It will not be stylized like other companion items. I believe you can choose whether you'd like it on your right or left side!

It is currently only available for the Rainbow Ticket. I don't believe there will be BRT/MRT iterations, but there may be a Double Rainbow iteration soon!

My main was banned and I filed a ticket to appeal it, the ticket was created on 08/27/2016 at 09:36:15 PDT. I know that you've stated to not ask about tickets in here however you've left me no choice since you wont reply to my e-mails or my messages to staff member accounts. I would like to get the ball rolling with my ban appeal, I was told after submitting the ticket that I would hear something back in about seven business days, it's been about three months if not more and I have not heard a single word. I'm worried that if I keep being ignored that my account will never be unbanned, I've heard that if a person has been banned for more than 90 days it's the company policy that they will never be unbanned. The ticket number is 5630-10523971 please take a look at it soon.

We have your ticket on file and it will definitely be addressed.
To clear up any concern about the 90 day policy, that only applies if an account was banned and the person had filed no tickets to try and contest their ban. If the person has filed a ticket within the 90 days, we will allow for an appeal even if there isn't a reply for more than 90 days.

We will likely never see Watermeat in the Cash Shop, however it is still available from the game itself!
that's a surprise, considering gaia could easily make massive $$$$$ off of it, they could probably sell it for $20 in gaia cash (more than sakura's $15) and people would buy.
Seriously. We can buy Sakura's, and those are available in game. I'd pay as much for a Watermeat, or even up to $20, because I truly can't spend more hours trying to grind for one of them. I've opened 144+ treat bags with no luck yet.
That is true, but Watermeat is an event kin. This is something free that we do for the community. He may be easier to obtain sometime in the future though.

So I understand there's a bundle with a Rainbow Ticket and Rainbow Sticker inside. And I also know there's one form for RT and of we want to use the sticker, we need to fill on another form.
My question is can a person fill in just the RT form with an extra note about the sticker without ever bother to open the bundle and put in separate forms?
I know it sounds lazy, but I thought it will be easy for the staff to retrieve the ticket and sticker at once.

Do you have any plans to address the issues with the backlog of help tickets? Some people have been waiting well over a year for some assistance and well that's pretty ridiculous, in order to have a good site you need good customer service. Surely you could look into promoting some of the existing mods to help with the issue.

We're working through our tickets as fast as we can with the team we have, and have some ideas on how to otherwise speed up the process, though that being said, a year backlog is inaccurate. If someone has an outstanding ticket that old, we recommend they contact any moderator or admin to have them take a look into it.

We won't do this, however what we do sometimes do is keep a count of the rarer items and consider them for circulation.

They never paid us our cut for the merchandise they were selling on our behalf, took the money for themselves, and ran.
jeez. gonk no wonder why gaia never trusted anyone to do that again.
i guess the company and people involved vanished completely before gaia could sue for breach of contract. ><
I was only a mod at the time when we got swindled, so I didn't know about this until I was an employee (and I never asked why we didn't go after them), but if I had to guess it probably wasn't worth the money to fight out in court. Lawyers are expensive and we probably had reason to believe even if we had won, we wouldn't have been able to recoup the cost from the company.
That being said, merchandise is also a tricky game. It's all fairly expensive and a risk at hopes it pays off. Lots of companies have lost a lot of money relying on merchandising, if your community doesn't spend the money on it, then you end up out a lot of money, and you also have used up a lot of storage space holding merchandise you can't do anything with. So the best advice I have to any community that wants to see their favorite company make merchandise is, you have to be willing to buy it, otherwise it's an idea that will quickly fade out.

In the past you guys have removed tickets in rigs before and have told us, but with this one a ticket hasn't been pulled in months when they were being pulled regularly. It seems a bit wrong as the ticket is part of its selling point. A simple yes or no would suffice. A good 20+ people have asked this question on the reg and its always overlooked. Its just a simple yes or no.

While it does seem like a simple answer, it would require going to look at that item specifically, and unfortunately a lot of us do not have the time for that at the moment.

I have a kin ticket that was officially accepted on July 20th. I've still yet to receive mocks. Should I try and email them for an update or is that long a wait normal? It seems a bit extreme. There have been a lot of changes recently. Kin are worked on with a separate team than recolors, even though they are recolors.

Heya, firstly thanks for so many cuties in this Black Friday sale, they're the only thing I've loved this sale! I was just wondering if there was any chance of getting another Kindred Roulette style RIG soon, rereleasing some of the newer RIG Kins. and some of the newer CS Kins? There are very few of them in MP and so hard to find at level 1 at a decent price. Specifically I'm thinking of these ones (not Watermeat, he just happened to be in the middle in my WL), but I know there are others that have gotten pretty high priced too that Kin lovers can't get either, such as Jinbei, Pixkit and Teruchan:
