|[Here stands the tower of the Mizukage, whose office sits at the top floor in a lavish setup. The office sits with a set of rooms aside from the center room which contains a wooden carved table, with carvings of the previous Mizukages within the base of the table. A large wooden chair sits behind the desk with two smaller wooden chairs sitting ready for any visitors so if they wish to consult with the Mizukage. To the left of the central office is the large bedroom, opened for only those the Mizukage wishes to come through the doors such as a lover or a deeply connected friend. To the right is a large bathroom with a large tube as well as a rather expensive vanity set for the Mizukage to look at themselves and fix any imperfections of their appearance. The other levels of the tower are littered with rooms to train, making it three levels of training. Second floor involves wooden dummy like constructs to practice taijutsu or fighting forms. Third floor involves training with the elements of water as the village is mostly covered with Mist and involved with water. The fourth floor just below the Mizukage's office and rooms is a floor which deals with other elements as well as an obstacle course. Those training within this floor are require to fight off the opposing elements while following an obstacle course. The first floor of the building has a simple office set up with a receptionist standing ready as well as ANBU members standing at the door, ready to act at a moment's notice.]|

❄XxXxX Arashi sighed as she leaned back in her chair, she had finally finished all the paperwork that had appeared on her desk over night. Her blue hair tied up in a bun, the usual kimono she work resting around her waist leaving her upper body bare except for undershirt. "Finally that's done, now to just wait for the next wave of idiocy to come through... which should be soon... people are starting to wake up." she muttered glancing over at the clock. "Maybe I will have time for a nap." she said a small smile forming on her lips. It had almost been a full year since she took the position, and finally things were starting to stabilize in the city.
❄XxXxX Standing up she walked over towards the couch flopping down on one of the large pillows hugging it to her. Looking back at her life, she would have never dreamed she would be in the office for anything other than to be sentenced to death for something stupid. "Where the ******** did I go wrong..." she said before laughing rolling onto her stomach her arms under her chin. "No one would mind if I took a power nap. I've been here since two in the morning." she said as she closed her eyes.

XXXThe towering man stood in front of the door, a chronically annoyed look on his face as he gave the door a hearty three knocks. Each knock louder than the last, enough to make the hallway of the Mizukage Tower echo in a roaring thump. "Lady Mizukage." He mumbled, loud enough for hopefully the woman on the other side of the door to hear. "This is the ANBU Captain. Yes, the one with the white hair. The tall one. That one. Yeah, may I come in? I have news for you. Fair warning: It's bad news, just to give you time to prepare." He grumbled, looking down at the little note in his hand, messy and hurried handwriting in Kanji scribbled on the sheet of parchment.
Morally, this should have been handled with a week ago, but Okazaki was too prideful to admit that he couldn't find the kid and his small squadron on his own. A bustling and young ANBU along with the rest of his squad was sent on a mission to apprehend a rank-B rogue nin, as what ANBU hunter nin specialize in. It should not have been difficult, and the missing-nin was spotted relatively close to Kirigakure, which was convenient for Okazaki since he could watch from the sidelines. But the only day he chose to not stalk his squad to see their progress... It has been two weeks since the squad's disappearance, and Okazaki is unsure where to go next. Guidance from the most powerful and influential ninja would make sense after all. Besides, she's tiny and knows where all the nice hiding spots are. Yes, lessen the tension that he was personally feeling; a great way to prevent himself from punching a hole in the wall from frustration.
It was just annoying and disappointing. Okazaki had been an ANBU captain for a sum of eight years now, yet he had messed up this once in such a long time. Just thinking about it made his blood almost boil over.

❄XxXxX Arashi had only been on the couch for five minutes when the knock came at her door, and she couldn't help but groan. She just wanted a nap. Listening she heard that it was Okazaki. "Come in!" She called as she sat up removing her kimono top draping it over the back of the couch as she stretched. "Other than interrupting a nap what other bad news do you have? Did something happen with one of your teams?" she asked thinking back to teams that were currently deployed on missions. Some were ones she had sent out, but because of how disorganized the office had been when she received it, she asked for lists of teams that were out on missions and what their mission was. "Or is it about some new recruits being lippy again?" she wondered reaching up and removing her hair from it's bun.

XXXThe man behind the door quietly sighed following Arashifuyu's groan, she was probably really busy with something prior to his interruption. He felt as annoying as one of his sassier ANBU nin. The only difference is that Okazaki's anger in comparison to Arashifuyu's, didn't immediately result in permanent emotional scarring. After being told to enter, Okazaki had confidently swung the door opened and stepped inside to find the Mizukage, who had looked like she was sleeping. Okazaki's speculation was correct following the Mizukage's question to him. If the situation he was in wasn't as serious, he'd say something more on the lines like "Ahh, I can understand why you are napping this time of day. With how short you are, you are unable to see when the sun rises and sets."
But this was slightly too serious for short jokes, maybe some other time. "Actually, the first one." The man calmly responded, extending his hand, which had the sloppily written handwriting on it: It appeared to be the mission statement for the ANBU group that had disappeared. The leader of this group most likely had written it to remember his group's agenda. "This was found by other ANBU hunter nin who attempted to track down the team of three. It was a B Rank mission to apprehend a missing nin, a simple track and find mission. When the group was a week behind in returning from their mission, I had immediately sent two teams of our best trackers and even two blood hounds to find anything of the matter. All we found was that piece of parchment. I even took the liberty to look for the group myself... But..." Okazaki sighed and shook his head in frustration.
"I am just baffled how an entire group of specialized-trained ANBU nin could disappear, three of them at that. If possible, may you please post a bounty for the return of these men? So as long as no one outside of the ANBU ask for the personal identity of these ANBU nin; their masks and code names are good indicators of their identity. Maybe have a jonin or tokebetsu jonin to partake in this mission, for the sake of ANBU secrecy. But, you are kage. What do you think we should do? My request? Or do you have something else in mind... Mizukage Yuki."

❄XxXxX Arashi reached out and took the small paper from the Anbu Commander and read it before giving her full attention back to Okazaki. "I will post it with in the ranks but I want to ensure that the public does not know about the missing group, it could raise alarms. I can send word out to those on missions, what was the area that they were last known to be in? Any intell on where this missing ninja was last spotted, and where was this paper found? We have missions coming in that allow for people to have a sub objective to search the area they are going to be traveling in. I want their file pictures, with the masks on of course so that it can be posted within the Jounin Quarters. I won't jeopardize someones identity, but I believe that we upgrade the mission for the missing ninja to a A rank due to the fact that a whole team disappeared without a trace." she said as she got up from the couch and walked over to her desk grabbing a pad of paper and began to copy the note for her own reference.
❄XxXxX From what Arashi knew about the Mist ANBU was that it was hard to get the slip on them and be able to take out a team without leaving some sort of trace. Sure the matter could be trivial and the mission could be taking longer than expected, or worst case scenario which was what Arashi always believed in, was that they were captured or killed, which could lead to even bigger problems. "Since we are unable to locate them for the last two weeks, I want you to understand that there will be a bounty and that they are perfered alive, but know if they resist... that it will be at the discression of the one who finds them weather or not to take them by any means necessary. We dont know what their status is, if they are dead and someone took their gear... she said before turning to face the Anbu pen in hand.

XXXLook at her taking charge, how commendable. If the situation weren't so dire, maybe a compliment or two would have been slipped out that very moment, but Okazaki simply stood and listened to his superior as he stuffed his arm underneath the fabric of his Yukata. "They were last seen in the heart of the Kiri forest, so not completely isolated from the village, but far enough where it would take some time to travel to and from. The paper was found approximately ten minutes away from the last place they were spotted. That is the remainder of the evidence from the scene." He mumbled calmly, assessing the entire event in his brain. "I will have one of my men send you the code names and the profiles of each ANBU member, as they possess rather..." Okazaki trailed off to grimace slightly at discuss of their code names. "such ridiculous code names, that they make no sense." Then again, this was coming from the notorious 'Fluffy Titan' after all...
Okazaki mentally prepared himself for such a situation, in which his men may be succumbed to unfortunate circumstances. "I understand. I am sure my men did as well before wearing their masks. You live to die or be scarred for the cause of protecting Kirigakure and her people, especially the Mizukage, yourself. A fool would think otherwise if they chose to join the ANBU for any other reason." Okazaki ended that with a bow, before straightening up his posture once more, and directing his gaze to his superior's. "You seem to have this whole leadership endeavor in control." He admitted, almost sounding surprised. "I apologize for the sense of surprise. To be quite honest with you, I am just still trying to digest the fact that Tamiko and..." Okazaki trailed off, following a quiet sigh.
Quickly, the man looked up at Arashi "Of course, I am certain that you will bring this nation back to its original glory under your rule. You are a swordswoman of the mist. I am confident in your ruling ability. But... Ahh... Nevermind." Okazaki grumbled, slicking his hair back, and glancing away for a bit.

❄XxXxX As Okazaki started to give her details on everything that she asked for she wrote it down to be able to make a mission out of the information, pausing when he said they had ridiculous code names. "I wonder who they got that from." she said giving the ANBU commander a look before putting the pad of paper down on top of her other files so she would work on that first. Her full attention on the male as he responded to her comment that if they resist in anyway that harm could befall whom is wearing the mask. Crossing her arms over her chest she leaned against the desk. Shaking her head she sighed. "Someone coming into my office in the early morning giving me some sort of bad news is no longer a surprise, things are only now just starting to mellow out and fall into their proper places. AS for having the leadership thing figured out, hell no. I'm just making sure s**t doesn't hit the fan any more than it has. I have lived on these streets all my life so if anyone can sort out stupididty it might as well be taken over by the one who raised the most hell as a child." she said still looking at Okazaki.
❄XxXxX It was then that she realized he had more to say and she gave the ANBU a dull look. "Finish it... I know you were about to make some sort of comment Lust..." she said her arms dropping to her side. "I know you have some sort of short joke in that fluffy head of yours."

XXX"Oi now, Fluffy Titan is completely reasonable!" Okazaki protested, slightly cracking his voice in defensive mode. The older man huffed quietly and puffed one cheek in frustration. His name was the best code name in all of Kiri, or at least that's what he likes to think to help himself sleep at night. "Aha, right. I understand. I am quite familiar with the 'public disturbance' requests that Tamiko would receive about you." He trilled, slightly smirking. "Haha, goodness, you were a handful, still kind of is." He joked, his cat-like tuffs of hair twitching in playfulness. It was quite peculiar however, as he has always claimed that they were just hair. But then again, has anyone ever seen his real ears...?
"I was about to pitch a short joke. But now is not the time, I wish to throw it at you at a moment that you will not expect. Jokes are at their best when the receiver doesn't know it, like a kunai to the forehead. " He mumbled, scratching his cheek. "And Lust. Why Lust? I never quite understood the reason. I have only been with like one person in my thirty years of life, mind you." He noted, raising a brow and giving the Mizukage a strange look.

❄XxXxX"Fluffy Titan is a screen name a genin would use on a dating site not an Anbu Operation." she said with a blank expression. "And I swear, you throw any short jokes at me you will find yourself in an endless loop of pain and torture." she said the floor boards around her feet starting to frost over. "And let's just say a kunai to the forehead would be candy land in comparison." pushing herself off the edge of her desk she walked towards the couch to grab her kimono top. "But since I am now up, I might as well go get some breakfast and coffee, and finish getting my work done." she sighed. Sure she had done a lot since she arrived this morning, but it was just putting out a few fires that had started yesterday, now she could get onto working on new things. Answering mission requests, assigning the genin their teams, and sending people out on missions.

❄XxXxX Arashi had her kimono top in her hand as the other spoke and she stopped moving listening to the other as he made his comments. Her anger spiked as the room began to freeze over, the floor boards covering with frost radiating at her feet. "Arashifuyu..... do you even know what that means?" She said her voice as cold as the temperature in the room as it continued to plum-it. "It means Winter Storm." she stated bluntly as she raised one hand and formed a hand-seal mirrors starting to form around the ANBU rising from the ice on the floor. "A name given to a small child, that would become the embodiment of the meaning." she said turning to look at the ANBU once all the mirrors were formed. She had yet to do anything quite yet, but it would be a simple task to leave him here for hours learning his lesson. "My original title was Envy..... I am now Pride so who's fury do you think is worse... because in this moment... can you even tell the difference." she said letting her kimono top drop to the floor next to her as she raised both her hands about to perform another jutsu.

XXXHe really did underestimate this kid, she was actually serious about the short jokes, yet he kind of liked the idea of being punished for it though. A masochist possibly? Probably. But it could also just be curiosity, the desire to see what exactly the kage can go when truly enraged. "That's right... Punish me. Teach me to never do it again...!" The deepest thoughts of the ANBU Captain echoed, making the man nearly blush and almost grin in ecstasy. "I don't know, how about showing that difference to me Mizukage." He mumbled, looking at every single mirror, his smile forcing itself to fade. "Make me miserable for the rest of my life~!"

❄XxXxX Arashi stared at the male as he stood within her mirrors. She had used this jutsu for years and years, since she learned it as a genin. It was her as much as she was the mirrors but something told her that the male standing still acting cool and calm was wanting getting something more out of it, so performing another single hand sign each mirror became spikes all shooting down towards the ANBU, but stopping only centimeters from his body, if the target moved any which way he would be pierced by the spikes, ones she hadn't used since she was very small. Each mirror hosting 8-10 spikes, with twelve mirrors surrounding the Anbu. She kept it small because she didnt want to destroy her own office. "Some topics should be left alone. I have nothing to prove to you and you angering me will only get you killed.... now I'm going to get breakfast... I hope you do enjoy your stay in my little Ice Maiden... I'll be back in about and hour, if you haven't bled to death I will let you out." she said bending over to pick up her kimono top once more.

XXX["Mizukage, don't go! My back itches and I cannot move properly!" The grown man whined. "Mizukage Yuki, please~! Do you want an apology?" The man asked, her hair tufts lowering slightly. "I have always wanted to have a pelvic piercing, but this is not how I wanted it!!!" He informed, looking down at the spikes. "Pfft, I am sorry~!" He mumbled, leaning over slightly to have the spikes gently pierce him, at least giving him a bit of enjoyment from this tight situation.
