during actual emergencies.) This is done by of course, the user blowing the whistle, taking which ever parent is closest, and teleportation them (against their will), to the user's location.
-Safety Whistle: When the user blows their whistle, it summons one or both parents, depending on whoever is the closest to the user's location. Yes, it does so against their will. So if mommy or daddy are busy playing poker or knitting tea coasies, they better always have a weapon or spell on hand, as their daughter magically gets into too many dangerous situations.

Shigehara and Sebastian Togashi | Parents
Oda's favorite people in the whole world, and the two people in whom she loves the most. They have taught her how to speak, walk, eat without spitting up, and using the bathroom. They endured nine months of hormones and having to buy food in order to appease Sebastian's pregnancy cravings at 3am in the morning- but it was all worth it. Oda wouldn't trade in her parents for anything else, not even for an unlimited supply of sugar cookies.

Takito | Partner; Mother's Exceed
She can never pronounce his name correctly, but Takeda seems rather apathetic about that fact, as he already has pretty low expectations of the girl to begin with. Despite his attempts to make Oda look bad in order to win back the attention from his owner, Oda still holds a deep love for the red cat. While he will never admit to it, Takeda cares about that girl more than anyone could imagine.

Pewma Lotus | Godmother
Pema is a very pretty lady that Oda has the pleasure of calling her her 'god mother.' She also apparently married off her parents, which makes her even more like family. Oda loves to spend time with Pema anytime she can, and is always offering to help around in the Cathedral with Pema so she can be a step closer to being "ultra spiritual!"

⌈Biography⌉ Oda was born at 12am on December 25th, becoming the best Christmas present that her parents have ever received. Because of her mother's heavy dosage of medicine mixed with being in labor for so long, she had sheepishly named her daughter after Feudal Warlord Oda Nobunaga, as the last thing she read before going to the hospital was 'History of the Feudal Era of Chania' in order to full grasp her husband's culture. That took a toll on her, and now her daughter's name is Oda, Oda Vinicianus-Togachi.

Being the daughter of the 1st and 3rd Wizard Saints as well as the daughter of the Rune Knight Commander and Third Magic Council Seat, Oda is no stranger to peculiar instances, she actually encourages them every chance she gets, as it will hopefully fulfill her wish of being just like her parents when she grows up. Oda has been showered by love from her parents and family not even connected through blood. Quickly, Oda realized that you don't need to share the same blood to be family, you just need to love one another.
