"You really know how to put on a show." Sailor Phact's voice was calm, slightly amused as she peaked her head in from the broken window and gazed at the knight helping himself from the coffee bar. "At least I take it as one heck of a performance based on the remains."

Glass crunched under her heels as the senshi of doves stepped through the broken window, ignoring the door to the side, and glanced around the store. "Not going to taste before you help yourself?" There was a bit of a 'really' tone to her voice but her eyes were scanning above for cameras.

"Neither can do you Gevaudan. Not anymore at least." Phact threw back at him, a look with a soft warning tone. She could hear his annoyance in his voice. Some part of her had hoped he had gotten over his 'I don't like you because you are a senshi' thing. Or at least would use her name.

Oh well. Don't hope for the impossible.

"Well unless there is a silent alarm, that camera is the only thing to worry about." She motioned her head towards one pointed directly at the cash register. Stupid orbs. You couldn't just look for a light to see if it was recording.

Turning her eyes back to the looting Knight, Phact kept her arms crossed under her chest. She remembered the temperament of the man she had met before. Both as an agent and the Knight. "While I did not expect to run into you here, I am rather glad I did. How much do you remember about being an agent outside of the Rift and Negaspace?"

The wince on her face was clear enough. A friendly reminder Gev did not like senshi even with the side swap. Point made clear! Watch what you say if you don't want it thrown back at you covered in spite and anger.

Without the invitation, Phact had hesitated a bit before crawling back through the window. It wasn't worth waiting for something that would most likely never come. So behind him she walked until they slipped between the alleyway.

"I'm interested in the Energy Draining aspect of it. " The words came once they were off the road and away from the main street. "And before you ask or think, no I'm not trying to go out and energy drain people for myself or anyone else. We did enough of that with Cadeas."

Now her hands dropped to her sides and she felt more...at ease. "But I'm curious. Was there something that had to be done to allow you all to drain a person's energy? Or did it just...come to you?"

Well that was surprising. A surprise that clearly showed on her face. "I'm talking about energy orb collecting. The floaty purple things or whatever they are that I've come across some agents holding." She ignored the what happened after part at that moment. Things in her had changed since they last met.

It was why she wasn't being Ms. Manners and just leaving after all.

"I have my reasons. But to sum them up, it's as a favor to the Mars Knight you saw me with last time." One hand went to her hip. "He has a theory and several of us have offered to help gather info before he decides what to do next. That theory has to do with energy draining."

"And while energy and starseed collecting may have been valuable to you as an agent, unless something like Kairatos theory pans out, I honestly don't know how much help they could be to us. Unless you want to try that yourself."

"I'm not surprised. Though I am surprised a move like that has not been made in awhile." Well, an energy draining move had been. Cons, concerts, fairs and parks. Nothing was safe. But the last major one had been New Years Eve...

Phact gave a small chill and looked back at the knight. "Not to mention a population decrease may set off an alarm." Adding the last bit, Phact herself was trying to more process what she heard. So, it was more about starseeds once more. Interesting...

"But for your curiosity sake, because clearly you don't want to share anything interesting unless I provide you with an interesting reason..." Phact finally sassed back a bit. She was still smiling. "It's looking into energy giving without the use of Transcendents. Kai has a theory that energy draining has an opposite and wants to look into it. So I want to understand the existing side that we know about. Chaos and Order have been pegged as opposites. Chaos drains. Why shouldn't Order be able to give in some way outside of becoming a walking battery pack?"

For the briefist of moments, Phact almost wondered if she saw a hint of the old man...of Wolframite in his actions. Was it possible for a purified knight to still hold onto some of that chaos within them? For a brief flicker of a second, Phact felt air hiss into her lungs and she almost wondered if the person who would step so close to her was once more Wolframite.

Then the contact came and her mind cleared.

Jarring her enough that she had to step back, red eyes blinked and she looked up. His face said it all to her. He had not expected to be denied....

"An entirely different matter." Phact finished, standing back at a comfortable height. "One anyone one the White Moon is denied as it is not our place to take a life in such a manner. Even if it means we must kill with our own two hands." Now it was her turn to have a shadow over her face. "Sometimes I wonder if it would not be more humane to just be able to remove the seed and be done..."

Shaking her head, Phact glanced back at Gev. "What happened if you tried to push the energy back into someone? Or could you even?"

"To eat it?" The look on might have said it all. The idea of eating an orb of energy like it was some sort of candy or berry just seemed...off. Starseeds were like a candy and that made sense to her. A life taken and that life used to power someone else's. It wasn't as if she wanted to test it but the logic behind it at least she could follow.

But eating a ball of energy?

"Here I figured they just had a massive ball of purple light glowing down there somewhere. Human energy powering the Negaverse. Or at least, something in it."
