I was reading an interview for KH2 with Nomura.... Nomura said that if they do a final mix to KH2, it wouldn't come out for years to come cuz their working on something new. Which means...maybe we won't see a sequel to KH2 for a while. We might not see one at all Nomura and Interview Dude Q. Does that mean you already have a plot for KHIII? A. Hmm... I have an idea but it can't be helped because my team are planning to work on our next different title. So we're not working on KHIII now and we're not planning to work on it for some time, too. I have a plot in my head but I'm not sure if it'll be released to the world or just stay in there. And Nomura and Interview Dude Q. Does that mean your next work won't have anything to do with KH? A. Yes. But it'll take years until it's released. Even if I said that, I can't say if KH2's FM will be released after that or not. I was planning to not make an FM for this in the first place. I thought we would insert the English voices in too, but there weren't enough space... Even if there is an FM, the staff members said there's still no space. It makes me sad...but I can't help but wonder what the new project is gonna be.

I hope so!
And once I play the game I'll probably feel a whole lot sadder. (It comes out in like what? 4 days?) Cuz its probably gonna be so awsome it hurts to look at the screen. It even hurts to think about what it will be like. I bet he has some weird a** cliffhanger (I'd be pissed off!) And then suddenly decides 'Oh man, we're not gonna do it...we wanna tortue you all until the day you die'. And that would suck. Big time. And I'd be mad.
And if he doesn;t ever continue the KH series, I swear I will drop all dreams and goals and make KH3 for yall when I'm older.

Yeah...they'd have to be sick in the mind to do that....thats why I'm kinda hesitant about the game yet really really uber happy at the same time....oh one problem after another....

That makes me want to cry. Seriously. T___T And a lot of people who've seen the ending say it's a big cliffhanger? Or something. = We've patiently waited 3+ years for KHII, I hate to think we'll have to wait double that for the next game. .__.;

I heard, from one of Tetsuya Nomura's interviews, that KHIII would depend on how good KHII sells out. Or was that idea dismissed?

I've been waiting since 2001 for Kingdom Hearts 2, and now they're saying it's going to take more years to make Kingdom Hearts 3, or that there won't be one at all?!?! WTH!!?!?! sad . It's official, my heart is broken.

XD If that's true, I don't think we have much to worry about. Didn't KH2, like, sell one million copies in three days in Japan, or something? @GarethofMarice: But, the original KH didn't come out until October of 2002...XD

Yup! biggrin It was a real hit!! Even if we cross out the Kh3 never happening idea...there is still the issue of waiting.and waiting. and waiting some more for KH3 to come out.

We have several things in our favor:
1) Sales of KH2 have been, and will be HUGE.
2) Remember how he said that there probably wouldn't be a KH2? Well, here we are...
3) Many of us are actually old enough to go to Japan and demonstrate with picket signs and stuff, outside of Nomura's house.
