I will make two lists: one of the "main" villains, you know like Pravus, the Three Sisters, or Vastius. The ones that will team up with the main villain. The main villains of the story.
Then the second list will be the list of villains trapped in the traptanium prison who are now allied with the Skylanders. Like Okosan and Brio.
Brooke will decide how we call them.

So Boop Booooop, The Eds, TDGuys, Hatoful Boyfriends, TheGuardianAngelsWing, Red Devil Fire, Totally Dramatic Island, Appollo-s Lyra, The Kanker Sisters and Audrey 2 Returns get first dibs on the villains, side villains and minions since they didn't get eight characters. Then, if there are any villains left (or we end up adding more) then the VCs and Crew can have one each. Good? Good.
