■ BRIGHT Marcello has always been a smart boy. He was quick to learn in school, finding it easy to excel above his peers. However, he chose to stay around the same level as his classmates academic-wise. He is also fairly clever, enjoying puzzles and problem-solving.
■ CHARISMATIC Marcello loves talking to people. Some say he's quite the charmer, able to talk his way into and out of anything. He's a people person, for sure, so making friends has always come easy to him.
■ SELF-CONSCIOUS Marcello has always been a bit self-conscious about himself, mostly his intelligence. He knows he is good at schoolwork, and his test scores will show it, but in a classroom setting surrounded by his peers, he will choose to dumb himself down. It is a problem he will have to grow out of in the future, but he doesn't know how.

CHILDHOOD Marcello is the eldest son of Salvatore and Emilia Fioravanti and has one sister, Rachele. His parents are divorced, meaning Marcel and his sister spend their time as equally as possible between both of their parents. His mother lives in England, where she was born and raised, as well as where he and his sister were born, while his father is native to Italy. His mother lives in a small townhouse, while his father lives in a large manor. Marcel gets the best of both worlds, it would appear, but he really hates the situation. He loves his parents, and wishes they wouldn't fight as much as they do, and that they could all live together again. Christmas' are nice, though, so at least he has that to keep his spirits up. When Marcel was seven, he showed his first signs of magic, growing various plants and trees in his bedroom in the midst of a happy laughing fit. He had always been a happy child, even through his parents' divorce, which happened when he was only six. Regardless, when his Hogwarts letter came, Marcel was more than excited about the new adventures awaiting him in the fall.
SCHOOL YEARS
FIRST YEAR Marcello was sorted into Ravenclaw, the house he figured he would be placed in. He wasn't too brave, or cunning, or social. He was smart enough, when he didn't try to hide it, so it made sense. He wasn't thrilled about it, but it is what it is. Regardless, he still tried out for the house Quidditch team as a Beater, and he actually made first string. That was pretty exciting for him. Other than practice and schoolwork, Marcel didn't do much to fill the school year.
SECOND YEAR Marcel spent most of his second year practicing for Quidditch and working on his schoolwork. It wasn't an exciting year, overall.
THIRD YEAR Marcello enjoyed his third year at Hogwarts. He was liking his new electives, and was working hard in Quidditch as well. He had been moved down to reserve this year, but he didn't mind the break. However, his friend Hikaru took it a bit harder than he had. He was there to comfort his friend though, and they practiced together as often as they could so they would hopefully make it back to the starting team the next year.

■ PASSIONATE Rachele has always been a very driven girl. What she wants, she gets, so she has no problem working hard to get there. Her confidence in herself is through the roof. There's nothing she can't do, in her mind. Everything she does, she does it with a passion and fire that keeps her from giving up easily. She's also very romantic, enjoying romance novels over any other style of book.
■ EGOTISTICAL Rachel thinks extremely highly of herself. She is conceited, especially in her looks and talent. This can make her seem stuck up to some people, but she's not all bad. She's not one to brag. She knows that she's great, so she doesn't care what other people think of her.
■ DEDICATED Rachele, despite being difficult at times, is as loyal of a friend as they come. As soon as you break her outer shell and get to the girl inside, she'll love you forever. She's an unlikely friend, but if you're lucky enough to call her one, she'll never betray you and always stand by your side.
■ LOQUACIOUS Rachel loves to talk. In fact, she'll talk even if there's no one there to listen, or if whoever is there is just ignoring her. She likes to hear her own voice, going back to her ego. She also loves to gossip about rumors she's heard. She doesn't go looking to hurt people's feelings with her gossip, but she does love drama.
■ PROTECTIVE Rachele is very protective of her friends and family. She doesn't have very many friends, so she's going to do anything in her power to keep them. If someone threatens her friends, they might as well run for their lives, because Rachel will take them down, or try to at least. She isn't typically a fighter, but when pushed, she will be.
■ FASTIDIOUS Rachel has a very close attention to small details. She likes everything to be in perfect order, even her closet is organized by style and color. CHILDHOOD Rachele's life has been kind of a rollercoaster thus far. She is the only daughter and youngest child of Salvatore and Emilia Fioravanti, with an older brother named Marcello. When she was four, her parents went through a messy divorce, splitting the custody of the children, though their mother would have most of the rights. Rachel didn't remember much of it. She remembered a lot of yelling and fighting, slamming doors and broken wine bottles. That was about it, really. She was too young to really understand what was going on, but she knew she wasn't happy about it. She loved her mommy and daddy and didn't want them to fight, but knew that she couldn't do anything about it, so she gave up trying to fix things, leaving that job up to her brother, who never gave up hope for a happy family. Growing up, Rachel took a liking to love stories. The boy gets the girl, happily ever afters, etc. She didn't like the part about knights having to save the princesses though, convinced that if she was a princess, she could save herself twice as fast as any knight could. At age eight, Rachele showed her first signs of magic, a bit later than expected. She made her dolls come to life, making them act out her stories as she read them aloud. Now, Rachel is just waiting for the day when she finally gets to attend Hogwarts and start to make something of her life.
