- Coward - K'rin cannot handle confrontation, prone to tearing up.
- Easily led - K'rin wants to be led, she dislikes making important decisions and would prefer to have them made for her by an authority figure.
- Defeatist - Once things start to go bad for K'rin she finds it exceptionally hard to keep motivated. Everything is ruined, what's the point of trying anymore?
History:
162/8/24 - Kesarin is born at Fort Healerhall. Her mother Kihinna is a Journeywoman working on her Mastering. Although her mother is caring, Kesarin is largely left in the care of relatives and friends during her mother's working.
172/8/26 - Kesarin is enrolled early into the craft due to her mother's request. Eager to please the girl determinedly sets out to succeed in her mother's craft.
172/9/14 - Kesarin vomits in the middle of an introduction to surgery lecture.
176/3/28 - Kesarin is beginning to show promise in her craft. It is abundantly clear that she will never be a surgeon or any healer that is required to handle blood in great quantities, but the soft-spoken apprentice has a pleasant bedside manner and is clearly the caring sort. Her mentors steer her in the direction of medicine and general diagnosis.
178/1/12 - Kesarin accompanies her mother and several other healers to Fort Weyr to observe the spreading dragonplague and provide assistance in the infirmary.
178/2/29 - Chikerth's clutch hatches, Kesarin is sat beside her mother watching the event, when the unusually quiet girl stands up, runs down the stands, out onto the sand and straight into the crowing embrace of the just hatched gold.
180/1/30 - Malsalth begins to show symptoms of the plague, validating fears that she was not immune.
180/8/15 - K'rin and Malsalth graduate Weyrlinghood, sick months behind the rest of their clutch. A combination of K'rin's lack of preperation and Malsalth's slowly worsening health.
181/2/13 - Malsalth, sick with the plague, rises for her maiden flight. The flight is hard on her, and she makes frequent jumps between with K'rin's help to get to an adequate height to mate successfully
181/3/16 - Senior Weyrwoman S'ki goes between with Welsanth as the gold dies, leaving K'rin as the only goldrider in Fort Weyr.
181/5/5 - Malsalth clutches 28 eggs. The gold's health clearly worsening. K'rin refuses to leave the dragon's side, sleep, eating and even bathing on the sands.
Other: Since RP began and this profile was approved Malsalth has perished of the plague.

Dragon Deceased
Name: Malsalth
Age: 3
Colour: Gold
Size: 40 feet
Appearance: Malsalth is a fairly small, but stocky gold. She is surprisingly compact, with strong features and (Prior to her illness) limbs thick with muscle. Since becoming sick the dragon has begun to thin, exercise being very difficult. Her hide has taken on a sickly, pale, yellow shade, that is almost grey in places.
Personality:
+ Kind - There are golds that seek to lord over other dragons, or speak down to other colours. There's very little in the way of pride in Malsalth, who opens herself up to everyone. The colour of her hide does not matter, they are all equal.
+ Talkative - Can you hear her? Good. Prepare yourself for a long while of chatting. Malsalth will talk to anyone, human or dragon, for as long as they will let her.
+ Bold - Malsalth will gladly put herself out in the world. She wants to see it all and be involved in everything she can. There's little trance of nervousness in the gold.
- Naive - Malsalth generally believes the best of everyone until they prove her wrong, and even then probably for a while after that.
- Reckless - Malsalth can have trouble understanding her limits. In her maiden flight she pushed herself to a level that healers have confirmed drastically worsened her condition.
- Absentminded - Even for a dragon Malsalth has trouble focusing, often off in a daydream wondering what she and K'rin can do next.
