"Awww, c'mon, don't sound so sad when you sing!" Broderick, too, had seen the advertisement, but had realized what this kitty apparently had not - that it was for humans only. That hadn't stopped him, however, as the happy little furball had simply gotten another idea into his head altogether.

Wrapping himself around the base of a streetlight with a purr, he made his way over to the white female and sat down, fluffing his whiskers as he stared at her.

"I mean, if we're going to form the Kitten Carolers, we need to be a little happier about it, right? 'Deck the Myahls' and all!"

"But they wouldn't have to see us," Broderick countered, tail twitching as he thought. "We could be - we could be holiday angels! Hidden away and filling the air with unseen voices! Or, or uhm.... the ghost of Christmas past? Wait, no, that's a bad thing to be, nobody likes ghosts.... hm...."

He continued to think, tail twitching back and forth. "Maybe we should recruit our own group? I wouldn't want your ferrets to get cold or frightened, and we'd be doing a lot of walking if we're going house to house...."

"It really is," Brody agreed, then thought. "Hm, so we need more participants and more bells, and a way to find them quickly, because there's only so much time until the holidays are over!" He paced back and forth, then wound around his new friend affectionately. "Oh! I almost forgot, I'm Broderick - but you can call me Brody, or I guess Mister Fluffybottom like Myammy does if you really want."

"Of course Myammy speaks," Brody said, blinking green eyes thoughtfully. "She's a human, after all - and my senshi! Why wouldn't she speak? Though...." He trailed off thoughtfully, tail curling into a question mark as he thought over his words. "Sometimes the things she says sound more like a monster. Don't ever play games against her, she gets mean when she loses!"

Oh, this was a great idea. Myammy and everyone ever would love it!

"It might not be bad to bring them anyway," Brody said , frowning at the poster and pawing at an ear thoughtfully. "I mean.... it would be just like the bad guys to ruin a nice night of fun and singing, wouldn't it? And Myammy is much better at fighting than I am."

He smiled, ears twitching as he added, "I'm better at loving! ... which I think Myammy just says because she means I'm all fluff and want to give hugs a lot. Anyway! How many singers do you think we need?"

"So we have a plan, then?" Brody asked, padding in a circle. Then, eyes narrowing in thought, he crept up to the building where the lying liars who lied and Disliked Singing Kitties were holding their carolling sign-ups, and started jumping up to try and snag a flyer that had been taped to the door.

"Help me - MYAH! - grab this," he said, glancing back over his shoulder between jumps. "I need - mew! - to show my human, and - and ours can help us make BETTER flyers for - for non-liars only!"

Brody tugged the flier down with tooth and claw - the end result was a little ragged but still legible, and he pinned it to the ground with both front paws as he beamed at Miss Kitty. "Right. We're going to make our group so much better than this bunch of meanies," he agreed, then tipped his head to one side in thought.

"Do you think even the bad guys will be charmed by our singing into stopping the being-bad thing? If just for Christmas?"
