traits
stubborn When Djego’s got his mind set about something, there’s not much folks can do to change it for him (even if he’s wrong). He’s dependable at best and argumentative at worst, always fighting for the right to have the last word. He’s never embarrassed about something he’s decided on, even if it’s born out of fear -- like his flat-out refusal to climb trees like his father and brother. Teasing has very little effect on him. He does what he wants -- plain and simple.
physical Djego thinks and communicates with his body. He’s not exactly quiet in the mouth department, but sometimes words just seem like surface dressing on top of his gestures, stances and movements. He gesticulates boldly when he talks and never hesitates to make his opinion known physically -- whether it be pushing and shoving or kissing and hugging. He’s watched his mother dance so he knows that a trained body can do, but it’s not likely that he’ll be peaceful enough to be an entertainer.
unimpressed His mother is a talented Oban dancer. His father is a dashing Shifter warrior. He was born among a group made up of almost every earthling race in Tendaji, and he’s grown up alongside full-grown radaku and exotic Yaeli keldari. He’s lived in remote jungle-camps and slept under the stars like a tramp, but he’s had the stolen treasures of rich traders as his playthings. Djego takes it all in stride, and despite his young age, there’s not much left out there that will surprise him.
history
childhood history Djego was born to Ouen and Kalliope, alongside his brother Jax, in the remote jungles of Jauhar. They live in a small camp. The people in the camp used to be bandits, but now they're mercenaries for hire. They're rough around the edges, but they're good people, and Djego is perfectly happy amongst them.

Jax • Djego's brother. He likes to climb trees, and Djego just doesn't get it.
Kalliope • Djego's mother. Despite his father's influence, the boy definitely takes after her. He loves to watch her dance, and favours the colourful clothes she wears over the typical shifter styles. They occasionally clash due to his stubborn personality, but most days he manages to give her fewer headaches than his brother.
Ouen • Djego's father. Despite his physical appearance, Djego didn't take on many of Ouen's Shifter traditions (like tree-climbing and bug-eating). He is, however, a huge fan of his daddy's prowess with weaponry, and a great friend to his radaku mount.
