Keone had spent the majority of his time in the ocean or teaching his small private classes about the ocean and how to be safe. Most of the students were children who were still wildly curious about what kind of mysteries the ocean held and nothing else made him happier than to give them as much information as their little minds could soak up. Occasionally he had a teenager or adult, usually, chaperones for the little ones, but some of them were just as equally curious as the little ones were and it always made him happy that he could teach more people about his love for the ocean. However, He still enjoyed working with the children most of all. They had always brought a smile to his face with all their wide-eyed fascination. He remembered what it had been like to be that young and full of wonder, and it brought back so many memories every time. It was such a joy watching them.

Keone had been, for the most part, married to his work. He'd occasionally get glances from the single mothers and fathers and a few questions as to rather he was single. He tried his best to gently let them down since he hadn't had any time to go looking for a husband or wife. The ocean would always have his heart, or so he thought. Lately, he had been finding himself wondering what it might be like to actually be a father. He wasn't quite ready to have a mate just yet, but a child was something he had always wanted, someone he could share his love of the ocean with the way he had discovered it. Of course, it was possible that his kid wouldn't love the ocean the way he did, but children had their own way of finding a passion that most adults never have. It was that sparkle that he loved seeing every time he met a new kid who loved the ocean as much as he did, and he couldn't wait to see that sparkle in his own child's eyes.

Keone let out a deep breath. Maybe it was actually time to imbue. He could take a small break from his expeditions and actually raise a family. He knew his brother was thinking about it and was it really all that bad if he had wanted a kid too? He knew his parents would bug him about finding the right person to have a child with, but to him that was far beyond the scope he was looking for. Plenty of people had raised wonderful kids on their own, and he wanted to be one of those people. Who knew, maybe one day he would find a nice person to fall in love with and marry, or he hoped anyway, but currently that wasn't the case. Right now, all he knew was that he wanted to be a father, and he knew that he'd be a really good one at that.
