Ceylinae had found herself a quiet spot near a river to settle down, setting to work kicking off nonessential clothing so that she could tend to the various wounds that she'd gotten in her battle against the glowy eyed weirdo. There was a part of her that said she really aught to go and see a real healer, just in case, but she couldn't do it. Going back to the village meant that she would have to explain how she'd gotten injured. In explaining they would learn that she'd lost and then what? She would look so very pathetic in front of her various sisters and cousins. If they knew that she'd lost, no matter how close the battle had been, then they would likely think less of her... and what if they began to doubt that she was worthy of being one of the 'First Three'? It was something that caused her to shake her head rapidly, clearing the idea from her mind, before she went back to cleaning out one of the various sword wounds that littered her skin. None of them were so deep or devastating that she thought herself at risk of death. It was more like she was at risk of humiliation if she was seen in such a sorry state. Naqenni would especially have fun at her expense, wouldn't she? Ceylinae would just have to patch herself up, clean herself up, and she'd go back once she felt as though she was ready to face the others. For the time being though going home would be the last thing on her mind. Not as though she was supposed to be back today after all. She was supposed to be on one of her tracking trips looking for a potential limbara to tame. That meant she had a few days to decide exactly what she wanted to do as far as going home went. If she went on a hunt for her limbara and didn't go home until she caught it at least then she could blame battles against the dangerous beasts for her wounds. Better that her sisters thought she got scratched up by a potential mount then let them know that she'd gotten such wounds from a worthless Earthling!

Since she was finally able to leave the village Akeldama decided that she would take the strange creature, that she now knew was called a maglardilla, out to train it. After her initial encounter with it she managed to wrangle it into submission fairly easily, though of course she needed to keep it on a tether to ensure it didn't try to glide off. "Alright. Your name is Yava." She pointed at the beast. "Yaaaavaaaaa." Akel repeated the name more slowly and drawn out. At least now she had something else to call it other than "Hey you" or "Creature." The poor thing just stared at her. Akel sighed and shook her head before walking with it some more. Her mother had told her that working with the beast would help her in her training though she certainly couldn't think up a way as to how. Still, it got her out of the house and away from her mother so there were no more arguments to be had. "We can start simple. Stay." The Elaria had enough lee-way on the leash that she could walk away from the insect but when she tried it followed causing her to narrow her eyes. "No. Stay." This time she pointed to the ground and took some steps back from it. Again, it followed. With a huff she turned her head and thought it was going to be a loooooong day,, but then her eyes saw something. "Huh?" Akel blinked a few times. Was she seeing right? Was there another Elaria out here? She thought she had gone far enough away from the village though. So her hands went to her hips and she stared at what she saw.

Ceylinae's antennae gave a bit of a twitch as she heard someone getting far closer to where she was sitting then she would like at the moment. Was it that glowy eyed weirdo? Had he decided to try to catch up to her to try to finish her off while she was weakened? It was the smart thing to do so she kind of doubted that the Earthling would try it. From what he'd seen they weren't very intelligent even if the one she'd run into was a little tougher then she'd expected him to be. Pushing up to her feet she reached for her bow, holding it in hand... until she caught sight of another of her sisters. She relaxed to a degree, though this person wasn't one that she wanted to see. She wanted to be on her own until she was ready to face the others but it seemed that she wasn't going to be as lucky as all of that. Instead she was going to have to deal with the surprise that came in the shape of one of her younger sisters, wouldn't she? Giving another twitch of her antennae she sat back down at the river side, returning to what she'd been doing. If she was lucky then the girl would continue on her way, if not then it would seem that she as going to have company... the latter of which she wasn't all that pleased with. No, no... she couldn't be upset with one of her sister due to her own personal failures. Instead she just had to get back on her feet and make up for the rather large stumble that she'd taken that was all. Something she'd have to tell herself time and again until she was back on her feet again.

She watched, un-phased by the weapon that had been pointed in her direction, and tilted her head. The more she stared the more that she was sure this particular sister looked familiar. Very familiar. Of course she wasn't as close as she would have liked to be in order to find out. So when it appeared that the other Elaria wasn't going to shoot her and went back about her business Akeldama pulled on the lead to her beast. "Come Yava." She commanded. The maglardilla went along without fighting and that made Akel happy at least. The short haired daughter of Elzira approached her sister cautiously until she was close enough to put her finger on why she thought she was familiar. It was none other than Ceylinea. Akeldama arched a brow at her. "Dare I ask what happened?" At first she had thought that perhaps her mother had asked the girl to follow her, but then her eyes were drawn to the obvious signs of wounds on Cey.

Ceylinae's antennae gave a bit of a twitch as the other Elaria approached her and spoke up, asking the very question that she really didn't want to deal with. Turning slowly to look up at Akeldama she said, "You don't have to dare to ask if you don't want to." That way she wouldn't have to answer she thought to herself idly. For a moment her aqua eyes went to the weird, tied up creature that Akeldama was dragging around with her and she found herself asking, "What in the name of Mother Elzira is that thing?" That was like no bug that she'd ever seen before which made her rather curious as to what it was and where Akeldama had come across such a creepy looking little beast. Leaning forward slightly to get a better look at it caused one of her wounds to twinge and she was quick to sit up, giving a little hiss before her teeth as she did. Grumbling a bit to herself she turned her attention back to her wounds, rinsing out and wrapping the last of them. Here was to hoping that they would heal swiftly so that she wouldn't have to deal with all the stinging and twinging she thought to herself. It was an aggravating sensation, not one that she wanted to deal with, especially given the source of her pain. Stupid glowy eyed weirdo... she was going to track him down again and beat him senseless once she was feeling better!

Akel stared for a while longer until Cey asked her about the creature she had with her. The younger of the two looked at Yava and then back with a shrug of her shoulders. "I was told it's a maglardilla. Apparently it's from the main land. The stupid thing tried to attack me and got smacked out of the air." Then she noticed how Ceylinea hissed and favored her wounds. For a small moment she just stood there. As the wound was rinsed and wrapped she got a good look at it. A clean cut. Not a jagged scratch from an animal and it certainly wasn't a bite mark. Akel debated for a moment about whether or not she should say anything. It was likely a matter of pride for her older sister and for that alone she decided to ignore the obvious injuries. "Anyways, I figured I'd keep the ugly thing. I named it Yava and apparently it's a he." She figured that speaking more of the weird insect she'd manage to tame would take Cey's mind off the pain. If not then she could always step on her foot.

Ceylinae gave the insect another long stare, this one harder then the last. Why would her sister want some mainland bug? Personally she didn't see why everyone was so caught up on the mainland when they had a perfectly good home here on Yael. There were so many people that spoke of going back, wanting to go back, wanting to go there, and such... and she worried that perhaps her younger sister might be of the same mind. Didn't she know that there was plenty to do here before people went to the main land? It was one of those things she wondered about. Did her not caring about the mainland make her the weird one of the lot of them? Shaking her head she turned back to what she was doing, finishing up wrapping the last of her wounds before pushing to her feet, "I see." She said when her sister continued on about the beast. Stretching out all over or at least as much as she dared she found herself looking more at her sister then at the beast and asked in a curious manner, "What brings you out so far today, Sister?"

Her shoulders lifted carelessly when she was asked about what brought her so far from the village. "This thing needs trained." And since she didn't want to have her mother's eyes on her as she worked with Yava she'd decided that going for a walk would help. "Don't suppose you have any pointers?" Akel couldn't even get the creature to stay. She looked down at the weird thing and watched it for a moment. All it did was tilt it's head this way and that as it looked at Cey and then her.

Ceylinae gave the beast a glance before she nodded, "Best that you see that it is trained or else it might end up looked down upon by some." A creature from the mainland that didn't obey might be seen as something would only get in the way. While she had no interest in such a creature herself she saw no reason why her sister couldn't keep it, provided of course it didn't cause a ruckus back home. If that happened the thing might find itself being cooked up for dinner or something. "Pointers? I am a bit new at taming myself... and I have yet to catch up with the quarry I am after despite a few attempts at tracking them." Was she the one that Akeldama should be asking? Instantly she was fretting inside, uncertain of herself as per usual when it came to doing things right. Already she'd failed in her first real battle so what should she do now that she was being faced with questions from a younger sister? Especially given her determination to become a Guardians. Surely she should have information on such things right? She did, to a degree, but it was only knowledge she'd gotten from another Guardian instead of something hands on. Shaking her head to clear her spiraling thoughts she said, "A firm hand, the demeanor of being the one in charge, and the occasional treat I am told is the best place to start." She told her younger sister in a manner that sounded far more confident then she felt on the inside, hoping the words she'd been given by an older Alkidike cousin would help when shared.

So she was out here tracking a beast? That made sense. Most of the other sisters didn't seem to be willing to wander out too far unless there was something the needed or wanted. Akeldama had wanted to get away from her mother as well as train her insect. Though she was a little disappointed to hear that Ceylinea was still new at it but when she got a little bit of advice she looked down at Yava. Had she not been firm enough in trying to get him to stay? Akel was already sure she had made it clear she was in charge. However, she lacked treats. What did this thing consider a treat? She made a face and gave a hum. "I'll have to ask what would be considered a treat." Though it brought her back to Kiyunki and her Nondwa. What had the outsider given her winged thing? She tried to remember. It was a berry. Or at least she thought it was. So Akeldama looked up at the trees and searched for some type of fruit.

Ceylinae gave the weird looking beast a long look before she said, "I can't really say. Since it's not from around here I can't even begin to guess what it might see as treats." Which made her wonder how she meant to keep the creature alive. Would it even eat the food from Yael? Huh... well, she supposed that Akeldama would figure it out, right? The creature was still alive so maybe she found something that it wanted to eat? Glancing from side to side in a thoughtful manner she then asked, "Have you been out and about long today, Sister?" If she'd been out long maybe she could have seen either the limbara or maybe some foot prints from them? She wouldn't be able to roam around as much or as easily until she had time to heal. As such she would have to seek information from those around her to help make her search for the beasts a bit easier. She wasn't one that got a lot of help from those around her due to worry that she'd been seen as weak but for the time being she had to do so.

Cey had a point there. What if the beast ate treats that were only found on the main land? Akel dropped her gaze back down to the insect and frowned at it. It better live! She did not spend all that time getting it to learn that she was the boss for it to just up and die! The prentice let out a huff and shook her head. She'd have to ask one of the Alk cousins for help. Then Ceylinea's question about how long she'd been out reached her. Both ears and lower antennae gave a wiggle and she thought about it. "Roughly a few hours but not too long. Mostly spent my time getting away from the village." Her shoulders gave a shrug and then she gave Cey her full attention. "Why?" Akel had to admit she was curious as to why it would matter how long she had been out today.

"A few hours." Ceylinae's antennae gave a little twitch as she debated over that. Was that enough time for her to know more then Ceylinae did at this point? It was hard to say really since she had been distracted by that glowy eyed weirdo for some amount of time and then distracted again by her need to wrap her wounds. Less time then she'd of liked was spent seeking the limbara so she supposed that there would be no harm in at least asking Akeldama about the beast, right? How she disliked having to ask about this she thought to herself as she turned to her sister. After giving her a long look she finally said, "I am seeking the limbara... but I was distracted by something else so I didn't get to really track them today. Any possibility you might have seen some of their tracks or perhaps did you see them at a distance?"

The limbara? Akel thought back to her walk out of the village. She knew they weren't close to Zinris so finding them there was out of the question. Of course she had seen a sign of some creature. "I saw some scat but I'm not sure if it belongs to a Limbara." Akeldama wasn't a tracker so she didn't know one animal's dung from another unless there was a clear size difference. For all she knew it could have belonged to a tintural. Those shelled beasts with wild plants growing on them. They were horrendously slow. "Are you looking to catch it or kill it?" The younger Elaria raised a brow questioningly. Akel hoped that Cey didn't get hurt, again, by going after the large creature. She certainly wouldn't want one. Heck she barely wanted Yava. Still, the insect was hers and she was fine with that.

Ceylinae's antennae gave a little twitch before she said, "I see... well, it might belong to a limbara but it might belong to something else that roams the area as well. It might be worth checking out though." At least that way she would know if there was one around or if it was something else. She'd have to figure out where the signs had been found before she split up from Akeldama. "I wouldn't kill a limbara." She said, her many antennae giving a little jerk as she said the words. Killing a limbara would be a waste of such a grand creature, not something that she wanted to see happen. Resting her hands on her hips she said, "I mean to find the perfect limbara to be my mount when I become a guardian." Not just a guardian but the best guardian ever! One had to strive to be the best after all or else why even try to do something. One shouldn't do anything half way after all. Glancing around, her aqua eyes scanning the horizon, she said, "I want to find a small one. If it was freshly hatched that would be the best because then it would be easier to bond with, work with, and train as a war beast."
