- Skin that could easily be described as "Mediterranean" on Earth (This is the best way I could come up with saying "He'd never pass for Anglo" xD; )
- He has some heavy Mediterranean influence, is what I'm saying

- Almost perpetual "You're an idiot" expression
- A large but thankfully shallow threadscore scar on his left shoulder and neck
- Various other scars across his body, some obtained before becoming a Rider but most from particularly sharp and prickly vegetation
Personality: While he might seem unapproachable, thanks in part to his perpetual "You're an idiot" expression born from glaring at his maps, Nemo is perfectly capable of forming lasting friendships, and gladly will. He believes strongly in considering close friends family, going so far as to think of the Weyr and his fellow Riders as his family, far more of a surrogate family than the Lord Holder had been - He does think of the Lord Holder as a second father, he just didn't quite feel like it was home the same way Western Weyr does. Once upon a time as a child he entertained the idea of seeking revenge on those who killed his family, but then decided the best revenge would be to survive. He often worries about losing the family he's found in the Weyr, for one reason or another, and worries that he'll come home one day to find his weyr taken up by another, he and Lokith cast aside. The worries are unfounded, and he IS aware, but they still lurk.

History: Born the son of traveling merchants, Nemo was orphaned at the age of 8 when exiles-turned-bandits attacked his family's caravan. He was taken in by a minor Hold, where he would have faded into obscurity as another Drudge, if not for his fascination with the Lord's small collection of maps. Seeing some brilliance in the boy, he took Nemo under his proverbial wing and taught him cartography, treating him as the son he was yet to have.
When the Lord Holder's son was born a couple years later, Nemo was sent to a master cartogropher to further his education. It was there that he learned more about the craft and was able to properly rediscover his wandering spirit, something he'd been unable to do in the minor Hold.
It was while he was stopped near Western Weyr to resuply for ink and skins while mapping the Western Continent, at the age of 22, that one of the Western Weyr Searchriders suggested he attend a soon-to-be hatching. What was the harm, after all? He didn't think he'd Impress any dragon.
Boy was he ever wrong! When a mottled green got free of her egg, she had eyes for one person and one person only - Nemo. His cartography was quickly put to the wayside in devotion to his new-found partner that, at the same time, gave him a new-found freedom and a blessing in and of itself for one other reason - Nemo had a guaranteed large place to store his maps as he now had somewhere to fully call home, a word he hadn't truly been able to use before.
For many Turns, when he wasn't doing wing formation training or participating in any dragon games, and Lokith didn't need to Rise, he set about mapping as much of the Western Continent as he could, and making sure his maps of the Northern Continent weren't in need of updates.
Until, of course, Thread returned.
It was while they were mapping a portion of the southern half of the Western Continent that Nemo and Lokith were caught by surprise by Thread - They hadn't yet heard that it had returned, having spent several nights at that point camping instead of returning to the Weyr, and as a result both suffered scarring, Lokith to her flanks and part of her left shoulder, Nemo mostly to his left shoulder and an exposed part of his neck. None of the injuries, thankfully, have managed to interfere with movement, as none were deep enough and they promptly went between to get rid of the Thread, and both were soon back to fighting and exploring standard, using part of their traveling to track Thread.
Other: Nemo chooses to not shorten his name since it's already very very short and it seems pointless to go by N'mo.

Physical Description: There's many greens who are long and lithe. Lokith is not one of them. She could best be described, even with her average length, as stout of limb and... Everything. She is agile, like any green, capable of wing-tip-turns when she needs to make them - A small blessing for her compact body.
Personality: Lokith adores her Rider, as any dragon does. Much like Nemo, she has a yearning to see all that Pern has to show, outside her duties and instinct to fight Thread. She knows that she can travel anywhere on Pern by wing, allowing Nemo to map the world, and still go between to return to her weyr when she needs to . Outside exploration or thread fighting(And activities pertaining to train for thread fighting), Lokith has a strong desire to help others, something she knows her Rider has as well despite what he shows. She's prone to flirting with any blue, brown, or bronze who will look at her, but still holds out for that special dragon to be her weyrmate.
