Nova had been growing ever more concern with the state of events that have been slowly deteriorating as the months passed, not including the job of running Sanctuary falling on her shoulders again. On the surface it seem as if things were calming down again but bits and pieces of information she had been able to gather all over the continent gave her the feeling it was not to last. True understanding between the races seemed to be growing further away which worried her and the most recent newly-turned elders were still trying to adjust to themselves, their powers and find where they belong before they were able to do good and in the case of a few attempt to recover how they were before they went on their quest. Each was vastly different from the other, another contention that worried her as she wondered if they would truly help metas move forward or widen the rift.
She had to keep moving though and the thought of one person having the strength, valor and wisdom to unify the races seemed to be more distant as time continued to move quickly and metas as a whole were slowly faltering under the pace. Still she continued to hope, considering one more candidate to join the three. For if one could not do it then four might. Her chosen candidate was one she had to put much thought into since they would already be at a disadvantage, but because of it they were stronger. Her research had to go a little further than normal but she felt that she had the paths that would help her candidate forward.
It was mid afternoon when the flutter of wings much to small to be that of a real pixie or fairy flew close to Andy's ear alighting on her shoulder before it coughed and started to speak with Nova's voice.
Dearest Andy,
As you may have been aware, Tretera has fallen into dark times for our race, and as much as we had tried to be what we were created for, I don't think anyone expected us to be more than the tools we were made as to further the goals of others as you well know. We just want to be ourselves even if our goals still align towards peace and unity, the animosity and tensions that has grown over the time since the Academy was shut down, only brings an urgent need for those who can provide guidance through true strength. People who have learned to lead such as you have with the creation of the Renegades or have worked through a leader to understand what needed to be done.
I have watched you since you were born, fighting for what you believed in with the wholeness of your heart even with the pitfalls of life and power. The ups and downs as you matured into who you are now, when fate dealt you such a cruel hand you never lost sight of what you wish for the world to be. I know you have potential for great things and feel you are ready to join the ranks of those with the power to change this world, hopefully for the better.
However, you may seek many things to find your own harmony. While we may be both aware you still have more trials to face in finding what it is you seek from yourself to become transcendent into a state of mind that would allow you to share your power and guidance with those that direly need it as well as show humans and true races that we are not the weapons we think we are, you are the only one who can decide what that it is that you lack to achieve this.
Whether it be inner sight, you could travel to the isolated village of Lastren to the northwest of Belosh and seek what they believe is the key foundations to being a true leader in the guidance of others who have lost their way.
It could be possible that you seek to speak to the divine being known as Faslie. She has been known to grant the name and location of whose heart would be closest to your own if you dare to demonstrate why you deserve your desire to be fulfilled.
Or you could wish to seek out Gaia herself for a divine gift, they call them Symbols of Radiance. These artifacts that enlighten your spirit and mind as well as true strength.
What it is you choose for yourself will take you on your journey towards becoming a true elder. This will be no easy task and unfortunately this will be a quest for you and you only. The likeliness that you will be able to stay in contact with those you are close to is very small, as you may also be gone for months depending on the path your carve. The path is dangerous and gruely but I have the utmost faith in you that you can complete this.

Andy had been fairly determined to set out on her own, ready to start a fight with her sister to once and for all reclaim the group that was rightfully hers. She'd been walking for hours, little idea of where she was headed since she didn't know where it was they were anymore. So, in a sense, she was lost. Something that angered her. Sitting down for a moment to rest, she heard the faint flutter of wings that followed by a soft weight on her shoulder. Curious as she listened to what the small voice had to say. A familiar voice, Nova, she'd heard it before at some point, but was sure it was hers.
What an interesting offer of words, an acknowledgement of the battles she fought since a child, and there was a sad smile that graced her lips. Then there were trials, something that she may gain to become transcendent, allow her to be better, to share her power and guidance. It all seemed too good to be true, but it was Nova. She couldn't deny its validity.
Inner sight.. true leadership. No, she knew how to be a leader. She had been one for years, that was no easy task by any means, but she was confident in her skills as a leader none the less.
Granting the name and location whose heart would be closest to her own. That caused her to pause, a pain in her chest. Someone who's heart was like hers. Maybe someone who could love her? Really love her. By gaia, it was so tempting, but the self-hatred of herself only drove her thoughts away. It wasn't possible to find someone that could actually be with her beyond her powers. That had always been her curse.. divine being or not. No, she couldn't be selfish like that.. waste such an opportunity on just herself. Metas needed her, she gave up the life of being with anyone, and she needed to be strong enough to stand on her own. No. She couldn't allow herself that luxury.
Finally, a divine gift. There was an oddly curious look on her face as she listened. Symbols of Radiance.. artifacts that enlighten your spirit and mind... true strength.
That.
She wanted to be strong more than anything in all of Tretera. She had to be stronger. How was she supposed to fight for Metas when she couldn't fight for herself. That was the path she had to choose, there was no doubt in her mind.
"How do I find Gaia... these.. symbols of radiance?" she asked with a determination in her voice.
There was no question about going alone, that was obvious, she wouldn't allow for anyone to accompany her. This was her journey. Months of no contact... no different than recently. And danger, well, her entire life had been filled with danger. If she hadn't died by now, she sure as hell wasn't going to now.
Standing slowly, her muted light blue eyes scanned the area as though she could even see anything before sighing. If going on some transcendent journey while blind wasn't resulted in true strength, she didn't know what was.midnightspirit Chose- seek out Gaia herself for a divine gift, they call them Symbols of Radiance. A soft voice different from Nova but int he same tiny pitch giggled with a child-like laugh as it lightly drew the symbol of Gaia on her check with a faintly glowing finger. "Walk! " it laughed again and flew around her head before flying off. "Piece of-..." she sighed slowly with exasperation. "Really funny, Nova!" she called out in frustration before rolling her eyes and stormed off for about a block before she calmed down enough to at least figure out where she was. Waving her hands slightly she called out, "Hey, can someone tell me where I am?" she paused... This was ridiculous. "How the hell am I suppose to find a god..." she mumbled to herself before chuckling. "...I'm right here.."
Okay, amusement over. She began to walk and try to see if anyone would tell her where she was and where the library was.midnightspirit -Find someone to tell you where you are

As Andy walked she came along a busy street with cars driving quickly and steadily as foot traffic gradually increased. Foot step of people in a hurry were interlaced with those who were walking gradually, carrying bags. The smell of a multitude of food stalls wafted off from the right as people walked around her, a few hesitating in their steps before continuing on, one hesitated and finally stopped, turning to her. "You're in front of the Nalsen Mall" the female voice said trying to be helpful. "Do you need help? Are you looking for anyone in specific or your group?" she added after seeing the blind gaze. She sounded like she might stay to help but the shifting of her feet told another story.

Oh, thank gaia someone stopped. Okay, Nalsen Mall. That was a start. "Can you just... point me in the direction of the nearest library?" she asked, offering out a pointed hand for her to move in the direction she needed to go. "That's all. Thank you so much for your help." she spoke gratefully. It wasn't like she could just ask random civilians where Gaia was. But hey, this was as good as anything by now.

The voice laughed nervously as she tried to figure out how she was going to do that, followed by a hum of understanding as she took her hand and moved it in the direction of the library. "It's only a few buildings down. I can show you quickly but I need to head on out right afterwards. " she explained offering to lead the way. A she finished speaking the sound of cascading bells started up echoing across the block followed by the faint sound of artificially added bird noises. The sound barely covered up the rising tone of a few angry humans across the street as the word meta was uttered with anger. Do you want: -To go to the library -Investigate the mass of Gaia -Investigate the angry voices -Ask the person helping you

Andy smiled, "It's okay, you're probably in a hurry, I can get there myself no problem. Thank you aga-..." she paused, hearing several odd noises. Bells and birds and angry voice and... metas?... Andy appeared concerned, turning her head toward all the noise. "...what's going on?..." she asked, trying to see if she could identify it by sound alone, but she couldn't.midnightspirit -Ask the person helping you

The women looked surprised "Oh..." was her only response as she turned in place then let out a nervous laugh. "Nothing you need to worry about... at least I don't think so "she shook her head. "You have a friend waiting for you at the library right? you should go there as soon as possible " she warned before taking a breath and glancing up. "The bells...noisy aren't they? New branch of the Worshipers of Gaia recently moved in, hoping to find more members. I think they might just be a little tone deaf" she twittered nervously. "I really need to go, and you should too. " her voice sounding a little more nervous as she took off. Even the foot traffic of before had lessen considerably and some where just moving away from the area.

Andy nodded, letting the woman flitter off to wherever she was headed to as she herself moved as those she continued on but stopped only a few steps away and turned again to all the noise. "...worshippers of Gaia.." she repeated softly. Ha, it sounded odd to have a dedicated group to her worship... Granted she was, well, Gaia. Everyone in even the slightest way worshipped her. It was peculiar and jeez were they really making a racket.
She didn't actually seemed all too concerned about the worshippers, but more about the angry yelling about Metas. She moved a little closer, trying to stay out of the way as she listened to all the mayhem more carefully.

"You're just bullies! I already told you and the police I don't know where they are." The voice of a young girl shouted back, overpowering the sound of the bells for a second as heavy footsteps headed toward her. There was a good dose of fear in her voice but anger was obviously getting the best of her as she stood her ground. "Lying little tramp. Where are they, i'll roast you alive until you tell me!" one of the male voice shouted as a blast of warm air reached Andy followed by the pinging of stones hitting cars, cobble street, signs and even other people. A larger racquet ensued as people curse the arguing metas and a few backed out of the way. "This is your fault!! go away! " the girl yelled again running, into the street as cars honked and swerves and was quickly followed by the male voice and two others as they chased her. The girl ran right toward Andy, lightly touching he side then slipping around her as one of the boy's crashed into her. "Hey!" he yelled, glaring angrily as if it were her fault then blinking with a blush. " Oh....hey sorry..uh.... " he turned watching the other two run off after them girl. "Damn it!"

There was a young girl yelling, something that caused Andy to frown. What in Tretera was even going on. It appeared they they were looking for something or someone. The girl was obvious scared but still fight, it reminded her of herself when she was a kid. It wasn't until what felt like the use of powers of a fiery blast that her eyes widened slightly. She began to walk firward, now intent on stopping them. She had no real reason to, but she was now sure they were Metas and such a scene would draw the wrong attention. She only took a few steps forward when she felt someone touch her side, turning slightly to look before someone slammed into her, completely knocking her to the floor hard with a loud noise of surprise and pain. "what in the-..." she mumbked, grasping the side of her head and grimacing. Andy began to push herself up off the ground. "...i-it's okay.." she forced out, still a little rattled by the sudden collide. "...what is...even going on..." she asked, hoping maybe he'd be pretty willing to tell her what he knew.

The boy quickly moved off her, tense as a few people threw curse words in their direction. " We're chasing th- uh ....." he trialed off. " Hey wanna come with me? " he said suddenly as voices started shouting at him and someone threw a soda that splashed near them. He sounded desperate, wanting to leave but for some reason not wanting to leave her behind. " If you want. Your human right? Maybe I should go... " sounding flustered and afraid, stuck between staying and fleeing. " Sorry about running into you .." he muttered taking a step away as someone else shouted a curse word for metas and dying for the greater good.

Andy blinked in confusion and surprise as he asked if she wanted to go too. The idea of running was tempting but her attention was garnered by the yelling and something thrown at them. Soda can. The boy was nervous, asked her if she was human, something she didn't expect but without wings, she did just look like a pale human. Turning herself to the angry people screaming for Metas to die, she growled, beginning to spark across her skin. "I'm not human... nor would I ever want to be..." she answered the boy before extending her arm and shooting out electricity in the direction of the angry yells, trying to cause as much destruction as she could with just the one shot, although she didn't have any certain place she was aiming, just into the crowd to force them back and not exactly caring if humans were hurt. "If you want to live, you'll leave us alone!" she yelled back angrily. Turning on her heel, she grabbed the boy by the hand and started to run. "We have to move if you want to keep your skin..." she muttered as she ran in a seemingly aimless direction, having no idea where she was going. "I'm blind, you have to lead." she informed and smiled at him. "I'm Andy."
