Nickname:
School: Rift School of Hard Knocks
Hobbies:
Scribbling - Mirgod can't remember much about his past at all - but he finds from time to time he's inspired to attempt to write. He carves messages into the walls of the mountainous caverns in the Rift that he calls home, and for the most part, he can't read them, and it's uncertain if they are even legible. He finds the process calming and somewhat meditative, however.
Collecting books - Something about dusty tomes triggers warm feelings in the once-human creature, and so he has amassed a small collection of books. They are surprisingly well cared for, and although he can only pick out a word here or there, he likes to look at the pictures. His favorite is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".
Virtues:
Steadfast -
Mirgod is nothing if not loyal and determined. Once set to a task he will work at it in spite of obstacles or exhaustion, and is fiercely devoted to whomever he bonds with. He is particularly industrious with tasks involving heavy lifting or hard labor - or just smashing a few faces in.
Assertive -
Loyal, yes, but not easily cowed. While not the most intelligent of humanoid youma, he has a certain devious cleverness, and is not afraid to present his opinions and otherwise be himself. He is confident and self-possessed, especially involving tasks that might liken back to his days as something more human.
Flaws:
Stubborn -
Once he has set upon something, however, it is very difficult to get Mirgod to change course. This is particularly true if it is something he feels is important, either for the safety of his bonded or for himself. He doesn't have an issues with moral qualms and will often wish to move forward when others may not.Not one for lengthy discourse, he is more likely to act upon his hard-set convictions.
Short Tempered -
No one likes when eight feet of shag carpet with teeth gets angry, and unfortunately it doesn't take much. Mirgod can just barely remember his days before the Rift - nothing concrete, just some glimmers of deja-vu. He feels like he should know more, be more, and it's incredibly frustrating. He loses his temper well and often, sometimes over simple and seemingly mundane things.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Hovering around 8 feet tall at full height, Mirgod is an intimidating specimen. His shaggy coat protects him from the elements and his teeth and horns give him a fearsome appearance. There is an occasional glimmer of intelligence in his otherwise animalistic gaze, however.
