Captain Witherite stood atop a building downtown. The street he was currently on a few lounges and further up were a bunch of clubs. He was basically plotting out his halloween route. Not ones typically way of doing such a thing, but he was mapping which club had what party, times for starting and ending and how he would move about.

Halloween was amazing because no one would question how he was dressed, he of course couldnt flash id to get into the parties, but it mattered not. He was certain he could get in undetected to most of the parties. There was even a party in the park. Whoever thought up that was a genius. He would hit that last.

The energy he would gather for the night, would earn him a well deserved break in the night. He sat down on the ledge of the rooftop and looked down at the passersby. If only they knew what was in store for them Halloween night.

Wither turned when he sensed the other and gave him an odd look before greeting him, "You look familiar," he said feeling like he should have been able to place the guy. Honestly he couldnt only think a of few occasions when he would have met the guy. He wasn't terrible certain, maybe Beni would know, he had to report to him later tonight anyway and planned to let him know about his plans for Halloween.

"Out trying to meet your quota," he asked, before looking back down to the people on the street. "It's getting closer to Halloween making it far easier for us. They enjoyed being scared and think nothing of the weird outfits. Idiots and sheep the lot of them."

He swung his legs around turning and looking at the Lieutenant trying again to place him. "I personally can't wait for Halloween."

Wither chuckled, "well that would be why you look familiar, we may not have met like officially, but I was recruited by Beni as well. We've probably seen each other in passing or something when I was still an lieutenant. I'm Witherite."

He watched as Arseno looked down on the street before looking to him and speaking. "Im not sure how fun I find dressing up, but as a photography major in college I spent far to much time helping people with costumes so that I could shoot them. They are great, but definitely not just a halloween thing for me, as for tricks and energy gathering I've got a plan for Halloween because honestly look at us, we are certainly dressed for it."

There was no denying there uniforms stood out. Wither looked more like ringmaster of sort than a captain in any army and Arseno was wearing an trench coat all black ensemble.

"You see those two lounges on the other side of the street and three of those clubs further up. They are all having costume parties. Its idiotic really, but I'm thinking Beni will agree its easy picking for a great night of gathering. We could even finish early and party ourselves. Trick or treat, right?"

"Ive met some of the others I believe, but briefly and not frequently which makes remembering names rather hard. We all should probably work to remedy that."

When Areseno spoke of a mask, he nodded, "you could probably get away with a mark, you know like the phantom of the opera mask, but you'd like have to loose the coat for a while to make it work. We could give you a cape to wear like the phantom and you'd be good. As long as your whole face isn't covered."

He stood and nodded, "I could certain use some party time, though I prefer party time with my fiancee, but halloween party time sound good too." He laughed lightly extending a hand to Arseno, "let go pop in on Beni, give him a start and tell him the plans."

Wither probably seemed a bit reckless, but in truth, he liked to just show up at Beni's house. He would get fussed at, but he didnt care. He and Beni had a love hate relationship. Wither loved to hate him, even if he didnt really. He had to give him a hard time, every so often.
