Please comment with which months you would prefer for the ball, and also which months will not work for you for whatever reason.
This is just to get an idea of where everyone is at before we narrow it down, thank you!
Note: AURB is normally held during northern hemispheres summer or early Autumn in order to give the most time for planning

I will be unavailable at the beginning to mid of January with my friend.
I like the ideal of it being in February, if not December ♥

I am unavailable between Sept 15th and Nov 10th
I would prefer June or July as to avoid most gaian's school hours.
I feel that anything earlier than May 20th would make the Annual Ball feel more like a Semi-Annual event. I do believe that the weekend we chose this year felt like not enough people could be on as schools were starting up and we don't want that, so it's probably best to not do it any later that Aug 10th.

I think the end of summer to maybe October would be good. I'm personally mostly nocturnal during those months.

For me I can do any month except April.
Overall, I agree with July. A small fraction of people are in school summer semester (compared to the numbers for fall/winter semesters) and most people can rp in July. Some highschools start as early as aug 1st though, some don't start until after Labor Day. Then the early starts are done in May and the others go into June. But the vast majority of Gaians are over 18 now. So it's college, which can be any month and time of day; or working which is also any time. But July seems to work best for most people. We can't cater to 100% so my vote is to try for as many as possible. ie July

July is baseball season, so if I do not move before than I will be drowning in baseball for most of the month. I would not be able to help much if at all. (I work for a college summer ball league.)
I really kind of like the idea of going back towards September or early October. I understand that is the beginning of school for some, but it is before exams and after the initial adjustment of returning to school.
Though I am open to any month throughout the year, my life next year is still extremely up in the air as I apply to graduate schools, one on each side of the Atlantic...

I would vote for Mid-Late July or Early August.
With the way schools are these days June is iffy as to when kids start their break. Same can be said for end of August and September. It kind of limits the times for participation. Though you don't want it during a holiday like 4th of July either, I know i'll be spending that time on the grill lol. The only issue with this time of year is sports, vacations, and other events like Conventions.
Personally i'm free any given months so long as I have advance notice. So anything is fine by me.
