Appearance: Red Beryl is a huge gem standing at at seven feet tall. She has powerful muscle definition. She has dreadlocks adorned with rings made from mundane versions of her gemstone. Her skin is red and her hair is white. She is most often seen in either a black suit with red tie or a long red summer dress.
Personality: Red Beryl is very unlike other quartzes in that she is a powerful thinker. She is disdainful of unnecessary combat and prefers diplomacy and other soft pressures. She has a very optimistic outlook on the world and life in general. A far cry from her time as a homeworld gem.

Abilities
Physical: As a high ranking quartz Beryl is capable of taking and dishing out great amounts of damage. Her skills with her weapon have diminished over the thousands of years at relative peace but she is not to be trifled with. Red Beryl is more used to unarmed fighting than using her weapon. She is capable of healing damage to her hard light form and staying solid past the poofing point of most gems.
Mental: Red Beryl is a very strategic gem having been made for commanding troops from the front line. She has witness thousands of years of tactics of both the social and military type. She has learned much of earth and the people within it and used that to her advantage over the less flexible homeworld gems. She can run simulations in her head to aid her in decision making.
Social: After leaving the rebellion to seek her own way Red Beryl traveled the world and made many friends. At any time Red Beryl is owed favors by at least a couple dozen influential individuals. Red Beryl likes to pull her strings to aid people who interest her or for general amusement.
Weapon: A large glaive with a blade of red beryl that can shoot bolts of energy for offence or army signaling.
