Description: The Elder Beings are the survivors of a powerful ancient race that existed prior to the current ruling class of deities or mortals. Normally embodying the dark and chaotic forces of pre-civilized society, Elder Beings are feared and demonized as agents of anarchy and ruin, often warring with gods and mortals. A common trait of Elder Beings is that they are imprisoned in some fashion, awaiting the day they can be unleashed upon the world again.

The Elder Beings of this takeover magic are the 10 most notorious beings known. They are known as the Infamous Seven. These 10 souls were once mortal belonging to a powerful ancient race of cursed elemental warriors known as the Maldictus, each powerful in their own right during their time alive. Each rampaged across the world and were soon seen as a malevolent force that had to be dealt with. Like all rebellious power it had to be contained and as such the rulers of that age rose to challenge these seven destructive mortals. Unable to fully defeat them, the elders opened a rift into Purgatory, and sealed the Infamous Seven within. Now they hail from within the domain of Purgatory, the realm between the living & dead. In the endless time they spent in this prison they turned their never-ending torment into power. In time they took on the an aspect of the chaotic world they came to call home transforming into something far from human and mastered the magic that accompanied it. Each one now held the power of Purgatory in the form of aspects, such as Rage, Arrogance, Torment, Vanity, Destruction, Emptiness, Ruin, Repentance, Sorrow, & Loneliness. Their only desire now was to be free from the prison to finish what they started. In order to do so one must perform a summoning spell for them. In exchange for their essence the user must give up a piece of themselves, be it a memory, an emotion, or even a limb. Though some of the Infamous Seven require a special memory in order to complete the ritual for their power. There's only one person who has successfully done so.

Description: White Magic, also known as Purification Magic, is a Caster magic that specializes in purifies and protects the body, mind, and soul of either the caster or others from malicious or diabolic influences. This magic can also weaken or harm mages who practice evil magic and demonic supernatural creatures, making users of this magic the natural enemy of Demons and Black Magic. This magic is said to originate from the practices of primitive tribal mages who performed ritualistic ceremonies to ward off evil, purify their dead, and destroy curses. Despite this origin, as well as the religious themed names of its spells, White Magic's power comes from its caster's faith, whether or not that faith is religious in nature. White Magic's main strength lies in it's ability to negate, destroy, and protect against demons, the undead, and Black Magic. It is one of the only magics that can completely and reliably lock down Black magic or reliably harm demons, making White Mages the best for fighting against demon cults and necromancers. Demons and undead are even more susceptible to the power of White Magic than Black Magic users, as White Magic is anathema to their entire being, even able to negate or weaken their innate magical powers, regardless of the nature of those powers. Users of this magic also typically give off a Anti-Evil aura, one that makes it painful for those that this magic was created to fight against stand near the user.

While one might assume this magic can only affect the evil, they would be incredibly wrong. After work done by a priest, this magic does indeed affect mages and other beings that do not fall within the category of evil or black magic. When used offensively, White Magic typically uses light based attacks much like Light Magic and can create crosses made from holy light. Unlike traditional Light Magic however, White Magic's light is described as "holy" and "pure," and it contains enough potential power to kill other beings much like Light Magic, if used properly. With this magic at their disposal, users can use it for fighting and enhancing their physical strikes. Due to this notion, it is believed that a White Magic spell's effectiveness doubles when used against a evil being, demon, undead, or a user of the Black Arts or Black Magic. This magic also seemingly has the capability of blessing themselves, objects, and other beings with different effects to enhance them. However, there spells within this magic that can only affect the things this magic was originally built to fight against, meaning some spells will be ineffective against those that do not fall within the categories of evil or undead. In essence, White Magic is a magic created to strike down the evil, undead, demonic, and users of the Black Arts, but can still be used against others that do not fall within these groups. This magic also allows the user to hit phantasmal beings.

Description: A lost magic in which the user is able to generate countless feathers made from their magic power which they can freely manipulate. While one may assume this is a rather weak magic made only for show, they would be wrong. Due to the feathers themselves being made up from the user's eternano, they are capable of hardening and even sharpening the feathers, however one can tell when they have been enhanced. Feathers that have not been changed are usually curved and are soft to the touch, acting more like their real life equivalents; but it is when the feathers become as straight as arrows that one should be careful as they are now as hard as steel and sharp as actual swords, a single one capable of cutting and piercing through flesh with apparent ease as though the user was wielding countless swords. When not fired, they simply float idly around the user or their target, only firing and on the user's command. These feathers are very fast and can be controlled by the user individually. This makes this very accurate, it is even able to avoid hostages to hit the enemy without harming the hostage at all. They can increase the power of each feather individually to cause more damage to places where the foe is expecting it to be minimal. The feathers can move to any location within a 80 foot radius, allowing a great deal of range to be covered. The feathers can be used for defensive purposes, as they can protect the user from incoming attacks if hardened, or if there is a big enough mass of "soft" feathers to absorb the impact. In order to protect the user from their own attacks, Feather possesses a Harmless Zone where it does not cut anything within 85 cm of the user unless they themselves allows the feathers to enter the area. This magic is even capable of creating constructs much like molding magic, creating such things garments, weapons, and most notably wings, all of which the user can freely manipulate.

The feathers seemingly have a connection with White Magic, commonly being enhanced by said magic and even gaining a form of sentience, going as far to protect the user when they themselves might not be conscious or are unable to move. Many experts on White Magic believe that Feather Magic and White magic were once a singular magic created by angels to protect faithful mortals, however something occurred to make them split into two separate magics thus when someone has both magics, it creates a Guardian Angel of sorts that will protect the user at all times, however the sentience will eventually cease if the user gets low on magic power.

Description: A special form of Magic, or rather, it is an alternative form of accessing it, akin to a Curse; more accurately to the point, Onmyōjutsu is deeply rooted within traditional esoteric cosmology, a mixture of natural science and darkness-based magics. As the name suggests, Onmyōjutsu is mainly based upon yin and yang, though it also takes some inspiration from the five element philosophy. With its complex history and myriad influences, Onmyōjutsu is a spiritual path that tries to find a personal balance with the world. It deals with the user's magical power being harnessed in a way that resembles divination, astrology, alchemy, and exorcism. Onmyōjutsu is a special form of Magic that has been lost to the sands of time and only recently been reclaimed; it was rediscovered being taught by the Abe Clan of Chaian and it was spread across the globe both via word of mouth and many off-shoot schools. Onmyōjutsu is a revolutionary magic system, created by incorporating religion, cosmology, and normal magic into its basis, making use of several protocols and a theory referred to as the Reverse Soul Technique which involves the user manipulating their Magic Origin, allowing them to bestow certain properties upon certain divined objects an much more, making it's spells capable of many possibilities and feats. Effectively, Onmyōjutsu taps into the cosmic forces and the effect that they have upon the mortal plane with the user's Magic Origin with Ley Lines acting as a conduit, allowing them to use the supernatural energies which exit within the mortal and astral plane to induce the transformation of all sorts of energies; the visual representation of this is manifesting all sorts of Pentagrams. With Onmyōjutsu, the user can read the flow of energy and determine its course; this permanently activated state is referred to as the Perception of Evanescent Life.

The techniques utilized by the users of Onmyōjutsu, whom are referred to as Onmyōji, are shown to have abilities which encompass a truly immeasurable amount of functions both in and out of combat- these include offensive, defensive, and supplementary techniques- elemental attacks, barriers, exorcising spirits and demons, and divination are just a few examples. Indeed, Onmyōjutsu allows the user to bestow certain properties upon certain divined objects an much more, making it's spells capable of many possibilities and feats. Despite its rather esoteric origins, Onmyōjutsu is solely focused on practicability while maintaining its uniqueness, rather than flashy spells that eat through the user's magical power a mile a minute, which are ever-so-common in regular Magic. Onmyōjutsu is more often than not frequently associated with paper seals referred to as Honourable Charms (御札, Ofuda) and chanting, though in certain cases, for exceptionally skilled Onmyōji, they can harness their abilities without the need for such wordy mantras, increasing their deadliness all the more.

In addition to all of this, a user of Onmyōjutsu is capable of harnessing bog-standard elemental manipulation. Traditionally, the five elements used in Onmyōjutsu are represented by the Five Element Philosophy, also known as the Wu Xing, with the five elements being Wood (木, ki), Metal (金, kin), Earth (土, chi), Fire (火, hi) and Water (水, mizu). Onmyōjutsu has a concept referred to as "cycles", where each element affects another, either positively or negatively, similarly to Rock-Paper-Scissors. Indeed, with Onmyōjutsu, the user is shown to be capable of harnessing the five elements with ease, creating and destroying them, altering them according to their desires as much as they want- this is the only part of Onmyōjutsu that doesn't require a Drive in order to bring out its full potential. Due to Onmyōjutsu's deep roots in cosmology, the style has the ability to deal extra damage to those of demonic and spiritual origin, including Etherious and Summon Beasts. Indeed, Onmyōjutsu is touted to be a "Slayer Magic except not really" in regards to those beings. Despite being rather reliant on the Honourable Charms and Ritual Gods, Onmyōjutsu is known to be easily one of the more powerful "forms" of magic, easily surpassing Caster Magic, Holder Magic, and perhaps even Curses; Onmyōjutsu is even said to be akin to a Lost Magic. Overall, Onmyōjutsu is such a revolutionary magic that is an institutionalized aspect of the society of Chaian, with multiple applications in various fields such as medicine, and technology.

Honourable Charms (御札, Ofuda): The Honourable Charms are paper talismans that are formed from the user’s magic power which enable the Onmyōji to perform high-level techniques. Going into a slightly more descriptive language, the Honourable Charms are always rectangles of paper with holy or magical symbols/spells written on them; these symbols are kanji, the official language of Minstrel. The Honourable Charms are the main armament of a Onmyōji; fulfilling the purpose that standard "spells" would do for Magic. The Honourable Charms can be properly utilized when the Onmyōji uses their Drive to manifest the Honourable Charms from their own Magic Origin, and each Honourable Charm can be charged with a certain amount of energy leaking from the Demonic Portals in each direction, and with their Drive, they manually and instantly write the kanji for the action they wish to perform upon the Honourable Charm, before mentally commanding them to do so. While the Honourable Charms have countless uses such as enhanced elemental manipulation and manifesting weaponry, they can also be utilized to create a protective ward, seal a building, dispel evil influences, or even as a weapon against those of malign intent; they have effects such as dispelling a petrifying venom, immobilizing enemies, reversing spells, make plants bloom, explosions, and send messages to other people; interestingly, the Honourable Charms have shown to be capable of binding and sealing all sorts of magics, especially those of the Slayer Magic class, as the paper talismans can reverse the effects of a Slayer's enhanced physiology against them. What is interesting about the Honourable Charms is that the moment the kanji is written upon the paper, it can instantly invoke devastating effects to both the opponents as well as the immediate environment, making the Honourable Charms much faster than most 'normal' spells.

Ritual Gods (式神, Shikigami): The Ritual Gods are pieces of coloured paper which are small, folded and artfully crafted manikins. Effectively, the Ritual Gods function in a similar way to familiars or more accurately, Summon Spirits such as Celestial Spirits—however, they are invisible, out of sight, out of mind for anyone sans the Onmyōji a majority of the time, and by communing with the spirits that make their homes through the world, the user can bind the spirits into the coloured papers, effectively creating a Ritual God. When a spirit is bound to the coloured paper, the Ritual Gods will appear before the Onmyōji and asks what the owner desires, and if it is to the Ritual God's liking, it will accept and a contract will be formed. Once the terms of the contract have been fulfilled, the Onmyōji and Ritual God will part. The Ritual Gods are the partners and guards of the Onmyōji, though, to put it roughly, they are servants or slaves, even 'tools'. With them, the user able to materialize these deities by projecting their spirits outside the coloured paper to perform anything that they desire upon a whim as long as it is not impossible.

Description: This ability allows the user to take on Dragon qualities, such as claws, arms, scales, wings, and even horns! This Magic allows one to become much more like a Dragon, giving them a much better edge in battle. But the one downfall of this magic is that it makes the user much more susceptible to Dragon Slaying Magic. They're able to use the Magic themselves, but if someone else uses it against them, they take more damage from it than usual. Other than that, this ability is considered to be incredibly useful.

Who can use this magic type: 1st and 3rd Generation Dragon Slayers.

Description: Soulweaver Magic is a magic that seems to have been lost to the current world, appearing only in books and stories about the ages of yore. It's a magic that seems to develop based on the user's soul, creating seemingly phantasmic objects which can be used to attack or trap the opponent. What appears is based on the soul of the user, but it does have a limit. It is impossible to create organic beings, though you can create a humanoid being (spirit/soul) to help attack. You also cannot create towers and the like, being limited to everyday objects you can hold. Soulweaver, depending on the user, can be considered either powerful or weak. It all relies upon the soul and their imagination.

Who can use this magic type: Anyone that has been taught by a Soulweaver.

Description: Shinigami Eyes is an unnatural Eye Magic, which allows its user to be able to see, and do, many "death related" things. No, they are not able to kill people just by looking at them, but there are many different things that they are able to do. See someone's countdown to their death, summon ethereal weapons, and even see the emotions that link people to one another. When using the power of Shinigami Eyes, the user's pupils seem to expand into clocks, with a minute and hour hand present, and each number in its Roman Numeral version. These strange "clocks" reach to the edges of the their iris. Their sclera (whites of their eyes) will become pitch black, and accompanied by an slight ethereal glow.

Who can use this magic type: Anyone that has experienced the death of a close friend/loved one and has killed someone.

Description: This Magic seems to have no true given form, and seems to look like nothing more than some strange, purple aura surrounded by shadows. This Magic, due to being afflicted upon the user's soul, seems to attack the same thing of its enemies. But instead of directly attacking their soul, it seems to focus on pulling one's life force from their body, to fuel both the user and the Magic. The more life it absorbs, the stronger it seems to get. Due to it being nothing but shadows, the user is capable of morphing it into different shapes, such as a weapon, the head of a beast, or even huge claws. It all seems to depend upon the user's own imagination.

Who can use this magic type: Anyone from the country of Veneficium.

Description: The Magic has no actual form, and instead seems to be a holy light, surrounded by a golden shine, making many confuse it for Spirit Slaying. The Magic, though set upon the soul, instead strikes at the opponent's "darkness". Meaning that the more horrible deeds they've done in the past, the stronger this Magic will be against them. Though this isn't to say it's completely useless against those with no darkness in their past. It can still harm them, just as any other Magic could. The user is able to shape this Magic into more... different forms, than most. Such as a holy sword which can send out waves of light, a beam that one shoots from their hands, or even pillars to protect them from outside forces.

Who can use this magic type: Anyone from the country of Veneficium.

Description: Authority of Sin is a powerful Magic, technically made up of seven different parts. Each one, of coursed, based off the Seven Deadly Sins. Each of these parts is based off of a Sin (or Sins) the user has committed, though it doesn't necessarily seem to vary that much from user to user. The only thing that seems to vary is the user's experience with the Magic. Other things that would likely vary and how the user would use each of the spells within this Magic, since most of them seem to affect certain parts of the user.

Who can use this magic type: Anyone that has committed a Sin, and has redeemed themselves. Must be taught by another user.

Description:
This curse taps into a dark space with a most foul energy, another dimension that is similar to that of shadows. The user can access this world through shadows in their surroundings, commanding the forces within. The properties of this world are filled with negative energy from something that could only be identified as "Watchers". These creatures appear as large red eyes from someone looking into their world, varying in different sizes. Somehow connected, the user can see what they see, sharing the same vision. They can also travel through these "windows" and manipulate the Watchers within to attack their opponents. While they mostly gaze, their eyes can fire powerful blasts of negative energy. They can also reach out with tendrils of various sizes and shapes, using them to stab or even grab. No one has seen what a Watcher looks like completely; they being too afraid to leave their realm completely. Perhaps this is a good thing... The user can even open the portal within them, allowing Watchers to invade their body. When used in this fashion, the dimension can be accessed without restriction. They can appear as a crack in reality, like a broken window, showing up on any surface or in midair. They can also generate the Watcher's eyes anywhere on their body, giving them 360 degrees of vision.

Description:
The user can place a spell on whatever they wish (people, places, objects, etc.) through eye contact; a hindering enchantment that cannot be ignored. The exact effects can be nearly anything the user desires, ranging from minor annoyances to tortuously extended death. Among the most common effects for people are misfortune/bad luck, various illnesses, status ailments, physical pain and hindrances to the the six senses. When used on objects, they can be made to break, explode, become poisonous and so on. These spells can change the way something is internally or externally. They can be activated immediately or on command, with the user at full control. It has a range of 15 meters; anything outside of the user's range cannot be hexed. However, once hexed, the effects can last long outside of that range.

Description: The user can create a physical guardian with a humanoid appearance that will protect the user at all costs and fight on their behalf. It is composed of magic and is highly durable. The guardian's strength is driven by the user's force of will and physical movements. The caster can also summon parts of their guardian for various needs, such as the entities weapons or an arm, in order to reduce the energy consumption and space occupation. The guardian can appear next to the user, allowing the user to stand on top, and surround the user as a form of armor, which can also be used to protect others. As an extension of themselves, the user will only suffer damage if the entity is destroyed and forced to disperse. It causes the caster to feel an intense painful shock through their body.

Description: From years of stepping into the Fade of reality and fiction for centuries, the user has faced her monsters, and the monsters of others. Absorbing these nightmare's very aura in order to be used for her own gain and sanity, the user is able to take the form capabilities of these horrific, demented creatures, instilling fear into the hearts of those who fear them. Description: The user can transform matter and objects, including living beings, into gold. The user also can transform their body completely into gold. User can be either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of gold, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately Alternately the user can transform into homogenous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other. As a metal gold is malleable, ductile, resistant to corrosion and most other chemical reactions, and conductive of electricity, all of which the user gains.

Last but not least, the user can create, shape and manipulate gold, a dense, soft, malleable, and ductile metal with a bright yellow color and luster that is considered attractive, which is maintained without tarnishing in air or water.

Gold is the most malleable of all metals; a single gram can be beaten into a sheet of 1 square meter, or an ounce into 300 square feet. Gold leaf can be beaten thin enough to become transparent. It is a good conductor of heat and electricity and reflects infrared radiation strongly. Chemically, it is unaffected by air, moisture and most corrosive reagents, and is therefore well suited for use in coins and jewelry and as a protective coating on other, more reactive metals.

Description: The user can use the roll of a die to change probability and possibly reality itself. Any number could make a positive and negative outcome, such as odd numbers causes an negative outcome and even numbers causes positive outcomes. The user can also change these meanings.The ability can also be organized so that one big thing, like saving someone else's life, could be weighed up by five small bad things that could happen. However, it would still be possible to change even large events, like saving a life, if the negative option would be as severe, for example risking someone else's life. If a person doesn´t change the meaning of the numbers then the meaning would be the same next time the dice would be thrown. When the dice´s number shows on a surface, the decided meaning of that number will be fulfilled, unless the negative and positive things wouldn´t be of the same value. The individuals can sense when the ability works, and when it doesn't. They would then also know in that case that they'd need to change the options.

It is a form of Ancient Spell in which the caster is able to attain the abilities of a "God", using a specific element as their type. The certain elemental type of God Slayer Magic can be conjured from the caster's body and be used for various purposes, mainly in combat. It is said that the original usage of this Magic was to slay "Gods". In addition, the color of each God Slayer's element has a black tint, regardless of what it may be.Similar to Dragon Slayer Magic and Devil Slayer Magic, the caster is able to eat their own element and also use it for combative purposes. However, it appears that they cannot eat their own "God-like" element and instead one of a lower level. It is not vice-versa with Dragon Slayers, however, unless the Dragon Slayer has emptied out their own Magic Power to create a vessel for the respective element.

Lunar God Slayer Magic incorporates the element of the moon into the user's body, allowing them to produce a black light, appearing as small black particles with a light blue shimmer to them. The caster can emit this light from any part of their body, which has various uses in offense, defense and support. The user is also able to consume or bask in the light of the moon in order to replenish their strength and rid themselves of fatigue; thusly making them immune to light-based attacks by consuming them and granting them a resistance to cold. Unlike normal light, a Lunar God's light is cold to the touch and destroys most forms of magic. It uses cold pressure to weaken its targets, slowing them down and striking them with the intense force of the light. Like the moon, it has effects on even the water and possesses reflective properties. Rather than using sheer force, the greatest power of lunar magic is in its ability to turn spells back on their opponents in greater force; this remaining true so long as the opposing spell is weaker than the moon spell.

Description:
This Curse is a self imposed one that essentially turns the bearer into a vampire. With blood, they can manipulate it like Molding Magic, being utilized for offensive, defensive and supportive creations. She can create various weapons and objects or turn them into projectiles. With control over its density, they can make it hard and thick like steel or even extremely sharp to the touch. It retains it's sticky makeup, allowing the user to create sticky traps capture her targets with it. While they can't use it to accelerate their healing, they can create blood clots to stop bleeding. Also, the bearer can replenish their blood by drinking others like a Slayer would. But unlike a Slayer, blood only restores blood, not Curse Power. Because it is cursed, Blood Slayers of any ilk cannot consume this blood without having it attack them internally. Even when separate from the body, the user can control their blood and use this to create "puppets" out of cadavers or to attack enemies from within. This Curse also allows improves the bearers physical attributes, gifting them with supernatural strength, speed, endurance, durability and reflexes. They also gain the abilities of a bat, being able to use echolocation and scatter their body by turning into a swarm of bats. This allows them to relocate themselves while retaining control over their fragments instead of staying in relatively cohesive form and reforming from any part. Along with semi-immortality, the bearer of this Curse is almost unstoppable; except, they have a severe weakness to solar and holy magic.
