Guild Notice - 1: Dear Members
It has come to my attention that I have not had word back from the Guild Captain.
As such, I am sure that you all remember that I promised not to remove inactive guild members till our Fearless Leader returned to Gaia from getting through personal issues.
As of recent, I am resending that promise after doing some serious thinking and will do a Late Fall Guild Clean Up In the middle of next month.
ALL inactive Guild Members that do not have 50 or more post's will be removed.
We consider that a guild that has multiple members but the majority of them inactive to be, unproductive. Though Multiple members makes the guild look busy, its just crowded.
Reason being is because a productive member will make time for the guild, rather its five milliseconds to put a RP post together in a blink of an eye. - Those are the people we want.
Yaoilicious used to be if not one of the top guilds, and believe it or not, this guild was featured on the Gaia Guild Home Page! - Below the Genre Selection Box - Its true.
In response from you guys, as I continue to work on finishing final touches of the revamp, please RP and use the new forums for discussion.
I will do another Guild notice here soon.

Guild Notice - 2: Dear Members
As you are aware that I made an announcement earlier this week.
After making the announcement, I did a guild member post number check. Out of 75 members, including staff and crew, there are 14 members who have 50 or more post's.
We greatly encourage members to continue to post as the number "50" will increase in the future, rather it is a month or two from now. Get ahead so that you beat the game but never settle for the least amount, over score.
In addition to removing the inactive guild members in the middle of December, there will not be a post to petition your name from not being removed as there has been in the past.
I implore the Guild Members and Staff to please, if they are your friends on or in School, Workplace, Yahoo IM, Skype, Gmail, MSN or snail mail, please contact them post haste.
I am working on making exceptions but those exception guidelines have not been decided upon yet.

Guild Notice - 3: Dear Members
While I was going over what had caused the increase in inactive guild members, I noticed that it was the Guild Entry fee.
I increased the guild entry fee from 50 to 300 gold. The reason is simple, when this guild was first started, the entry fee was only between 100 to 200 gold.
Year before last I had bumped it down to fifty. After reflecting on it a few days ago, noticed that the increase in inactive guild members was due to such a low entry fee. A low entry fee is if not a promising take but it always guarantees that members will not stay active as it makes the guild look like a run down and cheap or knock off guild.
The more higher the entry fee, more players want to stay active in the guild because they slapped so much down and knowing that when they do decide to quit or are kicked from the guild, they lose that entry fee that they worked so hard to scrape together.
Hopefully in the future, the guild entry will be completely removed but upon societies view point right now, a higher fee means that its a ultra club to be in. It might increase in the future.

Guild Notice - 4: Dear Members
As a cleaver way to solve the mystery in achieving the goal of 50 or more post's needed by the middle of December you can do one of the following.
1. Create an RP 2. Join an RP 3. Host a topic discussion 4. Host a Contest 5. Host a Poll thread
And I am sure that there are more ideas in your head that can be considered post worthy of praises.
And I will soon have one of your worries solved, I am working on a group RP with more characters than I have ever done. 16 including me RPing - so that is 15 free spaces and it will only be one user to A character. I will still do the guild honored tradition of tryouts. Heads up; I am a little strict at the auditions. so bring your best A game.
So, please do not forget that if you are ever in a dire need of ideas to create an RP, refer to Me or other RP's for inspiration to get the spark going.
P.S. I forgot, the word "soon" does not fit into my vocabulary when it comes to creating and writing. In other words, I will let you know when I am done, that the Auditions are on.

Guild Notice: 5 - Dear Members
I have decided to let you guys take looks over the RP I am creating as I am putting the final pieces together while the development is going on.
Honestly, this is if not one of the longest times I had done in putting an RP together. It beats my record of 6 days that had me in a head spin and migraines - That one was a maze of problems I had the concept down but still, a maze of problems. -
I have already called dibs on one of the characters and you should see the backgrounds of a few appear or already in existence. But mostly, I will leave it to the ones who want to join the RP to form the characters final history. I am not letting anyone call "dibs" just yet but keep an open mind.

Guild Notice: 6 - Dear Members
While I was trying to put the finishing touches on the Group RP that I am creating, it hit me, I really can't put the finishing touches on. As if this RP was not for me but the other 15 users who would join me.
Then, that's when my Imagination Juice ran out. I fried my brain. -sizzle- yum_bacon
So in the Long run, this RP is not for me but a collaboration between me and the 15 other members who would join the RP. Right now, the setting that this RP takes place isn't finished and is in dire need of your ideas as the RP continues to GROW.
So it was then - Last night - if you have already notice that its open for applications.
I do insist that you read the RP thread first before putting in your applications. - I could not create 16 Bio's from what little history is created. So perhaps you can fill in the holes for your character by making it their story.
I am if not leaving the Majority of the story unsolved but to be plotted along the way with you guys.

We who have the power of Guild Authority will not send you a PM asking you for your private information. We will uphold the same guidelines as the Gaia Administrators do. We ask that if a PM was sent and is asking for your private information, please report it immediately, we want the Admins to take care of the matter.
Please pay in mind that if you are below the age of 13, we will remove you from the guild and report you to the Gaia Administrators. We are doing this because it is for your safety and the safety of others. Other than that, please have adult supervision around if you are going to be online. -Thank you
What's New!
After brainstorming or rather this thought has been stuck in my head for a while. The Idea of using the #TAG system for specific genres when RPing or even when talking about things is right now hotly debated. - By debate: Trying to figure out how the complex thing works - So that way the subject is always fresh when others join or they are going to read along. As of right now, it needs to be worked out on pen and paper.

Guild Notice: 8 - Dear Members
You'll never guess what hit me in the head while I was at work today! It a better idea than when the toaster first came out. Starting today and from now on, You get to request that your Recruiting Thread becomes an announcement! That way you can fill up your RP thread with guild members faster.
However, there are some rules and backlash when it comes to this.
First Rule: You must HAVE COMPLETED your RP thread and Recruiting Thread First!
Second Rule: You may then post your request for a guild announcement, then both RP and Recruiting Threads will be looked over.
Third Rule: Your Request may not be honored right away. It will go up in an announcement in the order that requests come in, every other day. A notice will be sent when it will be announced.
Fourth Rule: You may be charged an Announcement Fee, this fee will be donated to the guild to off set the cost of sending an announcement. Your Request will not be announced until the fee is donated, the fee total will be calculated for you prior to donation.
Fifth Rule: There will be spell periods or limited times when this Announcement Fee will not be charged and it can range from a day to a certain number of requests, the thread will be locked once it ends then those requests will be announced, the thread will be unlocked afterwards.
I am going to apologize to the Guild Members who are still active and RPing. I am and if not in the middle of a transitional phase of trying to locate another job before my current one lays off those who did not switch to another campaign.
With that said. The removal of Guild Members from the Guild will be postponed till further notice, I had planned to do it this weekend but that was not the case at hand- Life got in the way-. So this does give you guys some extra time to rack up 50 posts. - Please do not do anything stupid like bumping or creating a loot thread. That's unfair to others. Also I will be keeping an eye on the forums along with any current active Guild Crew and VC's, this will earn you a swift kick out of here. -

Guild Notice: 1 - Happy New Year!
On behalf of our Fearless Leader, I and the rest of the Staff are wishing many wonderful things to come your way in 2017.
As you all know, there are and were some new things that are being talked about for the guild. (More or less a self-decision)
There is the idea of the #TAG system: Its still undergoing.
The Recruit Members Announcement Request: It is open and going - So in Favor of the NEW YEAR, there will be a 24 hour time limit to put in a request where you will not be charged. Starting 01/01/2017 - 12:00 AM till 11:59 PM.
As for the removal of inactive guild members, that is still under postponement, I am still trying looking for a new job before the campaign I am pulls out. The perfect time to hit 50 posts and keep going.
The Guidelines for Inactive Guild Members Exceptions are still being decided.
So again, as a thank you and good bye to the year of 2016 and to bring in the year 2017, lets make this Awesome!!
