The user covers their arm in shadows and then punches the target. They can also divide their shadow into numerous thin tendrils to strike the target.

The user covers their hands in shadows, then lashes at the opponent with their open hands.
» Shadow Dragon's Waxwing Flash
The user turns their body into shadows and then wraps themselves around the target, assaulting them with a torrent of feather-like shadows generated from their hands, becoming tangible once more.

The user forms their shadow into a sharp blade, surrounded by the shadows it was created from. The blade can be sent towards the target from a distance and acts like a normal blade would, piercing the target's body on contact.

A more ranged spell, in which the user gathers some shadows in hand or hands, and then swings his arm, generating a very large number of scale-shaped masses of shadows, which are rapidly sent flying at the target in consecutive reprises.
» Shadow Dragon's Large Silk
User gathers their shadows in both of their hands, after which they make a swinging move with them, releasing a great multitude of very thin shadow beams, which are capable of dealing a moderate damage to the user's opponent with ease.
» Shadow Dragon's Scythe
user gathers some shadows in hands, after what they create a scythe, which is capable of delivering great slashing damage. With this Spell, the user can freely fight with opponents, who has a real weapon.
» Shadow Dragon's Black Whips
User gathers some shadows and mix them with their Eternano particles. After that, they create one or two black-coloured whips from their shadows in order to deal very fast attacks to the enemy in rapid succession and from different angles. Such spell can be used not only in combat way, as the user can easily bind the opponent with the spell for few seconds or help somebody to climb up or not fall from high by giving it as a rope.
» Shadow Dragon's Tail Whip
The user coats their legs with their respective element before either spinning on the ground, kicking, or flipping to send out concentrated waves of shadow in all directions or the directions they aim it towards. This spell can be used to keep a group of attackers at a distance by using the force of the shadow waves to hurt them or hold them back.
» Shadow Dragon's Twilight Dance
A spell taken from Kaya's repertoire and altered to fit Noctis' magic as well slightly improved upon. It's similar in the fashion that the caster creates clones formed from the shadows themselves. The clones are able to talk, move, and think on their own. They are able to be used to increase numbers or act as a decoy. While they have a certain distance they can stray from like it's water counterpart, Noctis can also alter the shadows to use similar shadow slayer attacks like he can albeit on a much weaker scale considering he's basically manipulating the clones himself to preform the action. They can essentially disappear into a shadow to spring a surprise attack among other things. They're easily destroyed with a good hit or a very sudden intense ray of light. It drains Noctis' magic supply if a clone uses any weakened shadow slayer magic attacks so it is a double edged sword.
» Shadow Dragon Midnight Wolf
A spell that uses the formation of a pack of wolves to hunt down it's target. The user concentrates magic in their hand before swiping horizontally forming a tear of shadows. A small pack of five wolves made from the element walk out and go after the target trying to use their numbers to their advantage. If one manages to bite down on it's target, it will hold down the victim giving a chance for the other's to latch on before all explode to do further damage to the person.
» Shadow Dragon's Piercing Needle
Noctis focuses on nearby shadows within his eye sight and takes control of them by having long tendril like things shoot out from the environment. They're sharp enough to pierce or can be used to bind a person for a short amount of time. The victim can break free from other strength or by attacking the tendrils themselves to destroy the creation.
» Shadow Dragon's Camouflage
Noctis essentially becomes a shadow himself and is able to hide within anything that produces a shadow itself cloaking his presence and magic energy. He does have to make contact with the shadow itself in order to hide within it, and if he tries moving any further from the shadow his body starts showing once again. This can easily be countered by a sudden flash of a bright light or no shadow's being around him.
» Shadow Dragon's Shield
Noctis concentrates magic in his hands before unleashing it in front of him to create a makeshift shield that can protect him or others. It's durability is counted on both the magic power being put into it as well as anything trying to break through. Light magic has easier time of destroying this, but can still counter resistance as long as Noctis is powering enough magic power to counter it, but requires more to keep the light form breaking through too easily.

» Shadow Dragon's Dark Spear
An enhanced version of Shadow Dragon's Large Silk, in which the user creates a barrage of thin shadow beams from his own shadow or while hiding in the shadow of his target/opponent, which attacks the target at high speeds
» Shadow Dragon's Black Breathe
An enhanced, more potent version of Shadow Dragon's Roar. The user gathers up more magic within them before releaseing a large, extremely powerful burst of shadows from their mouth, greatly damaging the target and surroundings.
» Shadow Dragon's Dark Shot
An enhanced, more potent version of Shadow Dragon's Scales Spell. The user releases shadows in a form, which resembles a ball of shadows, that are capable of dealing great damage by creating a small explosion upon impact.
» Shadow Dragon's Dark Void
Noctis surrounds a cloak of shadows around both of his arms forming a claw like appendage. He has control over this extension of his limb and is able to grab, extend up to ten meters, punch, etc. The main point of this creation is using it to pass through a shadow and reappear from another shadow that is within his line of sight. Noctis attempts to grab the intended target and pull them through the shadow back to him, before delivering a shadow enhanced punch with his other hand.
» Shadow Dragon's Event Horizon
An advanced form of Shadow Vortex. Noctis focuses shadow magic in his hand before sending out a small sphere made of darkness towards an opponent. It stops a short distance away from him, before slowly growing in size and strength. It turns into a vortex that slowly starts pulling in anything it's facing up to about five meters away from it. The pull of the vortex is strong enough to start causing the light five meters in front of it to start bending into it and only last for about a minute. If the victim is pulled in they get trapped in a realm of shadow which they have to fight their way out of. They can also fight against it by sending out a powerful spell to disrupt the vortex or are able to fight against the pull and hold out it'll disappear when it runs out of magic energy.
» Shadow Drive
The user cloaks their body in an aura of shadows, amplifying the powers of their Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic. When activated, the eyes of the user become obscured, leaving only their blank irises shown. The use of this spell also improves the user's overall physical performance, including their strength, speed, and endurance. Aside from improved performances, the user gains the ability to morph in and out of shadows, allowing for swift, intangible movement and an erratic fighting style.

» Eclipse
The user activates their eye magic, and upon making contact with the intended victim uses magic to manipulate the brain to project the images the user wishes for them to see. This puts the person in a dream like state to where they're essentially standing still in real life, while in their mind they're seeing what the caster wants them to see. If one realizes they are in an illusion they can break out of it through sheer force of will, through shock, or fluctuating their magic to disrupt the foreign magic in them once they realize they're in an illusion. A stronger willed person may require more magic to induce into the illusion or can blatantly ignore fight against it if they're aware of it.
» Shadow Reflection
If a person tries to cast an illusionary magic on the user and they recognize it beforehand, the caster is able to essentially redirect the illusion onto the one that tried to put them in a illusion using similar affects that would've originally affect them. This mainly causes some minor mental damage to the target, and can only be activated if the caster realizes they're trying to be induced into an illusion otherwise it'll fail.

» White Lightning Current
The user releases the lightning in every direction, which causes an electrical discharge to flow from the user's entire body allowing them to up to a multiple amount of victims. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. The body of the person touched by the spell will misinterpret the lightning as "electrical signals from the nerves", making the muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This attack can also be channeled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
» White Lightning Spear
A CQC spell where the caster coats their hand in electricity. They can proceed to grab the target to unleash a painful shock or if want to use a more concentrated form pierce through things such as boulders. While more of a lethal attack it can be changed upon the users current wants and intentions.
» White Lightning Needle
This allows the caster to concentrate lightning in their hand before swiping in a horizontal direction. As the hand goes from one side to the other it causes needles made of lightning to shoot out towards the area in front for an intended target. While this attack doesn't cause superficial damage it targets the nervous system to go haywire leading to ones body not being in normal control for a short time. One may try moving their arm, but instead cause their leg to move in response. This can be over come by simply waiting for the nervous system to return to normal or figuring out how your body responds from each gesture.
» White Lightning Heavily Sword
A spell meant for offensive attacks, the mage uses shape transformation to form a blade that extends from their hand up to 3 meters. It's sharp enough to easily pierce through the weaker metals. It can easily be manipulated to retract or extend upon the user's will. It doesn't require concentration to hold the form though, so if one's concentration is ruined it'll cease to exist.

» White Lightning: Guerison Choc
The caster uses a non-lethal variant of white lightning surrounding their hands as they place their appendages on the person's body. This spell allows one to speed up the process of healing through the use of the holy properties and stimulating the Cardiovascular System. It can heal superficial injuries to more deeper and serious injuries. One must concentrate while using this or it can cause more harm than good to the person resulting in painful shocks, or intense third degree burns. It cannot regenerate destroyed organs, resurrect, or regrow limbs on people though so there are limitations to this.
» White Lightning Running Beast
The user channels lightning to their hand before unleashing in front of them. The lightning takes the form of a wolf that the caster directs to chase down it's target. The construct is connected to a "chain" that goes back to the user's hand. If the attack lands it causes a stunning affect that slows down the person as well as dealing superficial damage to the body. This requires a higher amount of shape transformation to maintain and a constant supply of magic. If one were to break the "chain" or disrupt the connection it'd cause the construct to burst into a small explosive ball of lightning.

» Dragon Force
When a Dragon Slayer enters Dragon Force, they effectively turn into a humanoid Dragon, gaining reptilian scales and traits, such as further elongated, and sharper, canines and scale-like patterns on their skin. Dragon Force is the final, most powerful state a Dragon Slayer can attain; granting them power comparable to that which a real Dragon possesses: the power to utterly destroy everything.
» White Lightning Roaring Lion
Using a very high amount of magic, the user covers their hand in lightning before expelling a lot of the element into the high air. The person keeps their hand raised to the sky before shooting another bolt of lightning up "chaining" it to the previously expelled element. Using shape manipulation the lightning takes the form of a lion that lets out a loud noise reminiscent of a lion's roar before the caster brings their hand down. The lion proceeds to follow the path back towards the earth towards it's intended target, before causing a massive explosion of sheer force and power. It can be hard to control as well as very taxing on one's magic reserves to where they'll be very fatigued.
» Shadow Dragon's Cloak
An advanced version of Shadow Drive. Using all the shadow dragon magic stored in the lacrima, Noctis has a see through protective like dragon cloak made of shadows surround him giving. It is a spell that boost his strength, speed, and defense for a short time, although still under par of the increase Dragon Force gives. The hands and feet of the cloak are claw like appendages form around his limbs along with a dragon like tail around his tailbone area. The ghostly cloak can extend away from his body from up to ten meters, and interact with the world like a normal limb would. The same goes for the tail, and everything is control as an extension of his body through his mind like a normal body part. Wings can even be created to allow the ability to glide, but not fly. While this form is powerful, it drains his lacrima of all power as well as can only last for about eight minutes minutes. With proper training the length can be extended, but only by learning to develop a better magic control to reduce the amount of magic power needed to keep the form going.
» Shadow Dragon's Eternal Abyss
A devastating magic spell that all, but wipes out anything within a 25 meter radius. Noctis concentrates shadow magic around him, before sending it away from his body in a sphere. The sphere continues to grow until it reaches a 25 meter radius around him destroying everything in it's path. Although, it comes at the price of all but draining him of his magic reserves to where he can do a few basic attacks. It's more of a last ditch effort attack and should only be used as such. The radius of the sphere can be increased by being in shadow drive, shadow cloak, or dragon force with 30, 35, and 40 meters respectively. The drawbacks are still the same as a standard use of this spell, except he'd not have enough magic to sustain any mode.

Noctis can be considered a generally calm and mature young man for his age. That's not too say he doesn't enjoy having fun, which he does. He isn't one really too prone to violence, and at times can be seen as lazy for his lack of resolve to jump into a fight. He'd rather try to solve things first by talking before resulting to violence, but doesn't mind using his fist to solve a problem if needed. Noctis is generally respectful to his elders and peers for the most part. It's only if he knows the person well enough that he'll make blunt comments to them as well as little quips. If anything he enjoys teasing those that he's close to in some way or form. The young man is fiercely loyal and protective of his friends, family, and allies willingly to do anything for their safety even if it came at the risk of his own safety. A soft spot for kids is obvious if he's ever caught, and even a timid side can be seen if someone is able to get him to that point. Prone to getting into childish arguments with certain people, which even displays his stubborn side.
In battle, he displays a more serious and calculating manner willing to not hold back if it means coming out alive. Although, that is mainly against enemies that threaten things important to him. In spars, he's more laid back, and even throwing playful insults to attempt to get the upper hand. Some have described it as a cocky side that he has, but if anything it's all thanks to his mother's teaching to get his opponent to slip up to gain an advantage. One of his bigger fears is getting lost to anger, and having his own slayer magic control cause him to make more ruthless and dark decisions. Unfortunately, this has happened once before, and deep down it scares him, but no one knows of this. In the cases he does snap, his persona becomes more fierce, aggressive, and cold. If anything a small part of him sometimes tries to keep a distance from people subconsciously for fear of either hurting them, or receiving bad backlash from his actions. This doesn't stop him from forging bonds by making new friends or getting closer to the ones he already has some form of relationship with. If anything he tries to enjoy life as much as possible.
◆ Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ:
Born as a descendant of Rogue, and a couple of parents that were once Sabertooth Mages, Noctis would grow up to become a Shadow Dragon Slayer like Rogue did in his lifetime. His father, Ventus, raised as a part of Sabertooth, while his mother joined later in life having come from Midi. The young man would acquire his hair style/color from his father, and facial structure from his mom. It is unknown why his mother left her village, but she mentioned not wanting to deal with the politics and government that had taken hold. Other than that he didn't get much information about her old life.He was a rather carefree child and especially when he befriended a young girl named Evie around the age of seven years of age. While he was more of a loner child the girl made found different ways to get him to play with her. Secretly, he didn't mind playing with her, and played along for her own amusement. His mother was impressed with the girl considering Noctis hadn't really shown a softer side to anyone other than her. Scarlett encouraged this friendship as much as she could finding it adorable, and good for him.
Since he was young, Noctis wanted to be a mage that protected his guild along with the members in it like how both his parents did. To this end he was excited to learn about some type of magic, but wanted something that was unique. Scarlett was a Fire element caster mage, but her specialty lied in her eye magic. Noctis' dad had been a skilled requip mage as well, but they didn't seem to have what the child was looking for. His father was amused by this, and had high hopes for the boy, so he decided to take him to meet an old friend. The child would meet a Shadow Dragon at the age of 9, although never got the actual name of the creature. After seeing the determination in the boy's eyes the now dubbed 'Umbra' decided to teach him Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic. In preparation for his training, Umbra offered to have a shadow dragon lacrima implanted inside the boy to give him unique abilities not like a standard slayer. The boy accepted this and had one implanted within him making him a third generation slayer.
It was a couple of years later that Noctis would get to meet his older relative Kalea, whom happened to be from his mother's side of the family. The young boy was excited to meet another family member regardless if she was older than him by eight years. Although, his mother was sadden by the news of the loss of her family, yet was grateful for the alive Kalea. Noctis continued his slayer training, and around thirteen inherited his mother's eye magic, so he began getting minor training in that ability to at least control it. This was also around the time he met an old friend, whom he happened to develop a rivalry with all because of a childish arguement dealing with which element was the better, which was between Shadow or Solar, along with who was the better third generation slayer. His mother found it amusing seeing her son get into a childish argument, which is something he still gets into even to this day.
His personality took a bit of a change upon hearing the apparent death of his parents due to them sacrificing their lives to save a village in order to defeat a strong demon along with his best friend having suddenly disappeared. Once the boy got over his depression, he became more laid back and calm, although still prone to show moments of his younger self shown by his childish fights with his friend. The only remaining items from his parents was his father's katana, which he uses to this day, and his mother's scarf. Now an A-rank mage Noctis is a skilled fighter having completed the training that Umbra had given him along with honing his eye magic, and even learning swordsmanship along with hand to hand combat from Kalea. The young man had taken a training trip though, which ended up some unfortunate events to happen to him. What happened only he knows, but their is a minor difference in how he acts towards others. Along the way he stopped in Margret Town to save it from a fox demon, and ran into Evie once again. After he reconnected with the girl, the boy decided to stay in the town in order to spend some more time with Evie along with travelling with her for a few months. To say he was surprised that she was a God Slayer would be an understatement, but he helped train her in some of the things he knew as a slayer along with some new tricks that she didn't know. The time did come for when he needed felt like he needed to go on his own to complete his journey before heading home. He had felt a sudden feeling he needed to go find his master, which was a secret that he was sworn to oath to never show his master's location to no one save his future family. Assuming he had one that is. Regardless, he strives to get stronger, and one day achieve the rank of Guild Master, Saint, or at the very least atone for his mistakes.
Noctis' journey to his former mentor was a long one, and once finding him was told that the time for his training was to be improved upon. The boy was introduced to his slayer predecessor in order to hone his magic in ways that a dragon wouldn't be able to teach him. A part of it was accepting and dealing with his own inner darkness in order to properly harness his magic. It took awhile of training, but eventually he completed the last leg of his journey that was to be taken from both predecessor and master. From this point on though he would need to train on his own and carve his own path as a Shadow Dragon slayer. This brought a new clarity to what had been bugging him for a long time now along with new understandings for a technique he had been working on. With new things to focus on, and news of some of the things occurring at home, the young man made his way home once again.
