Lightning Release: Lightning Rod (B)
After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the user raises their arm into the air, generating a powerful bolt of electricity which travels through their body transferring the electricity to the body of the opponent.
Lightning Release: Thunderbolt (C)
The user extends both arms, releasing a high discharge through both palms, targeting multiple opponents simultaneously. It is possible to increase the power using this technique in combination with a water source.
Lightning Release: Lightning Beast Tracking Fang (C)
By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack.
Water Prison Technique: (C)
This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.
Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.
Water Release: Water Bullet (C)
The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a Water Release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power.
Water Release: Wild Water Wave (C)
A basic Water Release technique which has many variations. Water gushes from the user's mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases.

History
Enryu Yasutora was born to the legendary Yasutora family, a very wealthy and large family. Their wealth and philanthropy is shown to the max by the family head, Kaneo Yasutora. It was this family head, that when seeing Enryu born to this world, concocted a quick buck scheme in a moment's notice. Taking the newborn from his mother, the wicked scrooge, instantly sold him to a shady group of people that was buying up babies like no one's business. They were paying high tier bucks for exotic infants, and a child created by the head of the family Yasutora was as exotic as it got in Kaneo's opinion! Walking away without a second glance, Kaneo took his small fortune and went back home to swim in his money pool some more.
A new path for Enryu, the shady group was actually a front for a experiment. Taking children at a young age, and indoctrinating them with different mindsets, they wanted to breed the ultimate soldiers. Taking a keen interest in the small Enryu, a weak and fragile child, they took him and began the dark process. A year and a half later, Enryu was a short toddler with deadly knowledge injected into him through means of speeches repeated for hours and visual coding inputted into him. The shady group gave him to a older missing-nin, named Chako, and then began Enryu's true training. At the age of five, Enryu made his first kill, and the young child felt oddly empty afterwords. This continued for a few months before the shady group decided to terminate the project; terminating Enryu alongside it as it turns out.
Chako, feeling a connection with his protege after years of training him, he helped Enryu escape and told the young fighter to find his own way and meaning in life and gave him directions to a shinobi village. Finding his way to the village was hard, but at the age of five and already a killer, he managed somehow. Arriving was even harder, joining the academy a trial even tougher, but somehow at the age of 10, Enryu managed to graduate. Spending the last five years training, Enryu was ready to set out and become a amazing shinobi.... As well as find the answer for his assuredly dead mentor Chako's quest "Find meaning in life".
