Morrigan shook her head. "I'm actually from around this area, I was just looking about, trying to see if anyone might be passing by and sure enough, I've come across the two of you." In reality she had seen Eir first and Clara happened upon them shortly thereafter. The brightly colored mare said with a smile."Though you could always say I'm always moving about and checking out the local hideouts or what not." She looked between the two of them and wondered what the odds were that she'd run into not only two other ponies, but their familiar companions as well.
"I'm not familiar with where you may be from, do you know a general direction perhaps? Star alignments, anything?" She was curious so that perhaps the mare could be sent on a way towards her herd. She wasn't overly certain how well it would work. But anything was better than nothing, and while Morrigan wasn't the best at pinpointing things, she knew a thing or two and could perhaps lend some insight or even direct her to someone who could better answer her.
"And while I might not know any direct answers, perhaps Clara here may know some things or we can find someone that does." She hoped Clara had the same thoughts on the matter. She just had her brother and herself, she couldn't imagine being away from him, let alone an entire herd. How terrifying it must be to be that far from home. She'd make sure to give her brother a hug when she saw him later.

Eir began to feel the nervousness fade and Chimera moved out from the shadows and stood next to her bonded. She didn't want to say anything though, these dreamers were foreign to her, despite the fact they looked like a lot of their own herd members. She had to think on that question for a little bit. What kind of terrain, the stars? It was something she had lived in, and looked at daily. For some reason nothing really came to mind and she frowned. "Maybe i'll remember if I think on it a while. Is there a place to rest and find food?" She was hungry and sure Chimera was as well.
Clara and Daring gave a nod at Morrigan, "What she said, I'm sure any details you can remember may be a clue to someone, if it's not us." She smiled at Eir and Daring tried to look assuring as well. Clara shared some of the same thoughts, she too was hungry and if she knew Daring, he was as well. "Food sounds delightful right now, I've been walking for quite a while myself." Though not as long as Eir it sounded like. When you were confined to an area most of your life, exploring the lands opened your eyes to how large the territories actually were... Was there ever actually an end?
Morrigan gave the mares a smile and nodded. "If you won't mind walking a little bit further, there is definitely food and shelter a little ways from here." She noted the walking as both of their companions seemed to lack wings. She couldn't imagine being land locked to a companion that couldn't fly. Though maybe her thoughts would change if she had a companion of her own one day. "There is definitely food for your companions as well." She wasn't entirely sure what they ate, but given Morrigan, herself, was a bit of an omnivore, she was certain there was stuff for the fox if the others were more along the lines of plant only.
Her brother, she hoped, wouldn't mind some extra company for a few hours, or maybe the night. Given he was around. Though she wasn't exactly taking them to their home home. Just one of the locations that was nearby, but it was still within their territory. Shifting her wings against her body she looked between the four that stood in front of her. The one common thing was that they all had wings and were female, but beyond that they were all vastly different and she was honestly surprised with how this day had gone. She hadn't expected to talk to anyone today, and now here she was, about to escort them to a safe haven for the evening. "If the place is in disarray, I apologize, I haven't been there in a few days and am uncertain of it's state." She turned to lead the way for them.
Eir hugged chimera against her with her wing and smiled down at her. "Not at all, thank you for your hospitality." Food and rest in a safe place sounded delightful right now. Chimera was ready to be back home, did her family wonder where she had gone off to? Perhaps they believed she was lost to the dreamworld or eaten by a nightmare... Frowning she looked up at Eir and hoped they made their way home soon. Being out here was such a terrible ordeal to her. Eir looked down at the pronghorn and gave her a small nudge with her muzzle, as if to say 'Don't worry, I'll make sure nothing happens to you.' Though could she truly promise such a thing? It was one of the reasons why she didn't utter the words, anything could happen at a moments notice, so why promise something she couldn't guarantee? The dark pronghorn seemed a stark contrast against Eir's pale and the two did seem the odd couple but were bound at the hip. Truly there wasn't anything the two of them did without the other, plus Eir and her experiments required the mare to have constant supervision in case something went wrong.
Daring and Clara had no qualms either. The two of them were rather used to traveling and took shelter when and where they could, to include eating whatever was edible. Truly they were not picky, which was a bit comical since Clara did try her best to be proper and hospitable. Yet didn't have an issue getting in the mud on occasion. She wouldn't if there was another option of course, but sometimes when life is handing you lemons you just gotta work with it. Daring looked over at the ying and yang type pair and wondered about the lands from which they came, though he didn't say it. Swishing his tail behind him slightly he glanced up at Clara and gave her a smile. Food and shelter soon sounded just the thing, especially since it had been a while since they had last eaten.
With all of that being settled the five of them headed off to get some rest and see what they could find out about getting Eir back to her herd.
