Wavellite still hadn’t really done anything for the Negaverse…though that meant she hadn’t been in…or lost any fights, it also meant she hadn’t met anyone outside of Ashanite and the other lieutenant that Ashanite had recruited. Which was fine, but she really didn’t…care all that much, to be honest.
Powering up was cool, and feeling strong was cool, but…the novelty wore off quite quickly, and for a few months, Marquette didn’t even bother powering up at all.
For some reason though…perhaps that reason was just that her power was out and she couldn’t play one of her video games, but whatever the reason, she was out tonight. Sighing heavily and the fact that she was outside in the cold instead of inside killing vampires, Wavellite made her way across rooftops, finding a little enjoyment in the fact she could make a really good jump, even with her arms folded across her chest.
So maybe this was a little fun…but she wouldn’t admit that. Nope.
Something tugged at her awareness and the lieutenant paused, holding still and wishing she was a dog, or a fox so she could perk her ears up. It was such a funny feeling, and she wanted to see what was causing it, so off she went, hopping off of the building she was on and nearly running into…
A life sized doll?
At least that’s what it looked like. Green hair and ruffles upon ruffles upon ruffles. “What the heck are you?”

Xenia liked being a Senshi. It let her feel like she was doing something; like...like whatever had happened to Alex and Cait wasn’t going to happen to her, if she just kept fighting hard enough and long enough.
She hadn’t actually…fought much of anything, though; just the occasional youma here or there, which she supposed wasn’t really living up to all the dramatic promises she’d given Julienne, but. Well. She was only a teenager; what, in practical terms, was she supposed to do?
She’d….figure it out eventually.
She could feel a tingling, something...off, not like a youma, and she went to go look for it, when, well, it just about bumped into her.
And was rude as heck.
A girl, her own age, or thereabouts, she guessed, in a (kind of cute) sailor uniform.
“Excuse me?” She asked, affronted. “I’m Sailor Xenia, defender of justice! Who are you?”

“Who am I? You mean you haven’t heard of me? I’m the great and terrible Wavellite. Though, I suppose you wouldn’t have heard of me since I don’t leave my victims alive!” The lieutenant brandished her hands in what she thought was an intimidating fashion and evil eyed the doll. Xenia. Sailor Xenia?
Interesting.
“Defender of justice, hm? I don’t even know what that means.” God she was so sassy. A sassy porcelain doll. How...horror movie-ish. But one of those cute horror movies, the ones that they try to play up as a nice thing.
“Tell me, Xenia, warrior princess, just how do you defend justice?”

Xenia raised her eyebrows, putting her hands on her hips. “Great and terrible? Okay, Doctor Doom,” she said, but it was a little bit teasing. Still, she put her hands on her hips and puffed out her chest a little, like that would make her look somehow more intimidating in all her frills and lace.
“I fight youma, because they hurt people, and...I guess I should fight officers? But you’re not doing anything wrong, so, eh,” she shrugged. “Unless you secretly are.” She narrowed her eyes, looking Wavellite up and down, like the secret to her criminal activity would somehow become visible if Xenia stared hard enough.
“What do you do?”

“No, no. I. Am. Oz.” Wavellite wagged her eyebrows and put her own hands on her hips, clearly in an imitation of Xenia. She fought youma because they hurt people. Yuck. What a sweet little…blah. Nasty girl.
“So…you fight the bad guys because it’s the ‘right thing to do’, hm?” There were the air quotes and the lieutenant shook her head, half disgusted. “So I’m guessing you haven’t hit your rebellion stage of life yet, have you? Are you even a teenager yet, or are you like, six years old, doing the right thing and playing dress up?”
Maybe this girl wasn’t even really a senshi…or whatever. Maybe she was just a kid in a stupid dress who had stupid ideals.
…and felt weird from a distance. Yeah, okay, so maybe that was a dumb theory, but whatever.
“What do I do?” Wavellite opened her mouth to make herself sound as great and terrible as she had proclaimed but finally shrugged. “Eh. I don’t go out much. Normally I just play video games at home, but tonight the power went out, and so did I.”

Xenia wrinkled her nose. "Oz, sure." She said, not at all sounding impressed.
“I’m thirteen.” She said, as if that would matter much. She was in most people’s eyes still a kid, she was sure, but this girl couldn’t be that much older than her. “I just...yeah, I guess you could say I haven’t hit my rebellious stage yet.” Her parents had it hard enough, really, but maybe the rebellion would happen later, or whatever.
At least Wavellite didn’t really seem…dangerous, or anything, just maybe a little dramatic and kind of snarky. That was okay, though, she could deal with that.
“I mean, that doesn’t sound all that bad,” she said. “Not...exactly super nefarious, really.” Not what she'd expected from the Negaverse at all.

“Well, I’m fourteen. I promise you, when you get to be my age, you’ll hit that rebellious teenage stage, princess.” She felt the urge to brag just a little more and shrugged. “And I’ll be fifteen in July, so you better watch out. I’m a big, bad b***h. Sort of.” Kind of.
More…like a BBB in training. But, hey.
“I mean, don’t get me wrong, Xenia. I should be doing more, and going out and terrorizing the town, heck. Maybe one day we can terrorize it together.”
…Well, maybe not. It wasn’t like they could power down and go arm in arm for some milkshakes or something. But…eh.
“Anyway, you’ll get a case of the rebels, I know you will, and it’ll be great, and you’ll see that everything I said was true and you’ll realize that darkness is your ally and poof we’ll be besties.” Wavellite waved a hand and grinned. “Seriously though. Watch out. I am dangerous. Or, I will be.”

Xenia laughed, a little. "Yeah, okay, whatever you say," she said. "I just turned thirteen a little while ago, so..." She shrugged. "I guess I've got a little while."
She couldn't, really, picture herself terrorizing anyone, though she could...maybe picture herself spending a lot more time with Wavellite.
"I dunno about terrorizing the town, but I wouldn't mind seeing you again," she said lightly. "Sometime."
Maybe.
"Or you can keep telling me all about how dangerous you are, and maybe I'll just be so scared./.." She winked, hopefully a show she was teasing. There was nothing to be afraid of, was there? Wavellite hadn't even raised a hand against her, just talked big.

Wavellite grinned. This girl was too cute. She moved closer, placing a hand against the green haired chibi’s cheek. “Well, my warrior princess, I have to let you know right now, that I’ll lead you down a dark path and one day you won’t be able to find your way back off of it.”
She stared into the girls bright yellow eyes and grinned, leaning forward and placing a kiss on the tip of her cute little nose.
“Now, maybe tonight, maybe tonight I’ll stop leading you astray, but the next time I see you, just be prepared. One day you won’t be able to resist me. I’m great and powerful, so. Watch out.”
The lieutenant gave a wink in return and let her hand slide gently down Xenia’s cheek, before resting once again at Wavellite’s own side. “See you around, kid. Hope you’re more of a rebel next time we cross paths, which better be soon, or else.”
She grinned and gave one last wink before waving and walking away.
This might be something to tell Ashanite about. Wasn’t this something she was supposed to be doing? Leading senshi astray? Especially when they were such cute little senshi…yeah. She’d have to at least…mention this. Maybe.

Warrior princess. Warrior princess. Xenia definitely blushed, because no one had never called her something like that before.
"Uh," she said, and then she smiled. "I mean, maybe I'll have to be your light in the dark." Sure, that wasn't cheesy at all, and it definitely wasn't ridiculously optimistic. More something Thalia would say than something Hayley had ever pictured herself saying. Still, she...couldn't help but want to be that.
She'd never really had a crush before, but she was pretty sure that was what was happening here. Which was silly, because this was a Nega, and they'd barely met, but....well. She could indulge a little, right?
"I'll...I'll definitely watch out," she said, and then she stood there like an idiot and watched Wavellite go.
Gosh, she hoped they ran into each other again.
