Austri was in literal heaven. The entire store was full of obnoxious, battle ready trolls with a desire for sales. Austri was excited. She was exactly the same. With Sarcel in tow, Austri was practically sparkling as she bounced around, giddy. The entire store was in a state of disarray and chaos, and Austri wouldn't have liked it if it wasn't. Something sparkled out of the corner of her eye-- Pushing, shoving, punching toward her destination, Austri exclaimed-- "BOSS!! You totally need this, holy crap~! TV is essential to any and all hives on Alternia~!" She seemed set on it.

Not in any ordinary sense, because she'd been involved in large masses before, but this was just utter chaos. There was no order here, no salvation, no sanctity of self; just madness. Sure, she had agreed to this, but she had made a rookie mistake in the process: not knowing what the ******** she was getting into.
Austri seemed to be enjoy herself on the contrary. She was rushing in, shoving trolls out of the way, joining in with the utter catastrophe that was this shopping complex without much care in the world. By the time she had returned with her prize, Sarcel was already busy roaming over a display center of dusty looking candy.
Hey, it never hurt to... like, have a bowl of these hanging out right? In case trolls came over; and then she could provide refreshments and snacks. Sweet snacks. It was perfect really.
"Why... does that television have a microwave attached to it?" she seemed to completely miss the point that it was, in fact, a microwave with a TV attached and not the other way around.

Stopping next to Sarcel, who was... eyeing... The old candy, Austri eyed it with a slightly wrinkled nose, hand bound tight around the microwave-TV and placing it on the ground next to Sarcel. She grabbed a nearby, empty shelf and tipped it over infront of their things, making it known that this was their spot and Austri was willing to punch, kick, and shove any troll that decided to come their way. "It's a microwave TV that works like, 12 times better than another one~ And. It's so useful. Oh my gog what is that--" Immedeately she was off and kicking, jumping above the others and using her speed to slam a kick into the side of another troll. Her hands slammed onto the box possessively. She looked around with dangerous eyes. Trolls backed off as she lifted it easily and dashed toward their pile. "Lookit what I gotcha~" She said with a grin as she jogged to a stop, placing it down in their fort. "What did you get~?"

"Oh," if Sarcel was impressed, she hid it well. Her face was blank and the only clue was a tic in her eyes, the raise of her brow. Austri had run off again and emerged victorious with what seemed to be some... expensive sort of sound system. "For me? Are you positive?" because she didn't think she had any... real need for it. Did she? She supposed Austri knew more about these things than she did.
"I don't really care for the wording, but I suppose this is practical." she held up the mug, eyes twinkling slightly. "You can never have too much dishware." Or maybe you could. Sarcel didn't really use her dishes much anyway; her lusus was too finicky about cleaning them and throwing away paper plates was a lot easier and a lot less time consuming in the long run.

"You're the one who has an empty hive~ I mean, I could use one of these, sure, but I think in your hive, it'd look simply smashing~" Austri giggled, watching her lift a mug, in turn. Austri's expression fell into an unimpressed stare as she looked at the cup and sighed. "I mean, I guess it's alright~ But~" Austri looked around seeing a large crate and squinting at it. It was definitely something BIG, she was sure. She kicked a troll coming near it, grabbing it greedily and shoving away anything in the way. Her eyes brightened up. "Oh. My. Gog. Okay, so like, I just found a motorbike." Austri said, astounded, looking over at Sarcel. That had to excite her at least somewhat, didn't it? Man, could Austri use one of these...!

"Wow." Sarcel's eyes actually glinted at the generosity, face not quite turning into a smile, but the corners of her eyes crinkled slightly all the same. "That's... kind of you—"
She didn't have time to finish her thought, because suddenly Austri was screaming about another amazing new find. Peeking around, her eyes widened at the sight of the motorbike. "Do you even know how to ride that?" she asked dully, though it was a legitimate concern. Austri dying at the hands of an unfortunate traffic accident didn't come close to the top 10 list of "things I want to happen before I die".

Austri giggled. She tried not to compliment herself these days-- Leave it for the others, she definitely deserved it! Sarcel deserved some too, though-- Considering she's a powered blueblood, but she seems really nice~ If Lorata trusts her~ Austri smiled sweetly in response to her question. Laughed nervously. "Ye...s?" Austri asked back, offering her a sheepish grin before releasing a giggle. "Pfft, it's okayyy~ I can always learn~" Austri's eyes were back on the hunt, trying to ignore the mug in Sarcel's hands and moving over toward a very large pile of-- What. How was she finding so many good finds?! "Oh my gog~! Sarce, Sarrcee, look at this! Holy s**t!" Austri squealed, bouncing over toward her with an overly large spring in her step. "It's a hoverboard! Have you like, ever used a hoverboard before?! This is so cool~!"

"I... suppose that's true, yes." It was still somewhat concerning imagining Austri meandering around Alternia, violating various vehicle laws in her wake, but Sarcel supposed she was a military officer and not a traffic drone. For good reason to boot; otherwise she'd have her hands full, and she already had her hands full—or maybe they weren't full enough yet. She could always afford more work.
But she was getting carried away. Except, those exact same thoughts came back at the presentation of the hoverboard, of which she was sure would be illegal on most roadside excursions. She made no comment about it, and continued to hold her mugs firmly. "That's just great." her voice had almost no inflection, though she was impressed by Austri's ability to find all these things hidden among the waves and waves on junk.
She looked at her mugs. Junk was an understatement.
Sarcel finally dropped the damn things, rubbing her hands together. Sure, she was scouting Austri for potential, but that didn't mean she couldn't pull her own weight either. Spying a group of trolls fighting one another in the distance, she held up one finger before vanishing entirely. It wasn't even a minute until she was back again, another TV-Microwave-Abomination tucked in her arms.
"It's sort of hilarious how near sighted some trolls can be." she commented as her brow furrowed. How long would the crowd continue to fight over something that wasn't there? Oh well. "Anyway, at least we can both have one of these now." Sarcel seemed pleased at this.

"I know right?!" Austri squealed, gushing over the new hoverboard and giggling. "You should keep it! That way you can fly with me~" Her shoulders wiggled and when Sarce disappeared, Austri simply looked around, eyes falling on the mug Sarcel had just left. Well, it was a funny pun, she guessed...
Suddenly, Sarcel was there, TV-microwave in hand. "W-whoah!" Holy crap, she was definitely a badass. She wasn't afraid to take what others were fighting for, and that was exactly what Austri was looking for in a mentor. It was the right way to live. She grinned. "Yeah. Seems like it~ I can't wait to microwave some yummy popcorn while watching a movie~" Austri sighed dreamily at the thought. "And hey, I guess those mugs aren't too bad~" She giggled, looking it over. A prize was a prize, after all!

"F-Fly?" Sarcel didn't sound scared, but more or less concerned. Flight was honestly not a venue she craved on a daily basis—though she supposed it might be sort of neat. Just not the sort of neat that came with "this hoverboard will probably get you killed". Sarce was all for a good adrenaline rush, but sometimes you had to take a step back and ask yourself—really ask yourself—"is this a good idea?"
"I think the movie sounds a little... more promising."safer, she added silently. "Though I've never been the type to watch them..." Occasionally she read, but mostly her spare time and hobbies were taken up by her sheer love of physical activity. She didn't derive a whole lot of excitement from sitting still.
Oh well.
"It might be nice to have a get together sometime. We can eat this candy too." she remarked wearily as she checked the expiration date. Well, it seemed okay, despite the fact that she couldn't find an expiration date printed anywhere on the packaging. "I... think anyway. You could bring your friends too if you wanted. Hypothetically."
"Flying is suuuper safe~! You can totally trust me, Boss~" Austri said, giggling and sticking out tongue at Sarcel. "I'll be your safety net~" She winked at the blueblood, then gasped lightly at her suggestion of the movie. "I mean, like, I know a ton of really good movies, especially hero ones because of Lora and the girls~ Maybe we can have a slummbberr party!" Austri sounded rather excited about it! Looking around, she herself picked up a bag of candy that looked-- Still good, and was on sale for almost 90%. She was definitely getting this, even if it was stale! "Oh man, I know what we can do. We can head to your place, and like, help spiffy it up! And then we could totally watch those movies and gossip about everything~" Austri's eyes gleamed as she spoke of it.
Austri looked at their haul. It was pretty good, if she did say so herself. She was definitely proud of it, even though she had wanted to check out the military store. Maybe they could do two trips? Right now though, she was starving!"Hey, lets go pick up some grub~ I don't usually let myself splurge like this, so lets get some Troll Micky D's!" Austri exclaimed, pointing outside and setting off to their next destination.
