He uses star-based magic so I'd imagine he'd be good at it? It's transformation magic, essentially. Not reading them or astrology. He can navigate using the location of the stars, but that's about it other than his magic. I was thinking about the Float Performer, but it stated fire wouldn't be a good idea.
