This is a cute concept, I'm excited to see Galla power up! The sphere and name work great but before I can stamp, I have a few things I want to go over for her powered attacks! (I promise, they are only a few! This wall of text is just because I am wordly and wanted to give samples and try to answer any questions you might have! Please don't be alarmed by the length of it!)
For Senshi magic, each magic should reflect the sphere (and should be written in such a way that it is easy to identify the sphere from the magic that is written). The Super attack is also supposed to be an upgrade of the Basic attack rather than a new attack. You have some really neat ideas, so I just want to help you tweak things a little bit to better fall in line with faction rules so we can get her stamped!
For her Basic and Super attack, I think it would be best to start by figuring out if you like the magic you have written for her first or second attack more--and then adjust the other attack to reflect it since they are supposed to be similar.
I think, given the theme of her sphere the first attack sounds more like a rescue (in that, she is rescuing them from negative effects of battle!). Senshi magic doesn't usually allow for an either-or option, but it might be workable with some wording tweaks! For example, if the basic attack were to say:

When the hearts make contact with an ally they can aid in the 'rescue' an ally by restoring a small bit of energy, raising morale, and boosting confidence for twenty five seconds. If an enemy intercepts the heart before it makes contact with an ally it will feel like a static shock and disappear without granting the effects. The magical boosts last for twenty five seconds and can be used three times.
The super attack might be:

The super attack, as an upgrade of the first, can boost two aspects of a magic--for example, radius, duration, number of targets, or effects are the most common. In this case, I thought number of targets and duration would be most effective.
These are just suggestions, though! You are free to tweak the magic as you see fit to have an attack that reflects the sphere and what you have in mind for the character!
For her eternal magic, I definitely see how bringing her allies closer to her reflects the sphere of rescue! I think that there is a lot going on, so it might help to lessen the effects and give a little more information!
For example, maybe something like:

Sailor Schorria is able to release a strong and powerful spell that pulls up to ten allies of her choice towards her, regardless of barriers or people in the way. They will magically be drawn to her. A shield will bubble around her in a ten foot radius to protect her and her allies. While allies can pass through the bubble (Even those she did not summon to her), enemies will be repelled. Magic and thrown items can pass through, but no enemy can walk through the portal or teleport into it. This magic can be cast once, and the bubble cannot be broken for 45 seconds.
This is only a suggestion that I tried to theme based off of the sphere and the attack you had written, so if it doesn't appeal to you, there's no pressure to use it!
I am sorry for the length of this post, but I am really excited to work with you so we can get her a stamp! She has a really cute outfit but to be on the safe side, in the future please try to use any template or base other than the templates the shop uses for art! Only artists are supposed to use these--and only for official art, just to prevent any confusion!
