Despite being a villain Snart is also retains his own code and considers himself a man of his word, however one must weigh whether his word to begin with is truthful. Not being below manipulating people, however also despising the thought of being controlled; his manipulative nature only enhanced by being extremely charismatic. Seen as a lovable rogue, able to read and persuade a person as if it were second nature.

It had been a few weeks since the heroes had vanished and truth be told, life had not before been so dull. Every heist going off without a hitch since the flash had been gone, he lived in luxury and had given his sister a chance to live in luxury too. During this time Leonard's sister Lisa had left crime and contact with Leonard as far as he was aware, he left her assuming she had decided to live a good life away from crime and abuse. All the luxuries he could ask for and hardly any challenge in his day to day life was a nightmare for Snart. Growing tired of this he started to set himself challenges, robbery without his cold gun was the first yet yielded no results. It was as simple as taking candy from a baby. Every now and then he'd reflect back on the past several years, he began to miss the flash, something he'd admit to very few. Preferring to put on an act of bravado proclaiming how quickly the flash disappeared with the others, and how he could not care less. But the boredom was eating him away.
After half a year or so of the event he started to expand his actions but not just in the criminal sense. Using a made up persona he had created a charitable organisation to help abused children, the organisation unsurprisingly flourished albeit with some doubts considering the president was never seen. This was achieved with help from numerous anonymous donations, all of which were Snart himself. This became a secret of his known only to his sister, not his biggest but one that would certainly be carried to the grave if possible. Outside of this one large act of good Snart had been expanding slowly as a criminal, it wasn't long until he practically ran the black market running through Central city. The gangs and drug peddlers feared him, owing him a percentage of their profits. It was safe to say within a year of the event he practically single handedly ran the darker parts of Central city.
Eventually news came of a returning flash, without hesitation Snart passed on his charity to one of it's higher workers without hesitation (Unintentionally removing all doubt from the organisation) After this he continued to find a scientist in Central knowledgeable enough in genetics to return his cryokinesis. Eventually he found a Professor Thorne, through some gentle persuasion he got him to perform the procedure. Once complete he froze Thorne's heart which killed the man quickly, there after he defrosted the heart and left it in his lab. There was no note in the morning papers for Professor Thorne the next day, having believed to have died of cardiac arrest.
Currently Snart is back to robbing and chasing down the flash.

○ Cold gun: A gun created by Snart to counter the flash, it freezes essentially, capable of bringing to absolute zero. However it has two settings, the first shoots and creates physical ice allowing him to create ice structures. The second doesn't just form ice it slows molecules themselves and cools them individually bringing them to a complete halt, freezing a whole object rather than from the outside in. The first setting having a range of 50 meters and the second depending solely on line of sight without range limits.

○ Goggles: Leonard wears a pair of goggles to reduce the flashes given off by his cold gun.
[Ability information]
○ Cryokinesis: The ability to reduce the kinetic energy of atoms thereby reducing the temperature and offering the character control to generate, manipulate, and/or absorb ice. Uses of this ability include creating snow, freezing targets, flash freezing portions of the local atmosphere and enhancing other ice abilities. During the heroes disappearance Leonard underwent a process to fuse his weapon to his own DNA granting him cryokineses for a second time. This offers much complete control over ice unlike his guns, however it is a hidden power of his yet to be revealed.
○ Mechanical engineering: Snart is gifted and self taught in mechanical engineering, especially in regards to his cold gun. He has assembled and disassembled it countless times, memorising exactly how it works and how to repair it. Being able to disassemble and reassemble it again in a matter of minutes.
○ Thievery: Snart's main form of living is thievery and for good reason. Being able to break in and rob almost any building, or pickpocket any person.
○ Master tactician: Due to his line of living Snart has had to develop his tactical skills, now capable of leading a team of supervillains and robbing most places with little trouble. He may not be on the level of Batman however he is more than sufficient.
○ Weapons expert.: Outside of his cold gun Snart is no stranger to weapons. He is extremely efficient in guns, knives and blunt weapons
○ Hand to hand combat: Snart is more than capable in hand to hand combat, he lacks full martial arts training however.

○ Only human: Snart at the end of the day is literally just a human, he can be killed in mostly the same ways. Only having a strong but not complete resistance to freezing.
○ His sister: Arguably the most important person to him, get to her and he's in your hands.
○ Honour bound: Despite being a villain he has a code, if he's made an oath he will follow it without fail.
