Terry had been walking home after picking up some groceries meant for diner when he spotted it. He had not heard about the tiny bunny epidemic that had been happening all over Destiny City so when he spotted a tiny bunny on the side of the road he did not think much more on it than a thread of worry for it being so close to the street when a vehicle could run it over. After looking around to see if it was possible the little rabbit was a part of a family group since it was so small, he carefully placed his groceries down on the sidewalk and took a step closer to the white hare. "Hey there little one, how about you move away from the road?" He said in a soothing voice, not wanting to scare the bunny into the street, defeating the purpose of approaching it in the first place.

The little bunny stared back with large doe eyes and twitched it's nose before talking one step closer to the pavement as if it was fully prepared to cross the street. While there were no vehicles on the road at the moment, Terry frowned and moved a few more steps forward to stop the cottontail. "No, no, trust me you don't want to go there. It is dangerous to be a tiny animal on the road." He did not expect the rabbit to understand him, rather he was simply trying to keep it calm with his tone of voice. As he moved close enough to bend down and catch the cottontail, two things happened. The tiny white rabbit hopped into the street and a car turned onto the road, heading down the lane the rabbit was currently standing in.

Seeing these two events and not wanting the small rabbit to get hit, Terry stepped closer and scooped the bunny up into his hands before quickly stepping back onto the sidewalk so the car could pass by without incident. The rabbit's fur was soft in his hands and cool to the touch which was understandable seeing how the air was cold with winters touch. However he didn't focus on the bunny's fur for long as he moved over to where some bushes were so he could place the cottontail down in safety. "Next time just find another way around alright? You are too little for drivers to see easily even if they would be willing to stop quickly." He said as he knelt down and started to gently release the bunny.

Just as his hands were on the ground and letting go of the bunny however, the little ball of fluff turned and bit down hard on his hand before hurrying off into the bushes, leaving the young man to give a startled hiss and grip his hand. After looking over the bite it was plain to see that the rabbit had drawn blood but it wasn't a large bite in the least seeing how the bunny itself was not large. "No good dead go's unpunished it seems." He said after examining the wound then moved to gather up his groceries. He would have to wait until he got home to disinfect and bandage it up so there was no use in dallying.
