A heavy back pack was slung over the purple Kirin's left shoulder as they rummaged through the plant life at the edge of the academy. She made sure not to get too far out, she didn't want to get in trouble, but she had been interested in the flowers that bloomed on the grounds. "Vega and Nyx would like these." She mumbled to herself, always thinking of her brothers when they were apart. She wondered if these flowers had any other purposes. "Maybe a tea? Or they can be used to make medicine?" She continued talking to herself as she plucked a few and bundled them together. She started off, back towards the dorms, clicking her little hooves together. She broke out into a sprint, eager to get back and find a nice little cup of water to put them in but she misstepped and the weight of her backpack threw off her balance. The freshling found the ground coming up to meet her as she did her best to break the fall. The flowers and her backpack went flying as she slid to a stop. It took her a moment to realize what just happened when she did, pain broke through seconds later. She sat up as tears filled up in her eyes and she began to wail.
