Adamantine didn't pride herself on being a strong fighter, cunning perhaps. Laby had taught her enough to survive, but sometimes that's all she could do.
She hadn't meany senshi since she started venturing as a lone wolf, and her first battle had been with a knight that hadn't tried to stop her from doing anything. She had taken seeds here and there and had left.
But now, she could feel the level energy of someone the same as her, clear and bright as light. It didn't feel like another one of the knights, but something different and so very similar.
As if it called to her. She followed it though, until she felt it close to her.

The aura that brushed against her made Bestla cringe slightly. But at the same time, she was drawn to it. Maybe it was the whole thing about auras being able to tell her whether or not the bearer was as stronger or stronger than she was. Or maybe it was morbid curiosity. Either way, she tracked and traced the feeling.
This one felt soft, so she guess that meant it was someone about on par with herself. Now, if she could just use auras to figure out what it belonged to.
And the next moment, she found herself facing what could only be a corrupted senshi. The forehead and chest holes backed up her assessment and she couldn't help the shudder that ran through her body. Poor, poor thing. And she probably didn't even know how broken she was.
"Umm... hello?"

Bestla would be one of the first senshi the corrupt would meet. Something, far underneath her layers...something she would need to express to her captain, called to the white aura, and the whole senshi.
Something made her want to reach out to the senshi and take her starseed and made her want to make her like herself.
"Hello." She said back, her face relaxed and stoic in the night. "You're a senshi of the white moon." She tilted her head.
"You shouldn't be though."

Bestla's first response was to smart a** it up and commend the other girl on spotting that she was, indeed, a white moon senshi. Except, as her mouth opened to speak, the girl had to go and make things all creepy. Blinking slowly, she tried to figure out how, exactly, one responded to a statement like that.
Somehow, her usual quips just didn't seem to cut it.
"Funny, I could say the same thing about you being all Chaos-y. Gives me the damn creeps. I like what I am, mmkay?"
Somehow, being told that she shouldn't be what she was was even more disturbing than a threat of violence.

"I don't apologize for that." Adamantine tilted her head and moved closer. "Do you though?" She asked.
"Does anyone ever?" She stopped, "Don't you feel wasted there? With the light?" She wanted to reach out, so her hand did, towards the seed that lay within the chest.
"Don't you want to see what darkness could truly be like?"

"Let me think," Bestla spat out quickly, "Nope, maybe but it's not my business, Nuh uh, and hells to the naw. Again, I like who and what I am."
More than anything, she wanted to back away from this weirdly insistent girl, bu that would be giving way and would invite who knew what sort of reaction. Eyes swept the area, trying to figure out a peaceful way out of this particular conversation. And as the other senshi's hand reached out for her, all thoughts of a peaceful, if creepy, chat vanished as Bestla reacted instinctively to reach out and grab that questing hand and squeeze down.
"Do. Not. Even," she hissed. "Or I will insure that you're drinking your meals through a straw for the next year."

"Denial is often the path to deceit." Adamantine whispered, "You could become one of us, and be taken under a wing of a general, and they would treat you good." But not part of the wolves, because that was Laby's desicion. She had no sway where the alpha did.
She could save this senshi though.
The pain from being gripped was enough to make the corrupt rethink her approach. "Are we not just chatting? Do you always go to violence?" She cupped her other hand under her chin.
"Stardust Cloud*" She didn't smile as the dust fell in her hands and she blew it towards the senshi. DaisyMilk Interamnia cups her hands together as she calls her attack name, blue and silver dust seems to fall into her hands. She brings it to her mouth and gives a gentle blow, aiming it towards the target. It forms a thin cloud of dust that can blind the target for 20 seconds directly in front of her or up to 4 feet away from her. The target needs to be in the line of the dust blow. It can be avoided by moving away before being hit by the dust, but once hit, the effect lingers until the time has fully passed. It can be used 2 times.

Not releasing her grip, Bestla scowled. Of all the ******** blind idiots...
"Yeah, that s**t you're spouting about denial? Might want to take a good hard look at yourself there. I do not want to be like you. I want nothing to do with your generals."
Baring her teeth further, she gave the girl a little shake.
"When your hand starts wandering where it isn't welcome, you bet your a** I do."
Any further words were halted by the shining powder and the moment Bestla found herself blinded, she cursed and shoved the other girl away from her as hard as she possibly could.
"Goddamn, mother ******** b***h!"
Except for the whole blindness thing, the similarities between this girl's magic and her own were... alarming. No wonder people she'd used her magic on had cursed her out loudly.

She fell back at Bestla's push, her face never changing though Bestla had an immediate reaction to the magic.
"I do not deny what I am. I am a monster, in the night. I take, and I hunt and I kill." She righted herself, wandering a bit closer, much like one that would stalk around their prey, though she didn't want to be hit by Bestla's magic or fist.
The senshi had a advantageous physical prowess over her, and her element of surprise, as Laby would put it, was not unsurprising. It was attempt to take the starseed and end the senshi quickly or retreat.
Neither options seemed to be good. She threw herself at Bestla, hoping to knock the woman over (though she highly doubted it with that frame) and gain access to the seed deep within the shell.

Nearly roaring with fury, Bestla cocked her head this way and that, listening carefully as the corrupted senshi spoke and moved around her. All she wanted was to reach out and knock the little witch's lights out. Baring that, she really, really wanted her vision back.
Which seemed to be happening, but slowly. Still, she'd take what she could get at the moment if it meant keeping SparkleSparkle from murdering her. Or worse.
She heard the movement of the other's dress and shoes and acting quickly, hunkered down and threw herself in the direction of the noise, hoping to spearhead the girl and leave her dazed enough for Bestla to make an escape.
Pixie Nyxie I have been watching too many wrestling videos and have seen too many moves that would be so much fun in a fight. XD;;;;

Admantine made a loud oof sound as Bestla spearheaded her, knocking a bit of air out of her. It was much, she liked to think, being hit by a train. Laby had taught her a little bit of fighting before he disappeared but she could tell that she would need more as she resulted in doing what she thought was very girly way of fighting.
Her hands dug into Bestla's hair, pulling her head up and out of her side, and they'd hit the ground, her bones shaking from impact.
Her hands would loosen though as she tried to jar herself right, and she wanted to leave. She wasn't going to win, so she needed to leave, she tried to push Bestla off with her legs.

Finally able to sort of see again, Bestla shrieked as her hair was pulled and she threw a clumsy punch, trying to loosen the other girl's grip. And when they hit the ground, she felt the wind knocked out of her and scrabbled wildly, wanting nothing more than to get away.
Using the other girl as a lever to push herself up she gasped for breath and, after making sure she wasn't being chased, bolted from the area. She could worry about bruising and blindness and the stupidity of running like fury when she could barely breathe later.
She just wanted away from the crazy corrupt and her twitchy, grabby fingers.

Adamantine took the punch, though that was nothing new so the pain was a welcoming remainder that she was a bit weaker in fights.
Bestla used her to get up, which was fine because the Aura disappeared off into the night and she had no inkling to chase her. Instead she focused on getting herself right, and picking herself up.
Though it was no win, she had to pride herself on not losing herself to the girl. A mutual tie, if it was told.
"Until next time, White moon." Adamantine brushed off her dress.
