Boredom inched its way up Super Sailor Chara's spine as he slowly walked about the dark alleys of Destiny city. It twisted and gripped down hard on his entire being and at this point, he had no idea what to do. No friends, no senshi peeps he could reasonably bug, no real asses that needed kicking. Nothing seemed to be happening, and it was driving Chara nuts. For the fifth time that evening, he pulled out his senshi phone and scrolled through all the old texts. Texts for backup, but nothing real personal, nothing really going 'yo dude, sup!', only ever business business business!
That was no way for a kid to live, but eh, what was there to do? After a few moments of scrolling he stopped, seeing an unfamiliar name and number listed... Had he forgotten about this some time ago? How long had it been sitting idle in his phone? Maybe he HAD seen it when he was out patrolling, high off his rocker after the surgery that popped the eyeball right from his head... Yeah, the date seemed to match up good enough.

Truth be told, Chara had very little idea of what being part of the 'Order' faction involved. He was awakened by a punkass ******** of a cat who cried when he got snarky and then left him dead in the water. Since he had awakened nearly two years ago, it had been a struggle just to figure out who the hell he was. And even now, nothing made sense. Only bits and pieces and crumbled messes of information was provided to him, and he was lost as ever. It may have been going out on a limb but... Hell, what was the worst that could happen, he'd lose an eye? HAH! All that he needed was to figure out where to go, and that meant texting back.

Now all that was left was to wait... And probably patrol a little more. If he were lucky, he could find something to kill his boredom.

He had been nudging the pile of dust left over from a rather small youma when he felt his phone vibrate. Summoning it he read the text and grinned. Someone else actually responding was a good sign and meant he didn't have to go looking for something else to dust. For all that the youma had been small it had been rather nasty and he wasn't looking forward to running in to any more that evening.

Once he'd sent the text he flipped open the tracker on his phone to see if anyone was near by. There were a couple blips on the very edge of the tracking range but he couldn't be sure any of those were the unknown number.

He sent another text back since he didn't know who it was and, honestly, after the fight wasn't in the mood to go wandering around trying to find the other Senshi either.

As soon as Chara recieved the text response he grinned. Maybe, just maybe he'd be able to find something out about what the ******** was going on instead of just doing the day-to=day thing of not letting people die. Which, in itself, was rewarding, but didn't really mean much when he didn't know what exactly was going on. The kid could fight until the cows came home, but it never really felt like it meant anything
It didn't take too incredibly long to reach the designated meeting spot, and he could see right now who he was to meet. Seemed kinda odd to him to just be standing out there in the shadows, but what the ******** did Chara know? Honestly, not much.
"Oi! Are you that senshi with the lessons and whatever?" There was no elegance to his approach, there never was. despite his general senshi outfit of softness and sweetness, Chara was anything but.

He'd paused outside the light from the near by lampposts, not wanting to be standing around for anyone to see, but he was glad that the other senshi had been able to spot him easily enough. He did have to try not to raise a brow at the other's outfit though. He'd seen frills and puffs on Senshi before but not on another male one.
"That would be me." He nodded at the question. "Do you have any specific questions? Or did you just get thrown a pen by a cat and left to your own devices?"

"Yeah, that second part." Chara readily admitted, feeling no shame in the sentiment. It was just a fact of life that the goddamn cat Yumi had been a real a*****e of a cat. "She left me all alone on that first day. Saw her again, and she was a crying mess of a pussycat because I was 'mean'. Don't care though. Bigger fish to fry."
After a moment, he nodded at the older man, crossing his arms.
"I just want to know about space, about how to get there and how to figure out past s**t and things. "

"Yea, they're not exactly the most useful usually. Though there are a couple who are trying to fix that." At least he knew Sumi and Eta were both trying to actually teach senshi things rather than just leaving them to figure stuff out.
The rather blunt question made him laugh, shaking his head. "Everyone does it a little differently but it takes a lot of concentration, focus, and a desire to go back. I can meditate and do it rather easily now though since I go back a lot. First time's always the hardest."
Finding that connection to your homeworld was the hardest part as far as he was concerned. After that it was easy.

"They're trying to get better at that, huh? Well, if you see any cats that are doing a decent job at helping these poor kids out there turned soldiers, then tell them to find that damned cat Yumi and kick some sense into her a**. There's no room on the battlefield for little runts with a 'woe is me' complex!" There was no certainty whatsoever that Chara would ever make peace with cats, and he didn't care. for all he new, they could all just go ahead and vanish, leaving these poor kids who still haven't awakened yet to stay just that. Kids.
The mention of the 'connection made him think for a moment. What connection did he even have to the planet in the first place?
"So the last two sound simple, but how do you find that connection, you think? Like, what do I even focus on? A chocolate bar? I've done that plenty of times so far but I'm still here as you can see. And once you get there, how do you get back?"

"My cat is as well as my cousins. Eta's actually pretty grumpy that the others haven't been doing a good job." It was still funny to think of a cat getting annoyed, sadly he hadn't seen as much as he'd have liked. Sumi was too nice to really get mad about it.
The chocolate comment was interesting though and he had to stop himself from laughing. "You're the senshi of .. chocolate?" How did that even work? And why?
"I sort of did it by accident the first time. I meditate a lot and somehow my starseeds magic found my homeworld and ... poof. After that I just started to recognize what the feeling was. My cousin did it by concentrating on herself. She let everything else go and there was the thread that connected her to her homeworld."

"Yeah. Chocolate. Can't you smell it?" Chara held out his arm and waved the lingering scent of chocolate towards the man, wondering if he couldn't smell it. "Oh, wait, I know."
With the muttering of his attack's name and a snap of his fingers, he summoned a hand full of chocolate kisses to his palm, holding them out for the other senshi to see.
"You can't really eat them, but they smell good when they pop." Taking one into his fingers, he tossed it towards Arsinoe's feet, careful not to actually hit him. It popped with a snap and the smell of chocolate quickly filled the air, much stronger than whatever lingering smell wafted off of him. Then, he stared at the rest of the chocolates, and sighed.
"I don't know too much about meditation. My mind's always in a tizzy. I wonder if my past life or whatever was like that too. Always thinking, always rampaging and fussing about everything." A bemused smiled reached his lips as he dumped the rest of his chocolates off to the side and listened to them all snap crackle and pop over one another. "Maybe I need to concentrate on kicking a**. It always was my favorite thing to do, after all"

Sailor Scout Attack: Chara Chocolate Kiss
With the snap of his fingers Chara summons a handful of energy chocolate kisses ( 15 ior so) and uses them as projectiles he can throw at people. They make contact then pop, disappearing as soon as they touch something. It stings but nothing else happens. He has up to 30 seconds to use them or they vanish.
Once they pop a scent of Chocolate fills the air. Always smells like chocolate. just a quirk though it does nothing but smell tasty.
