████PERSONALITY
██████ ▻ Vicki is pessimistic yet upbeat at the same time (mostly faked to keep herself balanced and not too dark and broody). A natural optimistic being that has basically been run into the ground and hope is the hardest thing to kill. After all, it has to get better sometime, right? While absolutely sassy and confident of her skills and even cocky when in most situations she really shouldn't be (like when she is on the losing side). But Vicki is often timid around adult men she finds attractive,due to her father's influence oppressing her typical teen behavior and independence, while she has been given nothing throughout her life, she still believes in that 'real life' and the full parental package, an actual father figure and mother, whom she never got to know due to her death at Vicki's birth and her fatehr being... absolute s**t. She's never had a boyfriend since she is unsued to being intimate with another, not even on a sibling level or parent-child relatuonship. She's had no love, no care but what she gives herself. This would explain the reasons why she often thinks only of herself and papmers the hell out of herself when she can. No one else will.
Vicki has always had a heart for exploration and curiosity, often exploring various areas of Gotham or Bludhaven (often abandoned areas) when allowed, or when she sneaks out. She enjoys history and dressing up, but also enjoys relaxing and taking things easy. The often stressful situations have taken their toll on her nerves and often leave her nerves shot and her personality introverted. She always doubts herself when pressed to act on personal matters due to her father's continuous putting down of her abilities and abuse.
When it comes to violence and justice, Vicki has her own code about it all. People who prey on kids, like her father preyed on her, die or get put into horrible situations they cannot get out of (for her own amusement) as they cannot be trusted to treat other right. Pety criminals get their asses kicked and left at the scene to get arrested red handed. While her enemies and outright nemesis will be treated with her full attention and be delt with swiftly as she dodn't like situations getting out of hand. Vicki always has a plan, even if the plan is having no plan and just going by ear. She is effective and prides herself in such skills and abilities to get things where others cannot.

██████ PERMANENT MARKS ▻ [X], [X], [X] 'Tattoo's' all down her shoulders and arms of the outlines of folded wasp wings (one for each arm) originating from the middle of her back, two more outline wasp wing tats (unfolded) go from there and wrap around her lower back and hug her hips to wrap around her thighs. A few scars are on her body ranging from large cuts to small scrapes in various places.
██████ COSTUME/ MAKEUP/ MASK▻Doesn't really use make-up all that much (lipstick and mascera at most) as she has very nice skin and shows that off.
When going into battle she favors leather and corsets. Her costume featuring a black bodysuit with plunging neckline and zip front closure, faux leather brown glovelettes with long fringe detail and faux leather belt with matching fringe. She keeps her long hair piled high on her head, adorned with a set of goggles she wears while flying. The costume has spaces for her skin to be visible on her shoulders and the whole back where her wings can have room to unfold from its dormant state as a 'tattoo'. The outfit is completed with holsters for a gun, a submachine gun, and several throwing blades with an iridencent sheen.

████ BACKSTORY
██████ ▻ Victoria Veruca Marie Vynes was born to Xavier Vynes (also known as Giant in the Circus, retired) and Vanessa Flores (formerly known as Lady Hornet, a hero of Bludhaven). Though a few days after her birth, her mother died, leaving her father to raise her alone. He took his daughter into the 'family business' of dooping people at the Sideshows of the Circus and leanring to pickpocket crowds. THis got them into some hot water with the manager of the Circus on more than one occasion. But when Vicki's abilities surfaced in the form of rich orange wasp wings that could support her weight and allow her to fly, the Manager quickly added her to his shows, forgiving the acts of crime.
A deep seeded hatred for Vicki grew in her father due to both the loss of his wife from childbirth (and having to deal with the aftermath of it all by raising her alone) but also because he was stealing HIS spotlight time. Xavier quickly started to put her down about her ability to master it or even be as close as her mother's skills and forbade her from going out and using these gifts or even being a larger part of the Circus' retinue. On one occasion he paid a group of kids to throw trsh at her during one of her hoop flying acts and caused her to fall from the sky when a glass soda bottle hit her in the head. This action broke one of her wings and she was moved off the schedule for months while she healed. The spot was quickly filled back in by Giant, her own father.
Humiliated and hurt, Vicki was comforted by a boy from the acrobat family act, The Flying Grayson's, Richard Grayson. He encouraged her to be her own person, and she took that to heart, quickly becoming frinds over her down time. When she was to be put back on the schedule with all new acrobatic tricks and stunts, Vicki's father had a plan to sabotage her routine on her retunting night preformance! The rings she was to fly through were to be set on fire by a trigger device just before entering on a timed sequence for a speed flight. Xavier had them set to go off with much larger flame than safety allowed. The night of the show went off without a hitch and when it was her turn to wow the crowd, the nearly exploding rings had her flying far faster than she ever had before and forced her to adapt, quickly finding herself shrinking smaller and smaller as she raced through the exploding rings, much to the crowd's delight. She landed back in full size and much to her own astonishment, she was fine and just made the most amazing act to date for the Circus. Everyone loved her and the act was done once every year. Much to Xavier's chagrin... Her name was changed from, Lady Pixie, to The Amazing Dragonfly!! Her act soon rivaled The Flying Grayson's, but was soon to fail due to her father's continous scheming.
It all came to an end when, after the Grayson's fell and her friend was taken from her -never to be seen again- that Xavier decided to get rid of her in a more serious fashion. Taking inspiration from the fact he knew the Grayson's had been murdered, he decided to do the same to 'The Amazing Dragonfly'. He wouldn't kill Vicki, but he would kill what she thought she was... her confidence and her happiness. He paid even more kids to not only throw stuff at her, this time, but to also rile the crowd up to do the same 'as part of the act' and shout things at her during her yearly dangerous act.
Needless to say, her act failed horribly. Embarassed and hurt, her nice costumed burned and the fall from so many things hitting her wings and blocking her course around the big ring, she was completely mortified. She fell, into a waiting net -now mandatory, and got one of her wings caught in the large netting, causing her to panic more as she tried to get free and away from the laughing croud. It got worse after that night, less and less people showed interest in her act as they had all seen it before and now decided it was better when the crowd threw stuff and heckled her, instead of just enjoying the skill of her act. This lead to Vicki being removed from the main advertisments and then the line-up all together, relugated to a shack to be barked for for a few dollars for a viewing of her wings...for the adults, there was a topless vewing (as she was 16 and her father of course gave his permission to the management). This was personally degrading and horrifying to Vicki, leading her to run away from the Circus, breaking her contract in the process.
With no home and no money, or anything of real value, she turned back to her trickhouse of skills in petty crime and stealing. Using her abilities, she became a rather good thief, getting money and jewels, nice cars, and even food and temporary places to live (while people where away). Till she ran afoul of Black Mask, stealing something of his from a warehouse that turned out to be a shipment of weapons. She kept them, hidden away for her own use and made a costume for herself. Dark and gritty, she took on the mantle of Hawkwasp after discovering her ability to blast bio-eelctric energy at people just like her mother could do. These unlucky people tended to visit a personal world of pain for about 5 minutes till they came back around with little after effects but concussions or broken bones and such (from the force of unregulated superpowered blasts, instead of a more low-powered stun 'setting'). Vicki started using these new talents and skills againt Black Mask, eventually meeting The Batman during a patrol of his when she entered Gotham City to go after Black Mask herself.
████ ABILITIES
██████ ▻ Size Reduction - Due to her mother's long-term exposure to radiation, Lady Hornet could reduce herself in size, down to the dimensions of the insect form which she takes her name, roughly 1 inch in height at the smallest. Vicki inherited this ability naturally from her mother. She usually chooses not to retain her standard density while at this reduced mass, but can choose to do so at will. The "lost" mass is shunted to a pocket dimension for later retrieval. Additionally, her strength was boosted while she is at reduced size, to the extent that she can bend a one-inch diameter steel bar almost double. Vicki unfortunatly cannot go down to an inch and instead can only muster the 'standard' small form of 3 inches at her smallest.
██████ ▻ Flight - Due to her permanent energy-lined real insect wings, HawkWasp can fly at speeds of up to 40 mph. These are functional when she reduced herself to less than four inches in height, and remain so even in her normal height. These wings remain dormant while in a larger form due to the effort and strain of being so huge. Her wing span is very large to be able to carry her weight. They can grow and shrink to her convinence or for when she needs to carry something or someone heavy.
██████ ▻ Size Addition - In addition to being able to shrink, just like her mother, HawkWasp can grow significantly in size as well, just like her father, Giant. The growth process requires the rapid acquisition of bodily mass, presumably from an extra-dimensional source. This extra-dimensional mass fortifies all of her cellular tissues, including her bones and muscles, enabling her to support her increased weight, and giving her superhuman strength. Her strength is boosted when she reduced in size, and increased geometrically when she chose to use her growing powers. At 10 feet tall, she could lift (press) 1,000 pounds, at 25 feet tall she could lift (press) 10 tons, and at 100 feet tall, she could lift (press) 50 tons. The higher she grew past 25 feet, the more of her strength she had to use simply to support her own enormous mass. Her wings seem to go dormant in this form and in this form only.
██████ ▻ Sting Blasts - Like her mother, Vicki can generate violently powerful bio-electric blasts from her hands that have been shown to be capable of blasting through concrete, and causing pain to super-humanly strong and durable beings. This is why she took on the name of the Tarantula Hawk Wasp as her stings were far more powerful than her mother's and caused similar after effects in those she stings. Her mother's sting blasts are golden in color, while hers are a red orange. These blasts last about 5 minutes and leave no serious nerve damage but can leave wounds from blunt force trauma if people are thrown into solid objects due to the immense concussive power of the Sting Blasts. If stung, it's best you just go ahead and lay down on the ground and start screaming.
██████ ▻ Bio-electric Sensory Antennae - Atop her head, just an inch away from her hairline, are two 'invisible' antennae that are aprox. 1 12 feet long when stretched out (as the ends are curled). These work as radar and extra sensory guidence to the environment around her. They can be seen through sensors as an bio-eletric signiture, also viewable in infared, but most often can be seen by the naked eye when using her Sting Blasts. These are sensitive to her but leave a numbing sensation to those who move their body through this space above her head. Often pain will follow but nothing to the degree of her concentrated blasts. Just don't touch.
