- He can create portals and summon corrupted beasts into the human world.
Beasts:
1 - large and strong but slow beast. Has no head and finds its prey but their movement.
2 - Human shaped and sized beast, quicker reflexes than the above and has blades instead of hands.
3 - Flying creatures, varying in sizes. From small crows to putrified ostriches.
4 - Water creatures, a mix of a crocodile and a shark, is able to both walk on water and outside of it and has huge strength on its bite.
5 - Small insects like corrupted ladybugs, flies, mosquitos... this insects consume chakra/anti chakra and are great for tracking purposes and debilitating the enemy.

- When in the Corruption: Using anti-chakra he can control gravity around him (20 meters around him).
- When outside the Corruption: Using anti-chakra he can control gravity of small areas near him (5 meters around him).
He uses this ability creating small invisible waves of anti-chakra repelling or pushing objects and corruption beasts. Moving humans is much harder and needs much more anti-chakra to be spent and can only be done when the target is not moving around.
He can manipulate it at the extend of making it difficult for the opponent(s) to breath.

- His wings can change its form and consistency. They can only change when something touches them and if Raguel wants them to change. Example . If a person touches his wings with his bare hands his wings can become made of flesh. Example 2. If fire touches them they can become torched. Example 3. If a kunai hits his wings they can become metallic wings.
- He can also send projectiles from his wings. The nature of said projectiles depends on the form of his wings in that instance.

- He usually doesn't carry weapons but he can transfigure anti-chakra into weapons like swords, bow and arrows, daggers, pistols, etc. He only needs to think on the weapon and accordingly to its size and complexity it can take 1 second or 1 minute to form.

- He can easily manipulate the environment around him with this genjutsu. It is transmitted by a slight bloody smell coming from his wings.
With anti-chakra around him he can control what his opponent(s) see around them, being environmental hazards or objects or even death corpses or wild animals. This illusions are able to physically hurt the opponent since they are made of anti-chakra and not usual chakra.

History
The Goddess created him as her Arch Angel 2 years ago. When he awoke he was deep inside the corruption, it was like he was in a dream for several months before he waked up. As soon as he gained his strength and power his name became known on the human world as well. For some it was a sign of royalty and luxury but to others it meant genocide, slow and painful deaths. He was known for playing with the humans. When The Goddess wanted to send a message to the humans Raguel was her choice. In some parts of the world his name was prohibited to be pronounced and so Lucifer became feared throughout the ninja world, even in the corruption. You'd never know what to expect from him.
