Jasper was pretty much used to being the odd one out when it came to their family. All of Jasper's family (aside from his mother and Roxy) were all males, Jasper, on the other hand, had retained a sense of androgyny. They really hadn't minded being the strange one among their siblings, after all, Nyria had taught all her children to be proud of the things that made them each unique. Jasper just really wasn't all that sure what that was.
They were definitely more talkative and vibrant in personality compared to their siblings, Jasper always had a way of making even the darkest room seem bright and filled with life, it was a talent that they had picked up from their mother and spending so much time in the club among strangers and performers. Jasper had loved the attention from the moment that their mother first allowed them to see a show. Even when Jasper closed their eyes at night they could see the lights and colors and it felt like home.
There was yet another thing that made Jasper different from their siblings, Jasper had no idea what they wanted to do when they grew up. They knew that they wanted it to be something that was filled with people, people they could talk to and welcome with as much warmth as their mother showed to everyone. However, what that was, not even Jasper was sure. Of course, Jasper was still young and there would be plenty of time to pin down what they'd spend the rest of their life doing, and they couldn't wait to figure it out!
