As the threat of Atlas approaches every passing day, Lord Death has finally announced a private meeting among himself and specific representatives to discuss what they are going to do about Atlas. For safety purposes, this meeting is located in one of the rooms in the lower levels of the DWMA and only those Death has wished to see and a couple of their allies are allowed into this room. At this time, enemies will become allies in order to protect their futures from Atlas.

Death sat quietly in his seat that was located at the head of the large table where the meeting would be held. All those that were given the letters that Kain sent out would be lead by a special team of Death Scythes to the DWMA in private and taken to the room that was currently under tight security. As he sat there, someone came in and went to one of the labeled seats. Death glanced upwards to the first arrival.
Charlotte, who was in her nightmare form, bowed to Death before taking a seat. "Are you sure you will be alright coming here, Lady Charlotte?" Death asked. Charlotte smiled over at him "I'm not allowed to participate in the fight against Atlas, however no one said I couldn't simply listen to your plan." Death smiled back at her before sitting back and waiting for the rest of their guests to arrive.
As Lord Death sat at the table and waited patiently for the others to arrive, Kain would be seen carrying around a small clipboard, checking off various things before arriving at the door. He had been rather busy trying to get everything in order for Lord Death and the others. Despite him and the other Death Scythes being apart of the meeting as well. Once everything was finished, Kain would sigh as he made his way to the meeting room. Upon entering the room, Kain was met with the sight of Lord Death and the witch Charlotte sitting there and having a nice chat. Making his way to his seat, Kain glanced towards Charlotte and smiled before greeting Lord Death. "Death Scythe, Kain Fatum, reporting in." he announced before bowing and then taking his seat across from Charlotte and two chairs away from Lord Death. As he did, more Death Scythes would begin to arrive.
Queen appeared in a char yawning, she wasnt there a moment ago, but she purposely made it that way, of course she had no idea where she would have to go to make this kind of entrance but she followed a death scythe to the location because she preferred not to be seen entering the place, that and her being invited were the reason whys he could get in. Clearly she didn't want to be there, but Saya convinced her to just try it out to see why she was summoned, not that she already knew Saya didnt. she remained silent for the entire time she was there not speaking, her legs were on the table and her arms were crossed, she seemed to have an annoyed look on her face, she didn't bother looking at Death, though for her it was the kid of her main target in her world, but still she rather preferred to not bother looking at him. she just simply kept her demeanor and stayed how she was letting them talk to each other, of course they would notice her the moment she got in since she wasn't hiding.
+ Weapon Creation: can create two weapons a sword and a giant axe like spear + Armor Creation: can summon up armor that helps protect her from magic and physical damage + Hells Fire: can summon and conjure hells flames which are almost impossible to extinguish + enhanced speed + Darkness Energy formation: can add Darkness to her weapons limbs to extend its reach and do more damage + Four Tail Power: when needed she can Strengthen herself up only when in her normal form she can grow three extra tails, and her eyes change(sign of her change) + Deaths Gift: upon given as a gift power, she can use any Weapon that she gets her hands on, even if the weapon resists they obey her command (only in weapon form and when shes the only one holding) +Black Sakura Petal Dance An ability she gained when going into the future, as she fought a girl whom could summon Metal petals using them to both attack and Defend she seemed to have absorbed this ability into her arsenal. this ability grants her the ability to create black petals which she could use to defend and attack her opponents. he still doesn't understand this power yet so it sometimes doesnt activate.
Death looked over at Kain as he made his way in and announced himself. Death nodded towards him while Charlotte smiled warmly over at Kain when he sat down. Death said nothing as everyone began entering, including Queen though he eyed her for a moment before glancing over at the door. As those that were invited to the meeting began to trickle in slowly, Death's eyes went towards two people in particular. Ellise d'Arc walked into the room, looking forward with a dead serious expression on her face as she wore her signature armor. She bowed slightly towards Death before she ended up sitting down across from Queen. Noira walked in slowly not too long after Ellise. Some Death Scythes shifted with a mix of nerves and habit as the kishin that was partially responsible for the attack and Death City casually walked in. She ended up sitting down right next to Kain though she didn't acknowledge him or anyone else in the room.
There was a bright swirl of cards before Scarlet appeared sitting in her chair, her arms folded and her hat tipped to one side. "Well well, long time no see Death. I have to admit I never thought you'd be calling on me." She had a carefree grin as she leaned back in her chair with the grace of a relaxing cat, waiting for the meeting to start.
Several moments later there was a polite knock on the door before it opened. Naomi strode in purposefully, her expression just as serious as Ellise's. She walked up and stood next to her, giving her a slight smile as she did so. Ellise was the only one she knew personally and having been second in command of The Machinist Order she still felt uncomfortable being in the same room with someone she had considered a dreaded enemy several months ago. She recognized Charlotte from the many briefings she'd had about dangerous individuals throughout the world, though no one else was familiar to her. The girl with black hair did bear a striking similarity to Noira Blackwing but Naomi thought nothing of it at the time. Her mind was fixated on what she had learned about Atlas and the potential future of the world and The Machinist Order.
Kain watched as one by one, everyone came into the room. However, unlike a majority of the Death Scythes there, he showed little to no, reaction towards Noira, as she came. He had said all he needed to say to her and trusted that she would contain herself and not disrespect Lord Death. As she sat next to him Kain simply looked over and gave her a slight nod, at the very least she was someone her brother trusts. Once the last ones entered, Kain glanced back at Lord Death, "I believe that everyone is present and accounted for, Lord Death." he announced.
As Naomi stepped in and stood near Ellise, she looked up and smiled back at her before her gaze shifted to Death. She was actually a little confused as to why Queen was there. Wasn't she the one who revived Atlas? Death glanced over at Scarlet as she made an appearance but said nothing. After a few more minutes, Kain announced that everyone was there and Death cleared his throat. He stood up as the room went silent "I thank you all for coming on such short notice. If a year ago, I would have been told that I would meet with everyone that is here, I wouldn't have believed it..." he said before scanning over everyone in the room. "I have brought you all here to discuss what is to be the fate of our world. All of you are aware that the Kishin, Atlas, has awaken. With that his followers are beginning to rise up once more and apparently are raising the dead and using them for an army according to some sources. Soon Atlas will be at full power again and if we wait for that to happen, the world as we know it will be covered in madness, death, and despair. So with that, I have asked all of you to help the DWMA in preventing this from happening," Death paused for a moment before continuing "This will be a temporary alliance, of course. I know for a lot of you, this isn't something you willingly would like to do. We have all at one point fought someone else in this room so putting our differences aside may be difficult... but we have to for the sake of our future. However, I will not force your individual groups you represent to join us... If you do not wish to do so, you may leave but remember that when Atlas and his followers begin their assault, no one will be spared from it. We need all the help we can get to overcome Atlas." Death finally stopped and waited to see if anyone had any input before he went on.
Queen remained quiet as everyone seemed to be arriving, though it seems that the second in command of the 'rebels' would show up, rather than Umbra, this made her raise an eyebrow, wonder why that annoyance didn't show up. these thoughts were running through her head. as everyone finally found a seat, soon Death would begin his little speech about separating differences to fight atlas. she kept her eyes to herself and didn't speak, she waited for everyone else to speak before she even bothered, since she was probably one of the less likable candidates to be in the room based on causing the whole event to start. it would be interesting to see how long until someone did say outloud it was her fault, but that was for another time, yawning she covered her mouth, it was true she didn't want to be here mainly because she doubted anyone would really figure out a real plan to stop what was going to happen, but she had no choice but to stay for the time being, so she continued to wait for everyone elses responses.

As Lord Death began the meeting, Kain listened to him, carefully. Though he already knew what it was that Lord Death was going to say as well as what he would say himself. When Lord Death stopped, Kain looked around at the few Death Scythes that were gathered there, as well as the invited guests. No one was saying anything, so Kain took it upon himself to speak first. Clearing his throat, Kain began. "As the Death Scythe in charge of the Oceania region, I have already seen signs of trouble brewing. Beings teeming with madness have started lashing out and attacking humans. As the weeks pass, the attacks become more and more vicious. What normally was a peaceful region has become a rather harsh and violent one. If this is a small taste of what the Kishin is able to do, while not fully awakened. I fear to see it in it's entirety. This is why I agree with Lord Death and wish to join together with everyone here, in order to prevent the worse from happening." Kain would state..
Scarlet folded her arms behind her head, opening one eye as she looked at Lord Death, a mischievous grin on her face. "Well now, sounds serious," she replied. In truth she had gone on the future mission so she had a pretty good idea of what was going on already. She had already set some plans in motion but she was curious to see what everyone else had in mind."Okay, so more bad monsters got it. What do you plan to do with our little alliance here?" She asked Lord Death, still completely nonchalant.
Meanwhile, Naomi stayed quiet. She was listening to everything that was being said. She hadn't gone to the future but she had heard a little bit about it from others. It sounded really bad. If there was a way to prevent it from happening she was all for it. It was too late to save her home, but there were many others who still had theirs and Naomi didn't want to see them lose theirs either.
"On top of that, the beings that Atlas's group, The Saints, are using can be a pretty big threat and aren't your run of the mill cronies. Divine is one of the ones they ended up reviving so there is no doubt we will be fighting tough opponents from all ends," Charlotte added after Kain spoke. "Oh boy, are we going to have a lover's quarrel between you two then?" Noira asked with a smirk. Charlotte glanced towards Noira who, due to past interactions, she wasn't fond of. "Being part of the Witch council, I am forbidden from messing with affairs in the human world. So I cannot directly fight. I can only pick a representative to be in charge of the DMA during this battle." "Ah... not really surprising that the witches aren't going to do anything about this. Not until Atlas is at their front door. You are used to hanging around and doing nothing though so we are fine with that, I assume," she said. Charlotte ended up shooting Noira a sharp glare before Noira held up her hands "Right... Apologies Mrs. Charlotte, force of habit to not be fond of any of you. I have to put my pride on the back burner if we want to save everything. I will do my best to watch myself," Noira looked at Death "I'm with Scarlet with this question. What is our alliance going to do? Do you have a plan besides running full force towards Atlas? Also if I may ask, why did you bring the one that basically started this mess here?" Noira pointed towards Queen. "From the looks of it, she looks like she doesn't even regret putting our world into turmoil. Did you forget to drink your coffee before coming here, you look dreadfully tired?" Noira gave Queen one of her trademark false smiles as she spoke. Meanwhile, Ellise sat quietly as she listened to everyone. The three from the future had told them a bit about what the future was like. She didn't want that to happen. Even if she had to team up with Queen and this worlds Noira then fine... If it saved this world, that was alright. Part of her was slightly annoyed that Umbra was nowhere to be seen. Death cleared his throat once more and Noira stopped talking and glanced over at him. "Atlas hasn't fully recovered his abilities yet. He has three artifacts. One of course has already been recovered but he needs the other two in order to have full access to his abilities. One artifact is a ring and the other is a sword. We have their known locations as well. Our goal is to send out two units out to retrieve the artifacts while we take the fight to them. We will need all the help we can get so we will need all of you and your groups to assist. We will also be planning to defend and keep Death City in lock down during this time. Everyone will be evacuated into shelters while we are going to use members of the DMA to create barriers around the city to protect it from any Saints that may come close to us. We hope to avoid that possibility though," Death explained. His gaze shifted to Naomi then "Miss. Naomi, if it is alright, I would like to request you to try and negotiate with the rest of the Machinists to temporarily join us as well. We could really use your augmentations to help us against some of the beings we will be fighting against."
Queen just listened to everyone speak, then getting to see Charlotte and Noira going at each other, what a great view, both were asked to help and they are arguing already, not that she was contributing in any way either. soon noira would point her finger at queen, which made queen sigh "says the woman whom made a deal with me to not bother my current plans which included him" she stated glaring at her "your just as guilty for making a deal" she told her "Tired...maybe...but more so entertained by the current baffling going on...as well as arguing amoung those whom the devil's kid brought together" she stated, devil refering to death since she still didn't like him. soon death the kid would begin to speak about the artifacts, one of which she did have, more or so, she wasn't going to be giving it up of course, right now, since it actually was helping her with most of her traveling. she would speak up to death the kid when he mentioned DMA students mking barriers "you do realize...making students whom don't exactly have the peak of the abilities wont really matter...expessially if someone from here is saying that a guy named Divine will be against this place...which based on information I gathered...destroyed the city at one point" she stated keping her arms crossed as she glanced at him.

Having said is piece, Kain as well as the other Death Scythes, sat back and listened to the opinions of the others. Needless to say, the bickering back and forth was something that was expected. As was someone bringing up the fact that it was Queen's fault that all of this came to be in the first place. Upon hearing Lord Death's plan and Queen's reply, Kain would finally speak up, "Don't underestimate our students. We've already set up several barriers and have contacted skilled graduates of the DMA to come and aid in the production as well. Believe me when I say, that our barriers will not falter as easily as you think.".
Scarlet and Naomi were both listening silently to the back and forth between Queen and Noira. They certainly didn't seem to like each other very much. Naomi who was unfamiliar with everything that was going on was attempting to follow the conversation as much as possible. It seemed like this Queen kitsune had something to do with why Atlas was alive and how he was doing what he was doing. That definitely put Naomi on guard. Why would they let someone who had helped Atlas in on their plan? Wouldn't they be concerned that she would betray them? She shot Ellise a confused look. This didn't seem like a good idea to her. Meanwhile, Scarlet watched the debate with a seeming lack of interest. She continued to stretch out in her chair, content to let the two have their back and forth. If she had an opinion on the matter, she wasn't saying.
Naomi looked over at Death as he spoke to her. "Yes, I'll see what I can do. I haven't had contact with anyone from The Machinist Headquarters after everything happened, but I'm sure there are survivors. I'll try to contact them and request their aid. Though...I don't know how willing they'll be to help The DWMA. They may very well blame you for what happened to the mobile headquarters," she replied.
