About: Jack is Amirynth's younger charge. He only recently came back to the cottage after spending an extended vacation with Aya (a cousin of Amirynth) He seems more excited about the vase that seems to be spouting interesting things and considers the newly formed sprite a magical fay or something.

About: This gorgon appeared at Amirynth's doorstep about the same time Jack did. As it was he became a kind of 'older brother' even if he wasn't too pleased with the rest of the rabble that lived at Crystal Cottage. He is closest to Jack but doesn't seem to mind too much about the suspicious looking jar... at least while it stays quiet.

About: Avnas helps Amirynth with the menagarie and took care of the boys when she traveled to the Crystal Cottage. He is a mage by nature and used his cantrips to keep the children entertained. A masterful storyteller, he could illustrate the stories he wove with illusions that seemed real. As horror and adventure tales were his favorite he was a great sucess with the kids.

About: Aya was the one who took Jack away when Amirynth had her 'spell' He has been looking after the toddler and only just braught him back after the last adventure took them a little too close to a rather savage bunch of amazons. While Aya would have had a little fun he decided it would be best to keep lil Jack out of harms way and so took him home to find a more calm household. Aya was the one who found the jar and took it home as a gift for Amirynth.

About: Jadace was popped into the jar for a little time by Jack who thought it would be a good idea. She now sits in a bowl near by where she is safe from anyone else who decides to use her as a toy/food ect.
