  "C'moooon Encore!" Shockstar hissed, grabbing his cat and carting her along against her will. He was off to see Out of Orbit who said she had found a pocket creature of her own and had invited him over to see it. Maybe even grab some more target practice, who knew?! Shockstar was excited and it showed in his bouncing steps despite the fact he had to stop often and pry his cat's claws out of whatever she could reach in attempt to get free.
"Finally!" he breathed as he managed to make it to the meeting spot. Encore had given up (or had she?) and was curled into an annoyed ball on his back. One eye was closed while one remained half open, eyeing her surroundings, tail flicking. "I wonder if she's here yet?" Shockstar blinked, tilting his head as he spun in a slow circle, looking around for the blue filly.
She did say to meet him at the small park near her house... hadn't she? Shrugging, Shockstar shifted Encore around and set his bags down, opening a flap to make sure he brought enough capture capsules... just encase! LizzyMoo Hope this works for an opening!

 Out of Orbit had a new cat. A new cat that seemed more content being a hat than a cat! Even now, as she trotted along to make it to her meeting spot, the feline seemed more interested in trying to crawl on top of the filly's head.
"No Leo!" she whined quietly at the lion-furred feline. "Not now!" Maybe if she was home, she would have allowed her furry friend to nest upon her head. However, she was moments away from seeing a friend who would probably throw stuff at her head if there was a cat there.
Eventually her brightly colored and oddly tailed colt-friend came into sight. Not being the loudest filly out there, she attempted to call out "Shockstar!!" She waved a hoof and trotted over, careful to not go into a full gallop (if only to avoid hair-accidents).Fea Line Looks good to me! Lookit that cutie rainbow floof kitty! <3

Shock's ears flicked as he heard his name in a soft, unmistakable voice. Grinning, he turned around and waved a hoof at the filly as she came trotting over. "Hey, you made it!" he beamed.
And then he saw it.
"Ohman!" he exclaimed as he laid eyes on the tan furry cat riding atop the filly's back. "He's like Encore! Well, different colors really but. Still neat!" he gasped, albeit a bit jealous. OoO had found herself a nice looking critter and he didn't even see a capsule with her! Had it just decided to join her on its own?
Encore opened both her eyes now as she peered around the big yellow head at the other cat and filly. Her tail flicked a few times before she decided they were of no threat and let loose a rather big yawn of boredom. She snuggled herself back into a purple ball of fur, a minty green tail tip flicking lazily side to side.

The filly was all smiles until she heard something she wasn't familiar with. Then she blinked as she asked "Encore?" For a moment, it seemed as if something had peered at her from behind Shockstar. Curious much like a cat, she rounded the yellow colt's side to take a better look.
"Ohhh!!!" she squealed. "What a pretty kitty!"
Out of Orbit's own cat seemed to perk up at the much closer proximity to another feline, temporarily ignoring the potential climbing post and eying the colt's bundle of fur.
Feeling her own pet shift upon her back, she offered an introduction: "Shockstar, this is Leo!"
The cat, in a proud manner, seemed to puff up his fur, as if trying to look more like the lion his fur seemed to mimic. Then he let out a loud MEOW. It definitely was not quite a roar, but who would expect a regular house cat to make such a noise?

Shock laughed, nodding his head as he turned himself sideways. "Yeah, this is Encore!" he said and half jumped to shuffle the cat about. "Stop being lazy and say hi." he side eyed the cat before shaking his head.
He glanced over at Out of Orbit's own which was apparently named Leo. "Hey Leo!" he laughed at the cat's energetic meow, much more lively than his own. "Wonder how strong you are.... you should totally duel my Encore!" he grinned, his tail flicking slightly.
As if in disagreement, Encore let loose a short growl, fuzzing up her tail and swiping at the colt's ears before she sat up right on his back and smoothed down her fur with a dainty pink tongue. She eyed Leo, letting out a soft mrrrow of greetings towards the other feline and his friend.

Encore did not seem nearly as enthusiastic as her own cat. However, little Out of Orbit couldn't help but wonder about Shockstar's statement.
"...duel? I don't know if I know what you mean by that. Have our kitties duel?" In her mind's eye, she saw Puss-in-Boots fighting against another Puss-in-Boots. Clearly, she would not be able to put Leo in any boots (she would probably get scratched up). The filly couldn't help but scratch her chin in puzzlement.
Leo settled back into his place on the filly's back, flicking his tail as he watched the other cat bathe. Where as the other cat seemed more concerned in smoothing out her fur, Leo's fur seemed to puff up more, as if he was trying to continue to look more like a lion.Fea Line Sorry for the forever-long delay xd ;;;

The yellow colt laughed but shook his head. Out of Orbit was loads of fun but she didn't really get this pocket monster battling stuff. That was ok though! He'd just have to teach her so she could be even more awesome!
"A battle! A duel! A friendly duel. To see which one is stronger! I bet Leo totally knows some amazing battle moves!" he nodded, reaching around to nose Encore off his back.
When the cat slipped off and fell to the ground with a dainty plop, she glanced back up and hissed at him, lashing her tail against his side before wandering over to snake her way around Orbit's hooves, purring loudly. She paused under the filly's belly and peered up at the male cat before continuing to wind her way around all four of the filly's hooves.

At some point, Out of Orbit must have realized that her colt friend spoke of strange things. Yet, she was still a good friend and didn't make a huge fuss over it.
She didn't reply immediately, because she now had a furry friend weaving between her legs, and tickling her tummy with her fur. The filly giggled a bit before leaning over to look at Encore.
"I don't know if Leo has any moves like that. I just know he likes to climb! What about Encore? Does she have battle moves?" She blinked at the feline beneath her, since such a brightly colored cat seemed more like she'd just be pretty, not battle.
Leo wasn't certain what was so interesting under the filly, but soon he too was trying to see what was going on, leaning over and pawing at the brightly striped tail.

Shockstar nodded confidently. "Yup! She's got a wicked bite and claw attack. She's also good at charming..." he said the last bit with a funny look. He sometimes disliked how Encore could get him to do almost anything with her large pity kitty eyes. Its like she knew exactly how to hit his weak spot...
"I think she likes you though." he laughed, inching forward to watch Leo as he peered down over the filly's side. "I bet he knows a bunch of awesome things...." he said, almost sparkly eyed as he attempted to lean in closer....while also not getting too close.
Encore continued to snake her way around the filly's hooves, making an assortment of chirps and purrs before stopping to peer up at the other cat batting at her tail. In a sort of counter "attack" she darted forward to bat at the tan paws before darting to the other side as if she were hiding.
"Guess she likes Leo too!" Shockstar beamed happily. He was glad Encore was being nice to his friend and her critter.

Out of Orbit couldn't help but wince slightly at the notion that the nice kitty weaving between her legs was prone to biting and scratching. So far in her care of Leo, she had not encountered either of those problems. And truth be told, she didn't want to encounter such problems.
It was a good thing that the filly seemed to be in the pastel feline's good graces.
Leo on the other hand wasn't certain what to make of the other cat. She took away the fuzzy thing that had caught his attention (her tail) by popping forward then zipping away. He blinked with wide eyes, pupils dilating in wonder.
And then the lion fell off of the filly. And for being such a regal king-of-beasts, he did not show off his majestic air. He fell flat on his face.
"Oh no!" was Out of Orbit's tiny exclamation. She carefully scooted back (avoiding stepping on her furry companions), then knelt down to try and get a look.
Leo had puffed up into a giant hairball thanks to his little stunt.Fea Line QUICK, let's throw Leo like a ball!

Surprised at first, Shockstar's jaw fell open as Leo slid off Orbit's back and fell face first onto the floor. His heart jumped out of his chest a moment and he lunged forward before stopping.
He knew what that fluffed up state meant. If it was anything like Encore's, he decided it was probably better he stayed back and let the filly handle it. After all, each trainer knew their companions best.
"Is he... is he ok?!!" he asked, wondering if it might be some bluff or perhaps a unique defense move. Maybe any second he was going to shoot off like a lightning bolt in a flurried frenzy of fur, tooth and claw! Oh man that'd be exciting! "Encore, Encore! You see this!?" he sort of shouted, sort of tried to whisper excitedly at his cat.
Encore however had darted backwards as Orbit did so, doing her best to dodge hooves and not get stepped on. She peeked her head around the back of a blue hoof and gazed at Leo, eyes wide with curiosity. Her body was tense, ready to flee in a moment's notice...

The filly remained relatively calm (which seemed unusual in itself), remaining close, yet low to the ground to keep an eye on her kitty.
"You look okay, Leo... you just need to smooth your fur back down!"
The tan feline did not seem convinced, sniffing at the air in the opposite direction.
"Might I say you still look like a mighty and ferocious hunter? Still quite the handsome boy!"
The fluffy feline decided perhaps it would be best if he got back onto his feet. And perhaps it would be best if he did smooth his coat back into place. Sitting his rump down, he began to lick his fur much like the pastel beauty had done before him.
With a content smile, she turned to Shockstar first, then to his feline friend hiding behind her. "See, he's okay!"
She then added "I'm sorry about that, Encore, I hope you are alright too!"

He let out a breath of relief. He might be some kind of unknowingly crazy delusional pet chaser but that didn't mean he ever wanted to see any of them hurt. "That's good! I'm glad! There's not a heal center close here."
Sitting down, he grinned at Leo, chuckling a bit. "You are one awesome dude Leo. Super tough!" he grinned before glancing over at his own furry friend and Orbit. "You have a way with critters. I bet you'd make an awesome trainer!" he smiled, showing a sort of rare moment of seriousness between all his crazy fantasies.
Trainer comment aside, he really meant what he said about her being awesome with pets. Encore seemed to agree as she leaned forward to bonk her head gently into the filly, letting the rest of her body lean and follow suit.
The purple cat let herself brush against Orbit the entirety of the time it took her to work her way around enough to be able to set eyes on Leo again, her tail up and curious, nose sniffing.

The lion-hearted feline might have been grooming himself, but it didn't mean he couldn't hear the praise from the colt. He paused a moment to sit up tall and puff his fur our in a proud display before he resumed his work of fussing with his fur, sweeping a paw over his head like a little brush.
Out of Orbit couldn't help but giggle softly as her friend praised her as well. "I don't think I'm fit for being... a trainer." The filly could only assume he meant an animal trainer, since he spoke of how she interacted with the cats. "I just guess I like to applaud the good things about... well... anybody!" The filly couldn't help but blush a bit, because it felt like a silly thing to admit.
Leo could feel eyes upon him again, and with a slick side-eye glance, he let out a fluid meowing sound. He almost seemed to roll a shoulder back so he could lean to peer at Encore.Fea Line Shockstar, stawp trying to get others into ur Phokeymon lifestyle! :B

Smiling, the yellow colt reached out a hoof to gently pat Leo's head briefly. He didn't want to mess up all the grooming the tan feline was now doing less he ruin that handsome image!
Shockstar tilted his head at Orbit's words however. He didn't quite get what she meant, but it sounded nice. And nice was always good. It made other people feel good. "Well that works too!" he grinned and nodded before pointing a hoof at the cats. "Do you think they like each other?" he grinned, watching Encore to see what she'd do.
Encore's ears perked forward lazily at the meow but she chose to ignore it. Still, her dark gaze remained on the other cat, tail up. Gently she raised a paw and took a step closer, neck stretching out to sniff closer towards the other cat. Was he going to be friend or foe? Or competition?LizzyMoo Its the only life he knoooooowwwss~
