Victoria had been walking along the street, he wasn't sure what he wanted to do on this chilly night. However, he was sure of one thing; he could feel the tingle of an order aura. The closer he got the more curious he was.
He wondered what this senshi would be like. If it was even any use to talk to them? He paused looking around for where the aura was, hopefully they were friendly he didn't really want to fight tonight. He also didn't want to pick off the starseed from them either.

Caia was not good with energy signatures. He knew that there was someone nearby, but he had never felt a signature like that and didn't really even seem to know what he was getting himself into. It felt like a senshi, but different...so maybe just a different type of senshi?
But it felt a little sickly--or, maybe it was just that the energy signature was so much stronger than his?
Caia shuffled forward, rubbing his arms as he tried to fight off the chill. Thankfully, his uniform seemed to keep him fairly insulated, but after his trip to his homeworld, he just wasn't feeling like he wanted to be in the cold.
It took only a moment of walking after he first felt the energy signature for Caia to see who it was coming from.
And it looked like a Senshi! ...Sort of.
Hesitantly, Caia continued to approach, and called out, "Hello," when he felt it was most appropriate. "It's...a little chilly tonight, yeah?"
Bad--that was just bad. Terrible conversation starter. Caia mentally scolded himself and hastened to trot the distance between the two so he could try and make up for it. When he neared the senshi, he jutted out his hand in greeting and said, "Hi, I'm Sailor Caia. Uhm, nice to meet you! I really, really like your hair, it's absolutely beautiful."

Victoria's eyes lifted towards the direction of the call as Caia came into view. He gave a faint relieved smile, but he didn't want to let his guard completely down.
It was dangerous to do such, "Oh, Hello~"
He called back nodding when the other said it was chilly, "It is, almost a nice night for a hot chocolate or something warm." He admitted that sounded really good but he forgot to keep money with him in this form to buy any. . . pity.
There was a faint blush when the other said that they had liked his hair. Vicky couldn't help but give a faint pleased chuckle either. "Oh thank, Caia! I'm Sailor Victoria."
He took the hand in a firm shake but then sighed, "It's really difficult to keep at this length as pretty as it is, I've been trying to figure out a way to keep it up off the ground without messing with my poms. Especially if it gets any longer." He seemed to muse for a few moments before turning back to the other, "What brings you out tonight in this chilly weather?"
Honestly, he'd like to try to maybe eventually bring someone to join the fold. However, he wasn't going to push his luck, he wasn't quite as charming as some of the other officers, or at least he didn't think he was.

Caia was still examining his long hair as Victoria continued to speak. "Victoria!" he said, repeating the name a few times under his breath to ensure he remembered it. His handshake was not as firm as the Corrupted Senshi's, but he was enthusiastic about it all the same.
"I'm just out, you know, doing the same old thing. Normal Senshi things, I guess--trying to make sure no one is in trouble, no one's getting hurt. Do you want me to braid your hair? You have a lot, but I think I could get it up and out of your way. If you have time, I mean--it might take a little bit, and you'd have to sit down, but..."
There was a bench only a few years away and Caia gestured to it; it seemed like he was having a hard time focusing on things while he traced the male's hair with his eyes and judging by the way he was looking at it, he really wanted to play with it.

Vicky stopped for a second and thought as Caia offered to braid his hair, well that could work. The corrupt hadn't thought about that, it was something of a novel concept.
"Well, sure? I mean it's not like there's much else to do tonight." He was wondering how much trouble he could get into. Or maybe he should attempt to work towards getting Caia, to join them?
He moved towards the bench with the other man. He'd noticed the other was admiring his hair, "Why don't you grow yours out?" He asked curiously, looking towards the other, "I'm sure it'd look really cute on you!"

Caia seemed relieved and moved to stand behind the other bench, carefully running his fingers through Victoria's hair before he began to sort one side into three pieces. He laughed, and mused, "You're sweet. But I don't need longer hair. It's hard enough to keep what I've got out of my face. Besides, my brother makes fun of me. And," he was quiet for a moment, as if debating what he wanted to say, but finally finished, "I have a hard enough time staying balanced! If I had hair as long as yours, jeez. I'd be tripping over myself all the time. I wouldn't even have to get in fights--I'd just fall and break my neck all on my own!"

Victoria couldn't help but chuckle as the other man spoke, "Ohhh, I wouldn't say grow it out this long! Sometimes I even have problems. If anything, maybe just to your shoulder blades or something?"
He was content to let the other braid his hair, "Besides I doubt you guys get some sort of magical hair extensions. So you wouldn't have to worry about falling and breaking your own neck. Granted that is a decent worry."
He looked at Caia, "So not to pry but I assume you don't like to fight either?" It was totally not Vicky's cup of tea but he would if he had too, the few times he'd been to the skate park had him debating on picking up a skateboard and trying it, that seemed like it would be more his speed of bruises, cuts, broken bones and what not.

Caia shrugged, daydreaming for a moment about letting his hair grow out. He was so focused on braiding, he momentarily forgot that he was having a conversation and had to strain to recall what Victoria had said while he was zoned out.
"Fight?" he parroted. "Oh--no, I'm not really a big fan of fighting. Violence kind of makes me uncomfortable. But I don't want innocent people to get hurt, so I sort of figured...somebody trusted me with all this power, so I have to do something. Like...I don't know. Maybe I'll be more like my brother, but different. He's a police officer, so he's always helping people. Buuuuut," Caia mused. "...He doesn't have a problem punching people if he needs to."

Victoria chuckled a little, obviously the other senshi had been distracted while braiding his hair. He didn't mind though. "Ahh, well I suppose sometimes you end up without another choice. I don't think it's so bad if you're trying to defend yourself."
He seemed to be thinking about things, "I'm sure you'll figure out how you're meant to be. We all have our place, or we wouldn't be here right?"
"I don't like fighting either, I'd much rather work things out on a more . . . civil level?" He frowned, "Plus I just kind of suck at."

"I suppose!" Caia chirped; he had finished with one ponytail and had moved on to the next. Fingers warmed up, he was already making a dent in braiding the second one. "I mean, I would rather my place in the world be, you know, not on the battleground, but I guess everyone lives their life fighting different battles? I'd like to work things out on a more civil level, but I'm not very diplomatic or very smart. But I'm also not good at fighting, so it's...It's not like braiding hair is supposed to be my place!" he laughed.
"All of this confuses me. Oh--say, Victoria? You're a senshi, so I have to ask. Have you ever been to your homeworld? I went to mine and it was just so cold. I couldn't even breathe, I had to leave almost immediately. I was wondering, have you been to yours?"

Victoria laughed a little, "Who knows, maybe braiding hair is the key to unlocking some new level up!? I wouldn't knock it."
He paused when the other asked if he'd been to his homeworld. There was a small falter as he thought about it. "I . . . I wouldn't know." He said admitting that he had no clue, "If I did, I don't remember it. I don't think we can as members of the negaverse."
He looked at Caia, "How was it cold? Like just empty cold space or?" He was curious.

"You can't?" Caia asked, slowing for just a second. "That's not very fair. I hope you find a way out there, even if it's just so you can see what it's like. Mine--Mine was a place! At least, I was able to put my feet on it and walk around. I just didn't get very far--it was covered in snow. Everything was white.
He shivered just thinking about it. "I couldn't see anything in front of me, and when I tried to breath in it felt like everything just...wouldn't move. My lungs wouldn't work. My lips practically froze shut. Honestly, it was awful, but...I don't know."
He seemed thoughtful. "...Everyone tells me to go back, to give it a chance. And I want to, I do, I'm just...a little bit afraid. Everyone says nice things about their homeworld. What if mine is just awful? What if the cat who woke me up was wrong and I wasn't meant to be a Senshi? You know?"

Victoria nodded softly and gave a small shrug, "Yeah, it's probably for the better. Who knows, maybe we break some law of magical order that says we're broken in that aspect?"
He paused when Caia was talking about his, "Sounds like you need to take some heavy winter gear and maybe check out something about high altitudes? If it was snow, maybe there's seasons?" He wasn't sure how this space thing worked.
It really sounded like it should just be a barren rock out in the middle of no where. "I doubt anyone's is really truly awful. What the place is, is what you make it to be. Just because it had a bad history in the past doesn't always mean it will. If you bought a house that had been part of a murder, would you then worry the same things you're worrying about that homeworld for?"
He tilted his head back to look at Caia, "Well if you weren't meant to be a senshi . . . wouldn't you be a knight or a negaverse agent instead? Maybe what . . .a dark mirror senshi . . . or a youma, some sort of animal? I don't think whoever made this grand scheme of things was that crazy. To make you something you weren't meant to be."
He paused, "Granted, you could always choose where to go. Ya'know? Like if you wanted a change of pace, someone could bring you over here. I doubt that'd be along the lines of what you were thinking though. I mean obviously, I was lonely, didn't have anyone, didn't feel like I mattered, I was brought into the fold and I feel like I at least belong?"
He paused, "Its probably not for everyone. As many of those that are on your side who just attack without considering to ask questions and make plans first."

"Maybe," Caia mused. He seemed to be deeply considering Victoria's thoughts on the matter. "I'd like if there were seasons or something. I mean--someone used to live there, once upon a time, right? So I'd...I'd better at least give it a shot, I suppose..."
He seemed like he was debating this but was just about finished with Victoria's hair.
"But we'll see. I don't think I could join the Negaverse. You guys sound like you have a lot of rules! And my brother would be so mad. But! Your hair is almost done!"
He took the two different braids and carefully wove them together atop Victoria's head. "Ta-da! How does that feel?"

Victoria nodded, "Unless there's some magical seal that was suppose to be keeping the cold out or bearable. But I mean, how often are those actually real?"
The corrupted senshi shrugged softly, "I don't think you should write off it being horrible just yet at the very least. I mean who knows what you'll find out the next time. You know it's cold so just prepare yourself for that. Then keep working as you discover how to make it bearable."
He gave a flattened laugh when the other said they had a lot of rules, "You have no idea. Quotas, rules, regulations, forms, paperwork. Don't get me wrong though, there's a lot of good too; I've met lots of friends, Dia's a great help with my wardrobe and poor apartment. It was bare before she even stepped a foot inside it."
He smiled as the other said his hair was almost done, "You don't need any family getting mad at you either. As long as you have family, you have some where to belong. Don't forget that."
He wiggled a little the weight of his hair on his head was; interesting to say the least. "Oh I wish I had a mirror, it feels a little heavy but not uncomfortably so!"
