A forest-like park that is well-known for town events and so forth. It also is a good venue for a quiet nighttime walk.

I got a pocket, got a pocketful of sunshine.
I got a love, and I know that it's all mine.

XXX"Would you like some bread Mrs. Quakers?" The small child spoke to the mama duckling as it trotted around, her small ducklings following behind in unison to their mother's waddles. "Here you go Mrs. Quakers! Stale bread from my house!" The girl squeaked, breaking apart a large piece of bread, and holding it before the duck, which reluctantly began to nibble on the bread and soon enough yanking the bread away from the girl's hands to feed them to her ducklings. The mama duck looked up at the child and quacked, probably in gratitude?

"You're welcome Mrs. Quackers! Though next time please ask if you wanna take it away. But it's okay! You have to feed the small baby Quakers- so that's okay." Oda spoke to the duck, much to the other park patron's amusement. Oda hummed and squatted so she could see the mama duck feed the small, soft balls of ducklings that also wanted some bread. "I wish I could take you home with me, but my mum wouldn't like that..." Oda said with a pout. One of the ducklings had strayed away from their siblings and mother to approach Oda, who was more than happy to have the duckling by her company. "Pat pat pat pat." Oda gently tapped her finger on the duckling's head, the small creature closing its eyes and nestling in the grass, enjoying the head massage.

Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.

                                                                O.O.C...

This was the first time in a long time the young mage had a day off, she was normally out fighting off threats and collecting books. Hailey didn't like towns, she wasn't a fan of large groups of people and often just wanted to find a quiet place to read; somewhere that she could relax and enjoy the outdoors. Books and food were the only true reasons she ever entered a town and it so happened to here in Magnolia there was a book store that peeks Hailey's nerdy interests. She walked with her nose in her book, reading about some over dramatic mystery that could never happen in the real world, the sun shining down on those who stood in the light, warming the morning air to a comfortable degree. Her long purple hair and followed after her as she ducked and weaved through the people she walked past, her dress allowed her feet to move accordingly to what direction she wanted to go.A few people looked at her strange at that she wore but she payed no mind, even if it was funky looking it shaded her eyes well enough that she could read a book in the sun and not have the white pages blind her.

As Hailey walked a slight bump from a passing stranger caused her to drop her book, angry aubergine eyes followed after the stranger as she knelt down to pick up her book. The momentary break from reading caused her to look at her surrounding, there by a tree sat an odd looking fellow, while and lavender hair along with strange clothes Hailey had never seen, while on a bench farther away sat a little girl, seemingly all alone. Hailey frowned seeing the small child alone, it wasn't a safe world and a little girl without her parents around scared even the introvert of a mage. Slowly approaching the small girl Hailey kept her eyes peels for any creeps lurking around the area "Excuse me little one... are you lost?" Hailey's voice was soft and sweet, her quiet voice was raised to a more normal volume level so the little girl would hear her. She knelt down near the bench as she spoke, doing her best to not disturb the ducks the little girl was feeding. Hailey kept a slight distance from the girl, as so not to make the little one uncomfortable; she was concerned that the child either had lost her parents or didn't have any parents and didn't want any harm to come to her.

I got a love, and I know that it's all mine.

XXX"You are so soft..." The little girl would give the little duckling a sincere smile, a tint of pink on her chubby cheeks. Sadly, the ducky would have to go back to its mama, lucky ducky. No offense, but Danny wasn't that engaging of a babysitter; he would occasionally look up at Oda from time to time, all whist falling in and out of sleep. She was sure he didn't mean to lose focus, but it sure was boring having no one to play with. If it were her mother or father, they would have been helping her feed the duckies. Instead, all she got was a tired Rune Knight.

However, Oda's boredom was soon magically gone upon a peculiar sight. She has learned her numbers, and her alphabet. She learned that pigs do not fly but cats do. She learned that people can use fire and lightning and water and wind. Never though, has Oda ever seen someone with rainbow hair. The girl's eyes sparkled in awe as the tall man has rushed towards one of the trees to sit down, his rainbow hair changing to white and lavender: Like magic!

"Wow!" Oda mused, slowly walking over to the man by the tree. Before that could happen, a lady with pretty hair came and asked Oda if she was lost. Oda smiled at the nice lady, rocking back and forth. She shook her head and giggled. "No, my babysitter is... Sweepy... D'aww...!" Oda said, running over to the young blonde sitting on the park bench, a bit of drool running down his wimpy chin. "See?" Oda said happily, tugging on the man's pants, but with no response.

Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.

Hailey's face was filled with concern as the little girl showed her the supposed babysitter, sleeping; it was warm and sunny out so Hailey couldn't blame him for falling asleep but it was no excuse when a child is involved. "So you have been sitting there while your sitter is..... sleeping?" Hailey had to contain the anger in her voice as her gentle eyes moved from the blonde male to the little kid. Tucking a loose strand of orchid colord hair behind an ear she watched as the little one tugged at the pant leg of the man but got no response. Either the parents didn't know about this or this was the first time the sitter had done it, either way it was no excuse. Hailey didn't care that she didn't know the little girl or the family, a child was a child and should not be left alone; no matter the age. Her attention was soon dragged back away from the risk the slumbering man could pose to the child indirectly "My name is Hailey, do you mind if I stay around until he wakes up or would you rather we woke him up?" Hailey gave a warm and friendly smile to the little girl, she didn't use a baby tone while talking to her but kept her tone of voice smooth and soft. Even for how small the girl was Hailey still treated her like a normal kid, she didn't know her age or her name but was content with staying close and making sure that nothing happened to the cute little child. Most people had kept walking by ignoring the small child and continuing with their day, none of them giving a single thought to the little girl Hailey now planned on watching. Some might say it wasn't her business and that she shouldn't get involved but it went against everything Hailey was brought up in, just to ignore a small child.

Hailey sent her book back to the library stored all her books, including her spellbooks, in. Her eyes still watched the surrounding area, making sure no one dared even think about harming a single hair on the little girls head. The odd looking man under the tree didn't seem to pose much of a threat, he seemed completely content with where he was at and what he was doing. Hailey hadn't seen his rainbow hair, instead she just saw his white hair with lavender tips along with the clothes she had never seen before. Though Hailey liked information the introvert personality she had wouldn't allow her to approach the man along with the added fact the she was now watching the small child while her real sitter slept.

I got a pocket, got a pocketful of sunshine.
I got a love, and I know that it's all mine.

XXXOda released the blonde man's pants, and looked down at her shoes, where a tiny catepillar had made the top of her small shoe: It's home. "Ahhhh, hi buddy. You came back!" Oda squealed, kneeling down to pick up the caterpillar from her shoe, and allowing it to roam around her tiny fingers and arm. The caterpillar: Hubert, was sent on a mission a week ago to take back his kingdom from the evil butterflies (Oda has no idea about metamorphosis); looks like he was successful since he is still alive to tell the tale. Oda looked up from her hand, a smile on her face, her cheeks flushed in content.

In response to the woman's question, Oda would straighten her posture and with great assertion, nod quickly, with great exaggeration. "A nice lady gave me bread and I got to help her feed duckies for a while, but then she had to go to her knitting circle and she left the bread to me, so..." Oda tapped her feet together, humming, thinking of what else she did today. She spoke again, this time, with much more glee. "And I have been feeding the duckies since. I named them too! Lacey, and Macey, and Stacey, and Kacey, and Pacey... And Greg!" She said happily.

"My name is Oda! Oda Vinicianus-Togashi!" She said, struggling to say her extremely long last name. She panted afterwards, and placed the caterpillar on top of her head, the small bug coiling there, as if it was resting. "I am not allowed to talk to strangers but... You and the old lady are nice so... So I trust you!" She said, her cheeks flushing once again, and a small smile on her face. She made a tiny heart sign with her fingers, as if to assert her trust. "And um... Um...!" Oda's face crunched up, as if in deep thought. She turned to Danny, a true moral dilemma in her hands: To wake, or not to wake Mr. Coconuts? "No thank you. He needs his sweep!" She said with a nod of validation. "And you can help me feed the small duckies and their momma duckie!" She says, picking up the loaf of bread that she had set down.

Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.

                                                                Kio no Tenshi

                                                                ...

Hailey couldn't help but crack a smile as she watched the little child interact with a caterpillar that came crawling back, the child was cute and innocent as she talked to the little bug that she fearlessly picked up and placed on her head. "Well Oda, it's good that you were taught not to talk to strangers. I'll stay and feed the ducks with you while your babysitter sleeps." she smiled down at the child as she spoke kindly and softly, "You named all the babies? That's pretty good! Can you tell me what one is Lacey, Macey, Stacey, Kacey, Pacey, Greg?" Hailey asked as she followed the small child to the bench where the bread sat, if the little girl didn't want her sister woken then Hailey wasn't going to do it. Not because she was a push over but more of the fact she didn't really want to deal with either the child or the sitter if either of them were to end up in a bad mood because of it. Her trip to the bookstore would have to be put on hold for the time being, she wouldn't be able to take the child with her or that would be considered kidnapping so it was just easier for her to hang around and hope that she can get to the store before it closes.

"Tell me Oda, do you like books?" Hailey asked the small child as she picked up the bread and handed it to the little child. The warm sun shinned down on those that dared stay as it rose higher in the sky, warming the air even more so. Hailey adjusted her puffy hat so the sun wouldn't blind her as she hung around the small child. Her sharp eyes watched those who walked by, even though she didn't know the child Hailey was still protective of her. Maybe it was her up bringing or maybe that was just how Hailey was but either way she didn't plan on leaving any time soon. "If you get to warm we can go sit in the shade and I can read you a story." Hailey knew she had a few children's books in her collection, her library was full of different books; ranging from her spellbook that she fights with to her casual reading books, all the way down to a few children's books, though there weren't many of those. Her collection consisted of mostly books made for older audiences, and most were rare books that were either old or just didn't have many copies, she really didn't plan on starting her collection of children's books until she was ready to have one of her own. The few books she did own, for children, were ones from her small village far away that were written by the local authors; tales of friendly pirates, or silly talking animals, not typical books someone may find; totally unique and one of a kind.

I got a love, and I know that it's all mine.

XXXOda was excited to introduce her little friends to Hailey. She quickly scurried over to the group of sitting ducks, who were waiting for more bread. With a look of excitement, Oda would sit down and gently place her finger on the mama duck's head. Oddly enough, the duck did not attack like most ducks, or even flinch. Rather, it closed its eyes and allowed the child to touch her, as if she were fine with it. "This mama duckie- Is Lady Lacey of that lake over there!" She said, gesturing her finger to the small pond not to far away. She placed her head on the other duck- one of Lacey's babies. "And this is Macey. Macey is a scamp, yes he is!" She said with an assertive nod. After placing a finger on the others: Stacey, Kasey, Pacey.

Then there was Greg, which Oda picked up and placed on her lap. Lacey quietly ruffled her feathers and waddled over to Oda, sitting next to her and resting her head on the child's lap. She always had a way with animals, babies, even other people. Yet, she never seemed to notice, she was too young to notice. "And Greg! Greg is so cute and fluffy!!!" The small girl squealed, picking the duckling up and nuzzling its fluffy cheek against hers. "But I love all my duckie friends." She said with a pleased smile.

"Books?" Oda said before eagerly nodding, "I love books! I mean, usually my mummy or daddy reads to me, but I still love them very much!" She said with much excitement. Oda took the piece of bread from the woman, and brought it to Greg's mouth. Greg no soon after took tiny nibbles of the bread, but they were fast. Fast enough to finish the piece of bread in a few seconds. Oda nodded and slowly got up, Lacey straightening her pose, and Greg nestled in the child's tiny hands. "Yes please Miss Hailey!" She said with a quick attempt at a curtsy. "May my duckies come with me? Poor duckies never read before... I am sure they would love to hear you read!" She requested, setting Greg on top of her head gingerly.

Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.

Underneath some trees that stood tall of the slope parts of the park laid the Guild Master of Fairy Tail. From the looks of it, she was fast asleep as if there was no care in the world. This, of course, was one of the few moments Nallane looked rather innocent compared her usual grumpy like and devilish appearance. The guild was pretty empty for the time being and there wasn't anything important for her to look over. So now was the best time to take advantage and sleep in a place where it was peaceful. Well for the time being.

That silence was slowly swept away as the sound of a little girl voice's echoed out in the park. Her eyes cracked open a bit to allow them to adjust to the sunlight. Sitting up with a reluctant groan as one hand pressed firmly against her own forehead. Gazing out to the area where the voice was coming from, Nallane had guessed right that such a high pitched voice came from a little girl. "Hm? Isn't that the Commander's kid? Oh well. She isn't in trouble for now." Nallane muttered to herself quietly. She laid back down on the comfy grass just wanting to sleep again. Rolling over onto her stomach, her arms sprawled out above her head hoping that sleep will come again. "..." She rolled onto one side as the cape cover her eyes. "..." Nallane kept rolling until at one point she just started rolling down slope onto the flat part of grass at the bottom.

Nallane hit her head against the somewhat soft ground, basically giving up on the concept of a nap now. At least she got like 20 minutes in. Her outfit was covered in some sticks of various sizes along with leaves and loose pieces of grass. Her head shifted onto the side as she was currently on her stomach once again and puffed out her right cheek. "Man, I really need some booze now." If only that thought had come across her mind before leaving the guild. She could've swiped a bottle, or two. More like 5. Last she checked, there was a shipment of booze and food that should have come in. So now one would mind at all. After all, everyone at the guild was used to her drinking habits by now. For the most part. Unless some new people show up. Psh, oh well. Like she cared anyways about her drinking in front of others.

Hailey was amazed as she watched the child not only get in touching distance of the duck and her babies but also touch them and pick them up, either the ducks were comfortable around humans or they just really trusted the small child. She watched as Oda picked up Greg and rubbed her cheek against the little duckling. Hailey couldn't help but smile as she watched the little kid with the little animals, it was cute and innocent; something rare in the world now. "You are such a good namer and the ducks sure do love you!" She smiled softly to the child as she spoke in her kind voice. Hailey listened as the child talked about her mom and dad reading to her before posing a question for Hailey "Of course your friends can come, I'll read to you and your duck friends. What would you like? I have a picture book about a family of turtles, a picture book about a lost owl, a regular book about pirates, and a regular book about a duck that wants to go on an adventure?" Hailey summoned each book as she spoke, bringing out one at a time. Being a reequip mage allowed her the access to her library of books, she stored all books she ever got in her library so all she would have to do is summon it with her magic.

Hailey moved to the shade of a tree that sat between the great tree where the odd looking man sat, and the tree that a woman had rolled away from. Hailey didn't pay much attention to either one, they posed no threat to the child and from what Hailey had witnessed the only who really threatened the safety of the child was her sleeping babysitter that Oda didn't want woken. She sat down in the cool grass, sitting on her hip with her legs tucked to the side; Hailey was careful not to get grass stains on her dress. If there was one thing she hated to do it was try and get stains out of her dresses. As she waited for the child's choice on what book she wanted to hear, Hailey kept glancing at the snoozing sitter, he seemed to not have a single care in the world and was definitely on Hailey's bad list.

I got a love, and I know that it's all mine.

XXXOda blushed and giggled, her small hands on her cheeks to hide her tinted cheeks. "Thank you!" She said shyly, always quite timid when being praised. Oda tilted her head and blinked a few times, a smile on her face that indicated some confusion. She was always so used to reading books about knights and wizards and sorcerers, that literature about duckies and turtles had never crossed her mind. "Oh! Those books sound very nice! All of them!" She said, whilst walking to the tree, her duckie family following behind her, with Greg already having fall asleep on top of her head. "May we read the duckie adventure one first?" She asked politely, sitting down once again on her dress, already covered with grass stains, something that her mother had specifically told her babysitter, to not let happen. Speaking of him...

                                                                  -

"Mmmm... Eh? O-oh geez...!" Danny shot up from his slumber, a trail of drool on the corner of his mouth. His signature coconut hair- nothing but a mass of braids, no doubt the work of four-year-old Oda. Speaking of which, where did she go?! Danny didn't mean to fall asleep on the job, especially a job as life-threatening as watching his boss' daughter. Quickly Danny shot up from the park bench, wiping his mouth and frantically looking around. She was here? Correct?! She couldn't have gone far! Dear God- how long was he asleep for?! Danny in a fit of panic- grabbed onto his braids, looking around for the small child. "Oda?!" He called out. "Oda!!!" He yelled a second time, his eyes swelling with tears, terrified of the possible reactions of her parents: The Commander of the Rune Knights, and The Strongest Mage in Fiore. He could only imagine them at their worst, torturing him for carelessly falling asleep, losing their only child! However, the panic had only died down as he heard a familiar squeaky voice from hot too far away.

                                                                  -
"Boyo! Hiiiii!" Oda yelled in response to her name being called. From underneath the coolness of the large tree that she and Hailey were under, Oda got up with Greg still on her head, waving her short arms at Danny's direction. No soon after, Danny had frantically rushed towards the little girl, and picked her up, hugging her as if he had not seen her in over a year. "Thank goodness you are okay!!!" Danny girlishly whimpered, on the verge of tears. Oda on the other hand, was completely complacent, and even giggled at Danny's reaction. "Why so glum chum?" She asked, gently patting his braided head. "Pat. Pat. Pat. Pat... Patpatpatpatpatp Oh!" After her onslaught of pats, which actually did hurt Danny, Oda turned her head towards Hailey's direction, and gestured her arm to her. "Boyo, meet Miss Hailey! Miss Hailey is very nice and pretty! Mhmm!" She asserted, followed by a nod.

From the corner of her eye, Oda could see a woman rolling down the grassy slope, wishing to do the same. She had recognized her, and would wave at her direction, smiling. "Hi Miss Fairy Lady!!!" Oda cheerfully yelled, triggering Danny's anxiety. Danny tensed up, looking at Hailey, then at the Fairy Tail Guild Master, who he had prayed didn't know about his negligence. "G-Geez! Um... Let's go get some donuts Oda!!!" Danny anxiously mumbled, preparing to whisk her away from Hailey's supervision. Not too long after, Oda began to whimper, prepared to cry. "I don't wanna leave though! M-Miss Hailey was going to read to me and the duckies..." Oda whispered sadly, picking off Greg from her head, and presenting him to Danny. "Do you want Greg to never read?" She asked, sadly.

Danny blinked in confusion, and looked down at the duck before responding rather nervously. "G-goodness! Don't touch animals you don't know are clean or not!" He said, setting Oda down. "Now say bye to your duckie friends. I am sorry Oda, but you can't go around picking up any ol' animals. I have to keep you sa-" But before he could finish, the tears started to come in. Danny could already feel his heart and stomach drop in sadness for the girl, and in fear for what would happen next. Oda continued to hold Greg in her small hands, her lips quivering, and tears running down her face, as if she had been scarred for life."B-but..."

Danny sighed and smiled sweetly, trying to calm the child down. "I... I am sorry Oda, but you can-" Uh oh. Before Danny could explain himself, Oda's tearing had turned into a sobbing fit, hugging Greg for dear life, with the Mama duck right next to her, quacking violently at Danny. "O-oda! Calm down! Let me explain! Ahhh!!!" Soon, the Mama duckie had begun to flap its wings, as if protecting Oda from the blonde man in front of her. Oda's face had turned a bright red, and her crying loud enough to be heard throughout the park, which had caused park patrons to look and stare in disapproval of the situation.

Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.

                                                                  Kio no Tenshi

Hailey smiled at the young child as she picked the book she wanted to hear, she hadn't so even had the change to read the first word when a voice had broken the peaceful quiet of the park. Her aubergine eyes narrowed on the wimpy boy who had come running their direction. His girly whimpering only made Hailey scowl at him as she listened to him try and get little Oda to do as he said. Not long after Oda stating to cry Hailey slowly stood and brushed her dress off in one fluid movement "Mr..... Boyo was it?" Her voice was barely hear able over the crying from the small child "You had fallen asleep while watching her. The last thing you should be concerned about is the little animal friends she makes. You let her be in danger because you failed to do your job, you're lucky that there are some good people in this world who made sure she was okay while you snoozed." Hailey reached out her hand and placed it gently on Oda's back "The lease you can do it allow her to hear one story. She was probably board out of her mind while waiting for you to wake up. If you want to sleep on the job you might want to find something different to do." Hailey then turned her eyes to the small crying child "Oda." She spoke softly as she got down to her level "If your babysitter lets you stay I'll read you this story." She held out the book as she spoke "You can have it too, that way when you learn to read you can then read this story to all the little duckies you make friends with. You can teach them how to read!" Hailey played along with Oda's logic, she knew ducks couldn't read but if this little girl believed they could then by golly Hailey would believe it right along with her.

Her aubergine eyes then moved back to the boy who had made little Oda cry "If you have any objections, say them now." Hailey narrowed her eyes as she spoke, it was very obvious she did not like this so called babysitter and probably never will. "I'll feed what's left of the bread to Lacey, Macey, Stacey, Kacey, Pacey, and Greg so that they'll at least have full little tummies. They'll learn to read if you take care of them Oda!" Hailey enuraged the little girl as her head slowly moved to look down at the girl, giving her a kind and warm smile, "If Mr. Boyo has other things that absolutely must get down then you better listen to him and remember to tell your mommy and daddy all that happened today! I'm sure they'll love to hear about your day and what you did!" Hailey didn't know exactly Oda was related to, the last name sounded familiar but without a face to go with it she was drawing a black. If Hailey would have found out who little Oda was related to she would have objected to the wimpy male taking Oda away. Hailey already didn't trust the weird looking guy, he had fallen asleep while watching a child; that already made him seem like scum to Hailey. Who in their right mind would fall asleep while a small child ran around unsupervised? It was outrageous!

XXXxxIt was a nice day, one nice enough for a picnic admittedly. Sadly, with the Magic Council and current disturbing happenings, this Samurai's wife has been has been busy for the past two weeks, hardly any time being spent between he, her, and their daughter. He was not angry at his wife nor did he think she found her work more important than them. She had many duties as the Captain of the Rune Knights, handling military affairs, capturing mages that went against the Magic Council's law, and many more things. This whole mess was definitely wasn't good for his wife nor for the country's people; if he could Shigehara would help his wife with this ordeal, but he was worried that might hurt her pride, plus it was her job as the Rune Knight Commander to handle these things, if she needed his help he would rush for it the second she requested aid. Until then he would gladly support her from the sidelines with their precious little girl.

She, along with her mother, was the world to Shigehara and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for either of them. As he arrived at South Gate, hoping to see his little samurai playing happily and that Danny was doing his job. It appeared that there was some commotion involving Danny, Oda, some ducks, and a Woman he’s never seen before. Mentally sighing, Shigehara had slowly approached the group, walking behind Danny almost ominously as he looked down at his sweet little girl. “
Hello Oda, Stranger, and….Danny.” He would say in his usual stoic voice, a hint of skepticism being noticeable when he said Danny’s name however. Shigehara was never quite to sure about Danny, a Rune Knight of questionable skill and pretty much a coward, but he was a trier so that’s something at least. After taking a brief second to give Danny a glare, he would walk over next to Oda and kneel right next to her, putting his arm over her shoulder, and gave the unknown woman a nod of thanks. “Hello sweetie, what are you crying about?” The Samurai had spoken softly and in a fatherly tone, trying to calm his daughter down. He had hoped it was nothing serious, that she had just tripped and Danny reacted poorly, it could heavily have to do with the ducks at present and if that was the case then Oda likely wanted them as pets, something he would have to speak with Sebastian about.

XXXStill in a state of panic, Danny would look up at the violet-haired woman. Danny raised a finger, prepared to defend himself, only for Hailey to pitch the idea of reading to Oda, the child that he was obligated to watch. In the mist of her tears, Oda nodded, a trail of snot running down her red nose, and her chin crinkled from her emotional pain of leaving her friends behind. "I-it won't matter though... Because... T-they have to live off of wormies forever... Ahhh...!!!" Oda covered her face with her tiny, shaking hands, and sobbed louder than before, calling upon Danny's anxiety to a higher level; a lever he never thought it could go. "I-I want Miss Hailey to be my sitter...!" Oda whimpered in between her tears, the mother duck rubbing her head against Oda's leg in attempts to cheer her up, but to no avail- Oda was gone by this point.

"Y-you are so nice!!! I-I will tell them everything Miss Hailey...!!!" Oda said, whilst kneeling down to Mama Lacey, and hugging the duck, still crying. Lacey lowered her head, nuzzling against the child. Danny looked at Oda in worry, then at Hailey. "I am a good sitter! I... I was just really tired and I... C'mon... O-Oda! Don't tell your parents! Please!" The man begged, suddenly feeling a dark and eerie sensation running down his spine, causing his stomach to flip around. Once he heard that familiar voice, Danny had realized that his time was up. He was a dead man walking. Danny quickly turned around, and slightly bowed before the towering 1st God of Ishgar: His boss' husband, and a man capable of killing Danny in mere seconds if he pleased. That time may be sooner than expected. "M-Mister Togashi! H-Hello! I can explain...! Um..." Danny wasn't too sure what to say... He couldn't even speak with the large lump in his throat, beads of sweat falling to the ground.

Oda was far more joyous to see Shigehara compared to Danny and his reaction. "Daddy?! Daddy!!!" Oda squealed, crying even more in relief from seeing her dad right next to her. She lunged towards him for a hug, tightly grabbing on to her father's jacket, and wiping her nose against his shirt, as if by instinct. She hugged the tall man tightly, crying in his shirt. Danny was screwed. "D-daddy! I miss you! I don't want a babysitter anymore! I just want you and... And Auntie Pewma and... And Miss Hailey!!! And... Mommy!!! I miss Mommy!!!" She said, having stopped her crying, but still sniffling and tearing up. "D-Danny left me all alone daddy!" She said, once again rubbing her small nose on her father's shirt. "And... And... He won't let me... He won't let me keep my duckie friends!!!" She whimpered, her chin crinkled once again, ready to cry from all the sudden emotions that this poor four year old was feeling. Oda would once again bury her face in her father's shirt once again. "Daddy...!!!"

Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me.
Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me.
