He'd gone a bit away from his usual hunting ground to find a blip that had shown up on his radar. He hadn't been in a good mood lately and he -really- wanted to punch someone's teeth in. That probably wasn't going to work but after everything that had been going on it would be cathartic. Checking his phone again he made sure he was going in the right direction before letting the phone vanish again. There was an agent around somewhere and unfortunately for them they were his target for the night. If he was lucky it would be another newbie he could just deal with without someone trying to tell him killing them was bad.

Harvesting energy in Destiny City was a bit of a grab-bag: some nights there weren't many Order signatures making his teeth ache...and other nights he ended up right on top of several. Even so, Keyite was determined to be of use to his General and his Queen, so he made every effort to surpass his quotas as often as possible and to present himself as a dedicated, worthy agent of the Negaverse. Perhaps they will find issue elsewhere and not target me. Feeling the noted aura coming closer, Keyite sighed and pushed his glasses up; his other hand squarely resting over a rather large woman's breast bone for ease in energy draining. Likely it would show poorly if he were caught draining the woman, so he cut his session short, gave her twenty bucks, and sent her along her wobbly way so that he might wait the 'Hero' alone. Really, it was a pity he hadn't brought his compound bow...but he did have a steel-core cane brought along purely for the purpose of decoration. It would do well enough in place of his utterly useless 'weapon' to help defend against the Order character. His glasses remained, though he would likely put them into sub-space if he had to resort to fisticuffs.

Arsinoe cursed softly as he saw a woman stumbling away from where the signature was. He hadn't been in time to stop the agent from hurting the civilian but at least the woman wasn't dead. Which either meant the agent was an idiot or they'd noticed him and he had at least interrupted things. He hoped it was a combination of both honestly. Stepping around a building he spotted the agent and shook his head. "Middle of the sidewalk? Not exactly the best place to be doing that sort of thing don't you think?" Not that any place was good for it but he woudl have at least thought the negaverse wouldn't teach their recruits to just go draining people where anyone could walk by.

Keyite would have taken great offense to the idea that he'd harmed the woman in any lasting manner - she'd be just fine with a bag of Skittles and a good night worth of rest. But of course those White Moon sympathizers wouldn't see it that way. His would-be hero was dressed in loud colours and clacked when he walked, "Depends on what you're doing." Keyite flashed sharp teeth in the low light, fingers curling tightly around the handle of his cane. "She was wholly willing, thus no alarm raised. But don't worry your pretty little head about such things. I know they're far beyond a senshi."

"I highly doubt that anyone would let you drain them willingly. Even more so if they knew what the lot of you did with all of it." No one would be happy knowing they were giving up energy so that the Negaverse could terrorize the planet. He also doubted the agent was telling the truth anyway given their habit of lying about practically everything. He did notice the agent shift his grip on the cane and raised a brow. "Think you're actually going to be able to do something with that? It's not my first tango." Enough scuffles with agents had taught them that ones that felt like this, Lieutenants or whatever they called themselves, meant he knew they didn't have any magic. Sure he wasn't any good in a fist fight himself but it would probably be easy enough to deal with the agent if he could stay out of hand to hand.

"You'd be positively amazed what people will do now-a-days for twenty bucks." Keyite gave his opponent and once over and arched a single brow pointedly, "Or perhaps you'd know better than I. Who's to judge?" Not that it mattered, really, Keyite had the feeling that this particular senshi wasn't in the mood for conversation or leniency. "Nor mine, pretender. If you'd like to hurry this scuffle up, I'd appreciate it. I have a quota to reach...unless you'd be so kind as to offer yourself? No? Thought not." The lieutenant spun the cane expertly and took a fencing pose, "I am Keyite, Officer of the Negaverse. Shall we?"

"Somehow that is so much worse and just proves my point about all of you." Paying people to get their energy? That was just a whole new level of awful for the Negaverse. For all that it was a good point and a lot of people would probably agree to that for enough money that was still low. "The only one who's pretending anything here is you. Trying to take something that was never yours to take." He shifted his balance slightly as the agent too up a pose and snagged his lantern off his belt. He'd never really been one to make the first move against anything but a youma and he wasn't sure he wanted to start now. The agent looked like he knew what he was doing and he really didn't want to end up with more broken bones. "After you, officer" He sneered.

"Why? The economy is poor, I can afford to do this. Everyone wins." Really though, he didn't expect that anything that was said would make it through to the senshi. It was quite clear where they stood on the morality of things and nary the twain would meet. "Senshi are all the same, so annoyingly bullheaded..." Keyite smiled and lunged forward, feinting to one side and swinging his steel reinforced cane at Arsinoe's legs; if he could knock the senshi down, that would be so much better - he could get the upper hand and bash the lantern-bugger's head in. If.

"God none of you have any shame." He shook his head and sighed. He had no idea who none of the Negaverse seemed to be able to understand what they were doing was wrong. His annoyance almost made him miss the feint but unfortunately for Keyite everyone went for his legs and he was getting used to the tactic. It had to be because he was so lanky but it was annoying. Since everyone did though he was getting used to having to dodge attacks from that angle an it had almost become a reflex by now. Cursing he jumped back, glad his abilities gave him the extra push needed to get some distance between himself and the agent. "Everyone goes for the legs." Once he landed he pulled is lantern off his hip, quickly lighting one of the matchsticks and blowing a group of fireballs back at the agent. Quote: Dancing Lights! Reveal![Taking the lighting stick from his lantern he catches a bit of the flame. Holding it up to his face he breathes on the flame releasing five small orbs of fire toward his enemies. Upon contact the orbs explode Note: The explosions are more powerful this time and have a chance of actually singing or burning those who they explode against.] Duration: The lantern needs only two minuets (three posts) to recharge between attacks. Avoidable: Yes. The orbs float fast and Sailor Arsinoë only has mild control over where they go. If you're nimble and fast you can get away Downside: Even Sailor Arsinoë's comrades can still be hit by the orbs and suffer damage if they get in the way The Agent was probably fast enough to get away from a few but if he could land at least a couple maybe the lieutenant would think twice about continuing the fight.

Shame? Why on Earth would he be ashamed of doing what his General, Queen, and Masters wanted of him? Senshi really were idiotic to the point of unbearable. "Don't be so stuffy." Although he missed his attack, Keyite prepared to go again, only the stupid senshi cast his godrotting magic and that left him scrambling unceremoniously out of the way of the firey orbs sent his way. The lieutenant was lucky enough to dodge three of the five fireballs, but two singed his jacket and the damaging flames had to be slapped out. And one of the fireballs hit him badly enough that he would need to seek medical attention if he didn't want to deal with the pain of a nasty burn on his now bare and reddened right arm. Keyite swore roundly in French, then swung back around to press his attack - Arsinoe had put space between them in his dodging and casting, but the officer wasn't slow. He crossed into the senshi's space and brought the cane up to strike at the man's head, neck, and shoulders. "So I'll go for your head instead!"

Arsinoe had expected the agent to give up, all of the lieutenants he'd come across had when faced with his magic, and was startled when the attack continued. There was no way he was getting out of the way of the cane swing but he brought up an arm and twisted to try to at least keep it from hitting him in the head. The cane landed across his arm and shoulder and he yelped in pain as it flared through his arm. Even so he lashed out with one leg figuring the agent had to be close enough before ducking back and trying to put distance between himself and the agent.

"Doesn't feel good to be on the receiving end, does it?" He smirked as the cane made contact, pleased with the success of his attack. His triumph only lasted a few moments, however, as searing pain reminded him of his own injury, paired with the kick of the wayward, lashing leg. Blast. Leave it to the stuffy heathens to leave a mark that would need attending. But at least he could take his leave, now that he'd left a mark of his own for his opponent to remember him by. With any luck, the spot would remain sore for at least a day or two. Good - and good riddance. "Let that be a lesson to you," He kept his injured arm by his side, attempting to remain casual as he turned away to take his exit. It wouldn't do good to let the senshi know he was hurting - he wouldn't give him the satisfaction. "Next time, I won't go so easy on you."
