So I have this idea that stems from one such from a manga I read a while back(can not remember the name FOR THE LIKE OF ME! If you recognize it, tell me!). Here's how the plot would go about, and it is a work in progress;
In a city, there has been an increasingly high rate of homicides, with the individual cases at seemingly random but the police suspect there is only one killer. In the middle of this investigation, several unfortunate victims of crime in this city begin to go missing from the morgue... Only to wake up completely fine the next day. What happened? They were changed, and gained odd abilities revolving around how they were killed. They remember the pain, their life, their death but not their killer. They soon find out about one another upon following the trail of bodies and search for the serial killer.
Just figured I'd write this out, see if anyone was interested, it would be a little fitting for action/adventure genre, but the RP would be pretty dark so I feel it's best to put it in horror.

You mentioned it was an idea brought on from a manga you read before, I call them books to shut up family. I simply mean you had an idea from a book you read before hand, and fans often do such things and find others. As for the idea is has free reign to interpenetrate the idea still but enough to get someone the starting up story line. Its not the type of ideas I see often while reading or in an rp.

Well the manga I got the idea from had a different focus, and it was a small run, like 20 chapters. I don't think it got very popular. And since most of the RPs I've been in have been about world-ending powers or casual slice-of-life I felt like a good dark film noir-style RP would be a nice change.

Ya, it's a pretty free idea at this point for characters, without having to draw a huge rp set up for it all. Family characters would certainly have some shock during the first interaction.
