Quote:
The sunlight that shone in from the window woke the dark haired male, causing him the groan and roll over to avoid the sun. It was, as he rolled over, that he noted the lack of another body. The bedding also felt different...not his bed? He didn’t notice this, not right away, as his head throbbed and pain brought another sound past his lips. Opening his eyes, slowly, he reached for the pillow and pulled it over his head, intent upon hiding from the sun light. The pillow wasn’t even a proper one, it was couches throw pillow, something his mind only sort of registered.

Finding that he couldn’t get back to sleep, his head hurt far too much, he rolled out of bed. Nearly tripping he got to his feet and went to close the blinds to block out the sun, only to find that there were none. Hissing as it pierced his eyes and pain stabbed at his head and throbbed. Cursing he made his way to..somewhere else in the apartment - loft? He wasn’t sure. Ignoring the fact he was in the clothing he’d worn out last night and that his clothing was thus dirty as he’d slept in it. A change of clothes, a shower, and something for his headache would be nice though not in that order necessarily.

What now though...he wanted to figure out where he was. He could remember someone talking to him...Quinn? Quinn had found him - damn it. So then he was at Quinn’s home...ok, at least he was safe, but where was Quinn and where could he get what he needed?

Quote:
Quinn’s night had been rough. He was up and down several times to check on Seung, making sure he was still passed out on the pull out bed in his ‘living room’. It was hard to think that he fought over the couch with his folks, he hadn’t seen the need for the couch to pull out to a bed but apparently they did and now he was glad for it. He really didn’t want to stick Seung in his own bed for the worry that the younger kid would accidently trip down the loft stairs in his inebriated state, that and the bathroom was downstairs if the other knight even remembered Quinn pointing it out while he set up the bed. But finally he had been able to drift off, Isis dozing at his feet, some time in the early morning.

He slept like the dead until morning light shining through the wall of windows woke him up. With a groan the sandy haired young man rolled out of bed, shrugging on a rumpled button down nightshirt to go with his faded pajama bottoms, not bothering to even button the shirt. He slipped his phone into his pocket and with a yawn made his way down his loft staircase, absently noting Isis napping on her bed at the bottom. He wasn’t a morning person, especially after so little sleep so he just grunted as he passed Seung by, making his way into his kitchen to rustle himself up some coffee.

As the glorious brew was being created, the smell of a fresh pot of coffee filtering around the apartment, Quinn sighed. It was the nectar of the gods and no one could convince him otherwise. After fishing out two mugs he nodded towards the one door in the place other than the closet and the front door. “Bathroom, towels are in there if you want to shower. I got spare stuff you can wear while we wash what you got on.”

Quote:
Seeing Quinn, confirming what he already sort of knew, he followed after the other. Shuffling behind him he followed him into the kitchen, passing by a cat, and nodded his head to the others words. “Thank you...owe you for letting me stay last night.” He hadn’t wanted to go home to Terry, though he had figured that’s what he’d be doing, so he was grateful for this.

With the bathroom pointed out to him, along with what else Quinn said, he nodded and went to do that. The clothing he wore, from the night before, was left outside the bathroom in a neat pile of folded, dirty, clothing while he washed up and took advantage of the spare stuff offered to him. It wasn’t anything he’d normally wear but right now clothing was clothing, and he wasn’t one to complain when a friend was helping him.

When he came out of the bathroom it was with his hair damp and in the spare clothing, something similar to what the other wore in fact. A button down, which he had buttoned up most of the way, and pajama bottoms. It wasn’t that bad - comfortable. “Sorry for last night.” For anything he may have said or done, he couldn’t remember it all. The hot water had helped some with the headache, though it was still there.

Quote:
Quinn waved off Seung’s thanks as he gratefully poured himself a cup of coffee. He stood in the kitchen, slowly waking up as he sipped at the hot brew, listening as the shower kicked on. By the time Seung had shut off the shower Quinn had finished his mug, tossed a quick text to Terry and had the washer going. When the bathroom door closed Quinn poked his head from around the open fridge door briefly before disappearing into the depths once more only to emerge moments later with a arm full of stuff.

“No worries. Sounded like you needed it.” He put down the nearly empty OJ container, milk, some funky creamer Quinn didn't like, and a bowl of eggs on the counter. Before indicating the barstools on the other side of the counter. “Sit, I've tossed Terry a text letting him know you are hear.” He slid a cup of black coffee towards Seung before he started to crack eggs. “Didn't tell him you were drinking Soju,” Quinn had told him about getting drunk though. And he asked for the other knight to toss him a time they could talk. He needed to talk to Terry, figure out just what had been done and what was still needed. No way was he going to leave his friend hanging out to dry because his folks were royal assholes.

“So how do you like your eggs? Scrambled or…. scrambled?” His cooking skills weren't the best but he could at least pull off some eggs.

Quote:
Hearing that Terry knew where he was made him smile a bit, glad the other wouldn’t wake up and worry or panic. Seating himself he nodded his head. “Thank you, don’t want him to worry.” Which he was otherwise likely to do, it wasn’t something he’d thought about the night before when he’d gone out. He’d needed the time away from everyone...the time to shove thoughts aside and try and focus on others - he’d failed.

Drawing one leg up, as much as he could, he let his dark eyes watch the other before bouncing about to look over what he’d pulled from the fridge as well as look over the kitchen. “Scrambled is fine.” Seeing as it seemed like the only option. He could cook and decided to offer. “Can cook, or help, if you want. Not most food you’ve had though.” Since he didn’t eat enough food from this country yet, he was working on that slowly as Terry introduced him to things. He could cook what he grew up with though. “Eggs are normal in food back home so they are good. Just not nuts...can’t eat any kind of nuts.” That was the only thing she still wore from last night, the medical bracelet he kept on his left wrist at all times. Sometimes it blended in with other decorations he wore, but it was always there.

Quote:
“Nah don't worry about it. It's not like I have a lot in the realm of food anyway.” Quinn shrugged as he fished out a pan before adding some milk to the eggs. “Just sit and enjoy the coffee. Use the creamer or milk if you need too. I think I have sugar somewhere.” He winced, not very sure at all if he had any sweetener since he had avoided going shopping for a while. Take out or eating out had been his standard go to for food since he had been working so much. “No worries about the nuts. Don't have any in the place anymore.” He really did need to go shopping.

As Quinn started to cook the eggs his cat woke up. With a chirp she strolled over to promptly shove her face in Seung's lap. “Mrow?” Her tail flicking as her golden eyes stared up the young man. He was much more interesting now that he was awake.

“Isis. Leave him alone.” Quinn called out to his cat, knowing what she was up too, as he platted the steaming pile of fluffy eggs. Slipping the dish in front of Seung along with a fork. “Sorry. She is incurable.”

Quote:
Nodding his head, not much for normal coffee typically, he went to add some milk and then had to hunt down some sugar for it. While he wandered the kitchen he listened to the other, and responded, as he saw fit. “Is good...last time was in hospital - nuts are bad.” Any sort of nut and Terry’s family knowing this kept anything with nuts far away from him and pointed some things out since he couldn’t read all the labels.

Finding the sugar he went to add some to his coffee as he sat himself back down. He was not expecting the cat Quinn owned to shove her face into his crotch - how odd. Reaching down to pet her head gently.

“Is ok, Terry has cat also. I am used to. Ace likes to play with my dog, Yeong.” He was happy to pet the attention seeking cat, used to how much attention felines liked, even guardian cats seemed that way from what little he had seen of them. “Incurable?” He asked, curious what Quinn was talking about. Bowing once in thanks he took the fork and settled in to eat his eggs - they were good.

Quote:
Isis’ rumbling purr echoed through the space. She love attention and this boy's fingers knew just where to scratch. Her tags jingled slightly as she scrunched closer, practically head butting Seung in the attempt to get more pets.

Quinn in the meantime had finished cooking his own plate of eggs and had turned around to spot Isis’ ears just peaking over the counter which meant she was nearly in Seung’s lap. “Incurable?” He frowned slightly but laughed as he realized what he had said. “I meant incorrigible but honestly she is a bit of an incurable attention hog. If she gets on your nerves just shove her away. She will get over it.” He poured himself another mug of coffee and settled down a barstool himself to scarf down his food. They weren't too bad all things considered. Eggs were one of the few staples he was pretty good at making. Cooking wasn't his forte thought he liked to think that he could pull a decent meal off with some good recipes to follow.

With the empty plate in front of him and a nearly full cup of joe in his hands he turned to face Seung. “So how is your head?” He paused a moment before asking, “do you remember last night?” He didn't let that question hang long without adding, “nothing happened by the way. You just told me some stuff and I would appreciate the full story but,” he shrugged. He remembered what it was like waking up in a strange place after being blacked out drunk. He didn't want to push Seung on the issue even if he really wanted to know.

Quote:
The cat certainly liked attention, and a lot of it, Terry’s cat could be an attention seeker also though Ace also liked to run around with his dog despite the size difference. The little munchkin cat had no fear or worries about the jindo dog he had running him over, or hurting him, which was good as it let Yeong have a friend he could play with at home.

“She will be fine.” Though he did move her face elsewhere, like to his leg rather than where it had been. Petting her head with one hand he ate with the other. Slowly eating, every so often taking a sip of coffee, he finally settled in to talk. He remembered a good part of last night, it got fuzzy, and vanished, toward the end of things. “Don’t worry, figured nothing happened. I told you about parents throwing me out...they did...Tuesday night….early evening.” When he’d just gotten home from his classes. She had been hauled out from his class only two days ago...three now. It all seemed to be going so slow and yet at times so fast.

“Had girl who caused it removed from class Thursday - campus security. Terry’s parents helped to arrange...explained it all to them.”

Quote:
At least Seung remembered that much. Not like Quinn could say the same when he woke up in a strange bed that one time. He kept quiet as he watched Isis try to figure out if she could get away with climbing into the younger man’s lap, a small smile tugging at his mouth. Quinn hid the expression behind his cup, figuring that Seung would misunderstand it.

When he got his face under control he put down the mug and nodded. “At least that's something.” He would have to figure out just what Terry’s folks had done because more drastic steps might be needed if just removing the nutball didn't cut it. Seung hadn't said as much but over the night Quinn had pieced together the snippets of conversations he had overheard to get a general idea. Girl practically glued herself to Seung’s side then rats on him when she realizes Seung doesn't swing that way.

“You doing ok at Terry’s? I really did mean it when I said you could stay here.” Granted his place didn't exactly have a spare ‘room’ but they could figure something out. “And I meant it when I said your folks don't deserve you.” Quinn gave him a pat on the shoulder as he was getting up. He dumped his dirty dishes in the sink before putting out food for Isis, which got a prompt response from the cat who abandoned the attention in favor of her stomach with a mrow, smacking Seung with her tail as she scrambled around the counter towards her bowls.

Quote:
“Couldn’t stay in class with her...wasn’t going to leave - did nothing wrong. Tried to be polite...to not cause drama.” But Hannah had persisted and continued on with him. He wasn't going to let his grades suffer because of him, he couldn’t drop a class...especially now. He didn’t want to risk upsetting his parents, figuring he was walking on busted glass with them. He didn’t think they would like it if he dropped a class on top of everything else already. He was lucky they hadn’t refused to continue to pay for his college. It was why he didn’t know if he should stick with his major, something he didn’t want and never had.

“Doing good there, family is very good and accepting. Father took me to get my things Wednesday. Mother was there when girl got taken from my class. Don’t need to stay anywhere else but thank you.” It meant a lot to him, knowing he had people who would offer him a place to stay. He didn’t know if his friends back home would have done the same, not when they found out why he’d been thrown out...and they’d have wanted to know. He could have lied to them, he was good at it, but if any of them found out...somehow...he didn’t trust it.

“Parents are traditional...grandparents are worse...hope parents don’t ever tell them - will have to stay away from family so they don’t.” He spoke softly. He was close to his family, he always had been, and to be told he couldn’t see them or speak to them. He just hoped Eunkyung would somehow let his sister know, as his sister knew about him. Eunkyung knew about him and about Terry and him and was ok with it. His sister had found out about his preference and had never had an issue. Maybe a way to talk to them both could be sorted out in time. But the rest of his family...and the Lunar New Year's was a few months away...he likely wouldn’t be able to go...that would look bad in the eyes of his family even if his parents made some excuse for him.

“Knew parents would do this if they found out. Is against beliefs and is not...normal as by older generations...or sickness...from outsiders.” There were differing opinions on it but it wasn’t accepted among many of the older generation. The younger people, his age and younger...his elder cousins age...they accepted it more often. But it was also never talked about...it felt like an underground thing...something shameful that was kept hidden and not spoken about.

Finishing his food he slowly got up to put his plate and fork in the sink. The coffee cup, empty, following moments later. “We tried to hide it...no where near my community...nothing they would know was relationship. Parents knew he was friend helping me with life here.”

Quote:
Thats something at least. Quinn kept his thoughts to himself as he went to switch over the wet clothes since the washer buzzed as Seung was explaining about Terry’s folks. At least he had a place to stay that really seemed to care about him. By the time Quinn had gotten everything switched over and the dryer started Seung was trying to reason away why his folks were such assholes. Logicly Quinn could understand but the disgust and anger he felt towards a couple he had never even met had nothing to do with logic.

“But why? Why would you being you be such a big ******** deal? Why would it be a bad thing if your family found out? Why do you have to avoid your family because of this?” Quinn didn’t understand. He didn’t see how family would turn their back on a blood relation. Every family had its quirks but it was the new millennium, where liking the same genender was no stranger then a guy dressing as a girl or vice versa. For him tradition ment holiday practices, his name, other small things that even now were being altered and tweaked as technology and knowledge facilitated change. The world was constantly changing and they needed to change with it so it boggled the budding architect’s mind that Seung’s folks were so stuck in the past they couldn’t see past their own prejudices.

Quote:
“Is not such big thing here...family honor...bringing shame to family and ancestors by shameful acts...dishonorable acts. Reflects on whole family…” It wasn’t something people here had, not unless they were from an asian family. He hadn’t been surprised but it was still an interesting concept. To not have to worry about one's family and their name and even their dead ancestors.

“My parents would tell grandparents, aunts, uncles...cousins. Some, maybe many, would not want me near. Too shameful...and grandparents think is illness…They want me to avoid for this reason, so none find out because of me. So they do not have to be near such shameful child. If I go near they will tell and I will be shunned...because of it. Point is to be away from family with shameful ways.” He couldn’t let his family know, he couldn’t handle if they all knew. Even if some of his cousins, closer in age to himself, accepted it...how many wouldn’t? How many would have harsh comments and would shun him...act like he didn’t exist?

“Here it is ok...not back home. Is still not accepted...not even talking about sex...and being so close, like here, to person you are dating in public is looked down on by many - especially elders. Dating is not same here...sex is not same here - very different...very….conservative I think is the word.” He said slowly, wondering how to explain it all, there was a lot to mention...a lot to talk about if the other asked or wanted to know - to understand.

Quote:
Quinn couldn’t help the raised brow when Seung mentioned how ‘dishonorable acts’ weren't such a big deal here in relation to how families were perceived. For the most part he was right. America in general rarely sticks to the whole ‘sins of the father’ mentality but it was still there. Quinn knew of several people who were either ashamed of their family or were considered shameful to their family but it seemed like it was all relative to the ‘sin’ that was done. A kid doing drugs… some gossip but not that bad. A father swindling millions out of their life savings pretty serious, to the point where the rest of the family could be ostracized. But to shun someone for something as so… so… natural is downright petty.

The more he heard the more he wanted to really beat these people he had never met before but that anger was soothed by an idea that was taking root. One that might at least mean that the ‘damage’ done wouldn’t spread beyond Seung’s a*****e parents. “So let me see if I got this right. They think that you loving Terry is an ‘illness’, it's not by the way, and because of this it reflects badly on your whole family… like everyone throughout the whole history of your family.” A rather strange look crossed his face briefly, a mix of mischief, anger, and glee. “Because of this they are blocking you from your house, from your family, from your friends. All because it reflects badly on them? Oh, Seung my friend. These are circumstance we can work with.”

The sandy haired young man grinned widely as he started to rinse the dishes and transfer them to the dishwasher. Turning to face his friend only once the machine was closed up. “I say we turn the tables on your folks. If they don’t want their shame to be found out they need to back off. After all Seung,” His smile took on a much harsher look, “it was they who brought you to the states. It was they who introduced you to the ‘loose morals’ of the American population. They were the ones who allowed Terry to be friends with you. They are the ones who don’t want it to get out since it is their fault you were born this way. If your folks are stupid enough to believe that your sexuality is somehow a bad thing and something you can freaking change then THEY are the ones who are to blame. Not you! Never you!” Some point during his little speech Quinn had lost his kinda creepy smile and was now just standing in front of Seung, dead serious. He would have no problems tearing the younger man’s folks a new one, right where it would hurt too if Quinn understood what he was saying. If appearances and family were the end all and be all then Quinn would use that to leverage Seung’s happiness from the bony clutches of his d**k parents.

“We can use this threat to keep your parents from interfering in your life. I’m not saying you should go back, you shouldn’t, but atleast this way they can’t keep you from your family. But Seung,” Here Quinn hesitated. It wasn’t really his place to say it but still, “if they don’t accept you as you are is it really worth it? You have Terry, his family, your friends here. We are your family too. Friends are the family you choose and we’ve got your back.”

Quote:
Once more seated at the counter top, leaning back as much as he could, he listened to Quinn speak. He knew being gay wasn’t an illness, unlike some people. Most in his generation were smart enough, and modern enough, that they didn’t see it that way either - they were open minded. Nodding when the other finished he blinked, wondering what the other was planning. “Friends no….friends I can talk to - they are not family. Just not family.” He was sure his younger cousin would find a way around it, and his sister once she found out. He didn’t know about anyone else, though he hoped. He wished he could talk to Hyeon...he knew the other was ok with the idea but he’d never come out to his elder cousin. He’d never actually come out to anyone, friends or family. Only recently with other knights or senshi.

Listening to the other he was...surprised and comforted in a way. He had friends, or at least Quinn, who were this upset on his behalf and wanted to help. He didn’t forget the older Ganymede knight also who offered to personally deal with Hannah, though he hadn’t known her name. People here did care and wanted to help, wouldn’t push him away, it was nice. He had his friends back in Korea but he didn’t trust telling them. Open minded as many were you never knew who was or wasn’t when it came to this particular topic. Most people didn’t come out anyway, at least not to their fellow Korean.

“Wouldn’t go back home...even if they would take me back...words and looks would make bad air in house.” They might take him back, if forced to, you couldn’t force them to be nice or force the air to not be tense and hostile. There were things which could never be forced, he knew that.

“I know, thank you. Family back home...some might accept - never told anyone. Sister and younger cousin do know, found out on their own. Elder cousin - Hyeon...doesn’t know but accepts it.” And he didn’t want to be separated from those three. His parents though...wanted him separated from everyone, like he was some nasty tumor which needed removal before he spread his illness. He hadn’t bothered, and wouldn’t bother, to mention that his parents hadn’t let Terry be his friend...but they had allowed the friendship to continue though they hadn’t had a clue about Terry’s preferences. But still they had allowed him to be friends with a foreigner, although could he call Terry such when this was American and technically he was the foreigner.

“Thank you Quinn…” Bowing his head, blinking to cover up the wetness he felt gathering in his eyes. He lifted his head to stare at the other. “Means a lot...all of it.” He couldn’t face his parents alone though...had Quinn been offering somehow? He didn’t want to ask but to talk to his family, to be permitted that..family was important and always had been to him. Every holiday was going from Seoul to Busan to spend time with both sides of his family. He visited on vacations when he could. He spent time with his elder cousin, Hyeon, and he was like a big brother to Eunkyun as she was an only child and now without her own parents.

“Haven’t told anyone but Terry and you what happened.” He might, in time, let others know but it would be when he was ready, maybe when things were more settled. He hadn’t planned to tell Quinn but the other had found him out and drinking. Having stood up, at some point, he had moved around the counter to stand by the other. Reaching out Seung wrapped his arms about the other and pulled him in to hug the other. “Friends as very good here.”

Quote:
Quinn was surprised at first when Seung pulled him into a hug but after a moment he returned it. “No worries Seung. It's your decision if you want to share this with everyone but I can tell you no one will side with your folks on this. Not in our group.” He let the hug last a bit longer before pulling away. “Well if you're game for pulling this off there is no time like the present. Besides if your folks are that into appearances I might have a few things to help stack the deck. It might take explaining to my folks which means it's up to you but it would be worth it for the use of the Bentley, our driver, and I might even be able to convince my dad to act as security.” Quinn knew his dad would get a serious kick at acting like a menacing presence, and besides the added appearance of money would help get their point across that they could enforce Seung’s parents to back off.

He had learned at a young age that it didn’t really matter too much how you acted as long as you looked like you had the money to back up what you were saying. In this case Quinn was more than willing to dip into the family coffers to help out his friend.

Quote:
Somehow...he knew Quinn was right. Their group of friends, people he never would have met if he weren’t a knight, didn’t care about him and Terry. There wasn’t out right support but the fact no one cared, treated it as normal, was support enough - it was the right kind of support. He knew they wouldn’t support what his parents had done if they were ever told, he somehow knew it, and it was nice to know that because with his friends back home...he didn’t know it. Even if they did support him, and not his parents, none would offer help aside from a couch to sleep on - maybe.

“What is the plan?” He asked staring at the other, it was best to know ahead of time so he knew what acting would be done. What would be said, or possibly would be. “Parents are proper….will want respect as elder than us, and my parents.” Even if he doubted Quinn would want to show them an ounce of respect or proper manners.

“Bentley….and your father...to help? But he doesn’t know me.” Or what had happened and yet Quinn thought his father would help him? Would let such a car be used to help make some sort of a point to his parents and push them into allowing him to speak and see his family? That was...a lot. Terry’s parents had shocked him when they’d decided to help him pick up his things, while his parents were at work, and then helping get Hannah removed from his class. Terry’s mother had been there to watch it...and talk to his teacher. It was a lot and it meant more than most would understand, he was sure of it. Especially since his own parents were the ones who threw him out. To see other people's parents willing to help.

Quote:
“Well I’m figuring we actually look professional. I don't know about you but these treads don't really scream money and power.” Quinn smiled slightly as he indicated his pjs. “After that I kinda figure we would just go over though I guess it would have to be after work to make sure we actually catch them.” He hadn't really thought this through but they would figure it out.

He hummed to himself as he tried to mentally figure some things out. “If they really would expect respect, and I can't promise I would be able to pull that off right now, it might be best if one of my folks could do it.” It would delay the confrontation since he knew his folks would want to plan everything out in detail. Everything down to how they were dressed and even the location for this conversation.

Quinn couldn't hold back the snort, “Seung. You're my friend. My folks would be ecstatic to help out once we explain what's going on.” He shrugged and added, “besides anything that puts me in a suit, other than a court date, makes my folks happy.”

Quote:
“Respect is big thing….Confucius beliefs are strong.” It was something Korea had gained from China and had kept and held on to, making it their own. So who showed respect to who was a big thing. There was a whole of things to go over even when just eating or drinking with groups of people, as Terry had found out. It was all about age and seniority and the like.

“Will be home around dinner time. Mom cooks, cousin helps sometimes.” Most of the time she went right to her homework, then she would help with dinner if there was time for her to. But homework always came first. “Yes, might be a good idea.” Add some more maturity to the situation and his father, and even his mother, were more likely to listen to an adult rather than their son and someone near to his age.

Laughing he shook his head and hugged the other again, though after a moment it was more of him draping himself over the other. “Parents don’t see you dressed up often then. Had to wear uniform for school - parents saw me dressed up all the time.” He said and lay his chin on the others shoulder. “Alright, we can talk to your parents...for help. I can give information if needed...depending on plan.” It wouldn’t do if somehow there was some slip up in manners and respect, on anyone's part. He just had to hope his parents would be polite, though he was sure they would be. Not wanting to make a scene or show someone higher than them disrespect, especially if somehow those people could make a bit harder on them.

Quote:
“More now than before but I really don't like suits,” Quinn shrugged and gave his friend a half smile. He still would prefer to be in jeans and casual clothes but some of the temp jobs he was doing lately really required more of a professional appearance. So he had been wearing nicer shirts and pants, at least for work. Speaking of work he glanced over at the clock and breathed a sigh of relief to see that it was still pretty early. “I got to toss my folks a text, see if we can catch them before any meeting or work. Even with it being a weekend it’s always good to check.” He had his own things he had to get done today but since it was all school work, Seung was more important right now so while Quinn felt a twinge of guilt for not doing it, the feeling wasn’t that strong and it was easily squished.

With a smile and a pat to Seung’s head Quinn detangled himself from his friend, still a little uncomfortable by just how casual the guy could be with the whole lounging on people thing, “You're welcome to entertain Isis while I get in the shower and change. The dryer will buzz when it's done. TV remote is right here,” He had fished out the remote from the pile of papers at his desk to show to Seung before heading for the stairs to the loft. He needed to grab clothes before jumping in the shower since he really didn’t think Seung would appreciate him wandering around in only a towel before getting dressed.

His cat in the meantime had finished her breakfast and was even now playing with a toy on the sofa bed, the soft sound of the bell inside of the stuffed mouse blending with the chime of her tags. Quinn had a feeling he will be in for a challenge when it came time to closing up the bed since she will have likely claimed the whole thing as her new favorite napping spot.

Over all it didn’t take Quinn long at all to clean up and get dressed and before long he was once more back downstairs ready to get the ball rolling. “Ready to go?”

Quote:
Already dressed, deciding to dress in the middle of the living room since Quinn was in the bathroom, the other nodded his head when he spotted Quinn. Isis had been, and still was, on the pull out bed and seemed rather intent upon remaining on it. He knew he wasn’t about to try and get her off of it, she could have it. She was big and he didn’t want to upset her by trying to remove her from what obviously was now hers.

“Ready to go.” And he was. He was ready to make a move and do something, though he didn’t know what the outcome would be, he was ready to take a risk and try and gain back some of what he’d lost due to one upset girl.

“Lead the way.”
