Two things: *My son achieved amazing grades at school (he was diagnosed with level 1 autism and ADHD) and his teachers had nothing but great things to say about him.
*This is bittersweet. I lost a friend this year to cancer, but it was the most happiest funeral service ever. Her family was so happy to see so many old school friends (we graduated from HS in 2004) and old members from the marching band we were part of in our school years. We used to dance with flags and we did a little march to take her to her resting place. Is been years since we all did that and we did it. Old friends got together and remembered good times. It was a sad time but her family even among the sadness found a reason to smile to see so much love for her.

➝ What was the best part about 2016? I started my dream job (nursing) and made a few really good friends at work. Like, we actually go hang out when we aren't working, and it's wonderful.
➝ If you could change one thing about 2016, what would it be? I would have gotten more serious about my diet and getting fit earlier in the year. In the past couple months I've made a lot of progress, and I can't help but wonder what I'd have accomplished if I'd worked on it all year.
➝ What is your resolution for 2017? The typical adult things. Lose weight, exercise more, etc. But also to enjoy life while I'm doing that. I see no point in suffering. If I have calories left in my budget for the day, I will eat the cake. If I don't have the calories left... I will eat the cake and then go for a walk! blaugh
➝ Did you accomplish your resolution for 2016? I don't think I really made one because I knew in December 2015 I would be starting my new job. So I guess you could say keeping that new job was super important, and I have done that!
➝ If you knew what you know now a year ago, what would you have told yourself to prepare for the new year? This job is going to suck sometimes, but the good makes up for the bad. The patient who insists on giving you a hug before they leave really thinks highly of you. So does the patient who asks for you by name, whether it's over the call light system or simply asking, "Will you be back tomorrow?" or my favorite reply when I say I'm off the next day, "I'm going to miss you!" whee

➝ What was the best part about 2016? I left my abusive ex and now I have a great guy that makes me feel like his world. Feels so good to be wanted for non sexual reasons.
➝ If you could change one thing about 2016, what would it be? Leaving sooner. Honestly as soon as I left I felt lighter and more relaxed. Not doing more things for myself like health wise and activity wise.
➝ What is your resolution for 2017? like always. Loose some chub sides and maybe finish my zodiac work? but I might change that to doing inktober and huevember
➝ Did you accomplish your resolution for 2016? Draw the zodiacs within their corresponding month.
➝ If you knew what you know now a year ago, what would you have told yourself to prepare for the new year? That you don't have to stay with someone and be unhappy. That a old friend can be more than you know if you try and reach out. That you are something someone wants to put up with even if you are a crybaby.
I hope everyone is gonna have a happy new year! I'm spending mine with my boyfriend then I got work the morning after. No hard core drinking for me tonight.

-I think the best thing of this year was getting my friend who is my senpai and now my bf back, and im so happy with him
-if i could change one thing it'd be the way a few of my friendships have ended, i dearly regret it.
-A standard lose weight resolution lol
-Nope lol
-Learn to be more social and happy, also dont be so self-conscious because a lot of the people you think dont care actually do

I think I'll just answer the first for now. I really enjoyed my first semester back on campus. I feel like I really learned a lot and look forward to Spring semester.

➝ What was the best part about 2016? I lost around 45-50lbs, took some classes that gave me a much better view of life, and all around I think I became a better person.
➝ If you could change one thing about 2016, what would it be? I think it was pretty crappy for everyone else, so I guess I wish it wouldn't have been bad for everyone else. I feel weird because 2016 was a pretty good year for me. One of the better ones I've had in the last decade.
➝ What is your resolution for 2017? My resolution for 2017 is to continue to take care of myself and keep putting myself first. I'm already doing it, but I'm not always great at continuing to do things, so just continuing doing those things is my resolution.
➝ Did you accomplish your resolution for 2016? I didn't have a resolution last year.
➝ If you knew what you know now a year ago, what would you have told yourself to prepare for the new year? Oh god, if I had been able to tell myself last year where I was now, I would not have believed myself. Last year, I was completely bedridden, 170lbs, and heartbroken because my fiance had just left me. It was the worst I've felt in my entire life. I would not have believed I was doing so well this year. I still thought I needed my ex at that point. Did not figure out he was causing a lot of the health issues until a few months into 2016. Turns out him leaving me was one of the best things that's ever happened to me.

Resolution would be to just enjoy life a bit more and to continue the journey I've been on to find myself mentally. To stop taking myself so seriously and loosen up a bit.

My resolution is to do more cosplay and artsy stuff. I feel like I've been neglectful in that department. Otherwise, 2016 really wasnt all that awful on my end. Bring on 2017!

Uh, well, lots of not so great things, so I won't answer them all sweatdrop
The first one, probably spending time with my sister at Starbucks and Lagoon, as well as seeing Fluffy with her and my dad.
Resolutions? Get to a doctor to have my wrists figured out, so that they aren't in pain all the time and to take things in stride. I'm moving in April, which will be bittersweet.

➝ What was the best part about 2016?
I finally graduated from community college completely with three degrees and went back to a 4-year university! I also finished my first semester there with pretty good grades.
➝ If you could change one thing about 2016, what would it be?
All the celebrity deaths
➝ What is your resolution for 2017?
If I have to have one, it's to significantly lose weight. I was losing weight, gained it back, and losing it again.
➝ Did you accomplish your resolution for 2016?
I don't really do resolutions.... Too much stress and I end up forgetting them by February.
➝ If you knew what you know now a year ago, what would you have told yourself to prepare for the new year?
Don't panic, but the whole year basically sucks and Carrie Fisher dies. (I am not even kidding. I kept crying whenever they brought it up.)

Teagen Sirrus I got chickens this year! I love them! Aren't chickens the best? I got three myself, but we're going to get rid of them in March because they're a lot to take care of. My parents can't do it and I'm busy with classes.
