POLITE

⇢ Anastasia was raised to be well mannered and respectful. While some of her other traits may not completely follow suit, her parents made it very clear to her that those she surrounded herself with, be it peers, adults, and authority figures are to be treated with respect. Although Ana's own rule she added on to that would be: if they deserved the respect. She holds herself to high standards and if other don't reach her heights, then they would fall.

HONEST

⇢ Honesty would be the nice way of putting it. To be clear, Ana never means to be rude. She simply doesn't feel it's necessary to butter something up for someone to hear. She lives by the saying of 'honesty is the best policy'. She attempted to lie in her early years, but her parents were extremely smart and alwys caught her in her lies. Thus, she just chose to stop. Why bother if someone with always see through it?

SARCASTIC

⇢ Having a slightly dry sense of humor leads to her firing back witty sarcastic comments. Some are so tactful that she will need to stop and let those around her know that she isn't being serious. Other times she will make it clearly obvious, especially if she's feeling very snarky that day. You could suppose her sarcasm is their to balance out her straight edge bluntness.

CARING

⇢ With all her harsh edges, Anastasia does deeply care for those close to her. Once you become a part of her inner circle she shields you a great deal. It seems to stem from her family. Being protective and doing what ever is needed to be done to make those around you happy. Her mother and father care for their children in many ways, be it for emotional support, or gifts to make them happy. They would find a way to make them smile. Growing up with that, Ana no returns the favor to those she has befriended.

SHELTERED

⇢ Coming from a pretty wealthy family, Anastasia tended to get whatever she liked and had a majority of her tasks done for her by the house elves. This had lead to her being a bit spoiled and sheltered to everyday life. She expects things to come easy and when she calls for it. When things don't happen to fit her normal way of life, it throws her pretty off kilter. She may not throw hissy fit, but internally, she is twitching a bit.

INTELLECTUAL

⇢ You would think a spoiled little Pureblood princess would not really care too much in her studies. That is not entirely true with Ana. While she isn't a nose-in-book nerd, she does excel well when it comes to learning new information. When she finds her subject interesting, she'll put even more effort into her work. With not-so-gripping information, she tends to store it on a back burner and not really focus on it. It's still there and she will still comprehend it, but it is not her main priority.

CHILDHOOD

⇢ Lillian and Harold Whellworth were well into their reign as high ranking Ministry employees when they chose to begin having children to carry on their name. Anastasia being the eldest, followed by her two younger siblings Keeran and then Emelia. Being the first born, Ana was the learning process for her parents on how to and how not to raise a magical child. Anastasia is the child who tested the limits which were then set for each child to come. For a premier classy Pureblood family, this meant their were some great restrictions, but if they were met, some very expensive rewards were given. This lead for Ana to be quite spoiled, although she knew if she even showed the slightest amount of disrespect it would all vanish in the blink of an eye. You could say these gifts were also a method of coddling for their lack of presence once she reached her toddler years to continue working and providing for the family. A house elf took over caring for the children during the day. This house elf's name was Teetri and she and Ana got to be very close. While Teetri took care of all the children extremely well, they seem to just connect better. Anastaia's relationships with her siblings were normal for the most part. Some harsh tones here and there, maybe a push or a shove when Daddy wasn't looking. Although once Ana's magic started to show, about the age of five, that's when she fell into a pompous streak since her siblings have yet to show signs. Even though it was just clearly because of age, her normal childish mind felt it was because she was better than them. This earned a swift smack on the rump by her father. He would not tolerate that offensive behavior Just as any knowledgeable wizard would have guessed, a couple years later her siblings began to get their magic as well. Ana, being the big sister tried as much as she could to help them with their troubles of when their magic would spontaneously happen. Even taking the blame a few times when some priceless vase would break. By the age of nine, Ana was decently aware a majority of subjects she would learn in her first year of school. Although after some debate between French decent mother and her English decent father, it was decided she would stay in Wales and attend Hogwarts instead of living with her grandmother and go to Beauxbatons. Secretly, Ana was extremely happy of that fact. She never really did favor her grandmother. For the next two years, Ana's mother and father prepared her for what was to come at Hogwarts. Her father, a Quidditch Seeker in his time, took great pride in giving her a lesson in flying. Very low to the ground of course! Although it still peaked her interest just enough to make her excited when her father brought out the broomsticks. Her mother brought her books on the history of Hogwarts and read a chapter to her every night. On her eleventh birthday, the acceptance letter arrived in the mail, just as planned.
