So why didn't you guys say anything about the daily threads for Black Friday having achievements & that they are locked to each thread?
Please make those achievements that were missed available because that's honestly a really sucky move to make them specific to each thread & not tell anyone about it.
People are traveling at this time & or course they are going to miss posting due to family obligations & work.

Many of our achievements and items are locked to either specific day things or site events, not everyone is going to be around to get them. The reality of it is that inevitably, some people are going to miss out on things. It sucks, especially during holidays, but it is impossible to cater to every single person nor would it be feasible to.
That being said, given that these are achievement and we have set a precedent for re-releasing achievements, it's very likely that they will come back sometime in the future.

Can you not spam the GCD with event like threads? It would be much nicer to create an event forum for BF and not leave the gcd open to spam.

We felt it would be a fun gesture for GCD and other areas on the site, we didn't have a mini-event forum set up for specifically this so we figured the next best place would be GCD. Sorry if it's a bit of an inconvenience, we do think the community ultimately does have fun with it though. It's not something that will necessarily be an often occurrence.

If I lose a bucket, which is the first bucket of
the degradation, does that mean when i
return to play i am now on the second bucket
of the degradation period.. or since, I lost the
first bucket (not saved)means i am still qualify
under first bucket..?

You know I'm not entirely sure because it's been very, very long since the game has been developed and it's such a specific question that I don't have the answer immediately available in my memory banks. The Fishing Community might actually know that answer better than I would as they do a good job of retaining knowledge specific to the game.

I ask because I'm curious when one day ends and another begins. So for example, if I post at 11:50 PM EST then 12:05 AM EST does that count as a day one then day two post

It's calendar day in PST. It's realistically the best kind of option we have available to make it work without an automated system set up at the moment. The best way to really make sure you're getting your post in is make the post, wait a full 24 hours, then make your next post.

This is a known issue, but sadly we don't anticipate being able to address this issue any time soon. Even less so since major browsers are phasing out Adobe Flash.
If you or anyone having this issue contacts us via the help center, we can remove the Snow Flake item so that your tanks will function as expected.

I thought that Gaia staff doesn't release ticket items to people who have their trading passes disabled ? That's what I've been told in the past when my other tickets were put on hold when the LK hacker came through in July.
This last week 2 of my customs have come through without me having ANY way to trade them around. Is this now going to be the norm since there's so many people affected by this ?
I'm really starting to feel like Gaia doesn't want me here.

This shouldn't have happened and your trades should have been enabled before your item was released, not entirely sure what caused this but it won't be the norm. Shoot me a PM about your situation and we'll see about making it right because we do agree that your trades should have been enabled before the item's release.

I know somebody else asked this a couple of pages back, but I know a lot of people are concerned about the same issue. I'm sure tickets have been filed concerning this but it appears as if someone may have somehow found an exploit to enter the Runway multiple times in the same day with the same account. I certainly don't want to accuse someone of cheating but this is not a glitch that a lot of people are experiencing, it seems to be very user specific.
Could someone please check to see how this is happening. I only ask because the ticket system is so backed up that if this is really an issue it could literally go on for months before it's fixed.

Hello staff, I have been fishing and there is a very large amount of people, including myself, who are wondering what the deal is with fishing trophies. Some people have been waiting for over a year and even longer to get their trophies, which takes a lot of time to win. So my question is, is anything being done to fix this issue? I know that the staff is more focussed on areas of the game that generate the most amount of purchases, but considering the massive delay that has already been allowed to occur in the distribution of trophies, it would be nice for the staff to reach out to the fishing community and show that they still care about all members. Like I said, it is not like this has been an issue that spanned only a few months, this has been an issue for quite a while.
We'll still be issuing out the trophies, we've just been a little backlogged as it is a manual process and we want to ensure that all the winners won their trophies fairly. Thanks for the patience.

It's so hard to gauge prices of new items without it cry

Gaia, I'm a little disappointed that we didn't see something related to Trainer Eclipse on Sun and Moon release day! No direct re-release of Trainer Eclipse in the CS (although, yes, it was re-released through a Staff Pick bundle), new recolors, or even a bundle with the original and any of its eligible recolors. It was the perfect day to release something more with that item.
So remedy this soon with something like what I said? If you're needing inspiration for recolors, Bubblegum and Demure are in need of more trainer items. Bubblegum only has one (Not Tomorrow) and I don't believe Demure has any! Perfect time to remedy that could be now, I believe. wink

hallo, I was wondering if it would be possible, to un-grant the gaia box exclusive item from one account and grant it to another instead, if the account that currently holds the item is banned?
It's probably something we can make an exception to given the nature of the Gaia Boxes and their intent. File a ticket in the help center and reference this post so that the person handling your ticket knows that it's something we can talk about.
