Everyone may win up to ONE custom per month :
( at least while lux is the only colorist here XD;;; )
No begging, whining, etc :
Fill out the form completely :
Don't use someone else's pet reference to get yourself a custom :
ALL customs will start off as Teens :
Clothing is not available to be customed until after Adulthood :
Mock-breedings are currently NOT allowed :
Siblings ARE allowed, with permission from the related 'Tronic's owner :
Cosplays ARE allowed, but check the list first :
Custom lines ARE allowed this time around :
Splicing breeds is NOT allowed in customs, ever :

normal :: bear, rabbit, chick, fox, cat, wolf, merr, puppet*
special :: kit fox (a fox alt), hellhound** (a wolf alt, despite the fluffy tail)

*keep in mind, puppet is a human in a suit, so if it looks too human it might get mauled...
(read: no bare skin tones for the suit fabric! even Balloon Boy has black arms!)
**Hounds are the animatronic suits of demons, summoned/controlled by Edward to deal with 'Tronics that get out of hand. They still attend the academy, but it's more to keep watch than actually learn anything. When not on duty (ie, not hauling in 'Tronics for deactivation or providing security somewhere), they're mostly free to do as they wish so long as they themselves do not cause trouble. Because they are demons they are strong enough to 'override' the glitch and therefor may IC'ly enlist in military or police forces, or open a flower shop if that's what they desire. Manipulation, tricks, and other such 'devilish' activities are allowed, so long as they do not straight up force someone to do their will using their power, bully, harass, or otherwise break laws such as stealing, murder, etc. Inside each suit are markings that, if activated by Edward from anywhere at anytime, will send them straight back to Hell, without passing GO or collecting $200, so please be aware that these characters CAN BE DISALLOWED FROM RP/BREEDINGS/ETC if you go overboard. Warnings will be privately issued, however, disallowance being the last straw if those warnings are ignored. Just don't be a total jerk about things and you'll be fine~ <3
