Physical Description: Black eyes, short blonde hair, 5'2, sapphire ring.
Personality: Ry is the type of person that will listen to all your problems and mend you when you are broken, sometimes wether you want to or not. She is there, tending to all of those around her with ailments with a wide variety of pernese tea, herbal mixtures, poultices, advice and long stories designed to comfort.
She has the skills of an old aunty but lacks their confidence when it comes to anything but healing, tending her dragon and collecting things to heal and tend her dragon.
History:
Ry was searched from healercraft at around age 17, her mother had been a healer and her father a blacksmith. But her father had passed away young despite what her mother had done to try and save him. She was searched at the main healercrafthall, She impressed at 20 years old. She was studying to be a healer when she was searched with a herbal specialty. She bonded tighter with her mother after her father's death, knowing that if her mother could not have saved him nothing would. Ry is very sensitive to emotional currents around her and allergic basically to conflict.
She has a hard time with change or adventure, her biggest step in life was joining the rogues to begin with. She only did that because she was bullied in the weyr due to her docile nature even after becoming a green rider. It was weyrfolk in particular who were responsible for it. So when one of her fellow green riders snuck out one night, Ry followed them to become of all things a pirate. Her one friend is becoming a pirate and without her life at the weyr would be unbearable to Ry's mind. As a pirate she would greatly lean toward cleanup and merchant duties as opposed to being point on raids, her job she hopes will be to get everyone else out in one piece. Other weyr folk picked on her at the weyr and she is not mature enough or strong enough to deal with it.
She thinks thread is a terrible thing a menace in the sky and will exhaust herself making sure all around her are quite alright and patched and poulticed. She was shocked at her first sight of threadscoring and thanks the shards every night that her dragon has never been scored. She treated threadscore with numbweed and poulticing but that was with everyone in the Weyr once she was done fighting thread. Her dragon stays calm in threadfall, she enjoys fighting it. Aleushith will hopefully pull a more adventurous side out of her timid rider over time.
Ry knows that fighting thread, something that doesn't talk or yell at her, is paramount to her position, it also hurts people and she can be a part of getting it before it gets to others. She is more afraid of intraspecies conflict then human vs evil flying burning stuff.

Personality: Aleushith is an endurance machine, she will fly blues and the occasional brown into the ground if given half a chance, so comfortable in the air that she hardly leaves it unless Ry is collecting plants and needs ground support. Aleushith is more adventurous then her rider and a calming influence, she will handle the problems while Ry stays in her little healers bubble.
